Overall nice experience. One suggestions please make a good collection of music and play, so that customer will enjoy during shopping. I believe when you hear good music it will help to feel good

Collection was good in both the ladies and gents sections. However, there are not much variety in designs and I ended up in not finding my desired dress.

Full floor of clothes for the full family. Shop is inside Lake Mall. Salespersons are helpful. Quality of garments are good whether on sale or not. Sales are of course really good deals for customers. Max is one of the best brands in men's casual clothing made of quality cotton. Women's and kids' clothes are great too. Shoes,masks,scarves, accessories etc are also available here.

The collections are good.You can find ladies,gents and kids collection too. Both ethnic and western cloths can be found here. The prices are a bit high.I will suggest to go at the time of any special occasion like independence day,Puja when you can avail the discounts

It's a good brand for shopping clothings.. Most important thing which I liked is the range of prices it covers that could be affordable by anyone irrespective of any socioeconomic status..I particularly buy a lot of t-shirts from this shop..

The store is located on the 2nd Floor of Lake Mall, close to Rash Bihari more. The store is very big and they have a wide range of collections for Mens, Women's and Kids. Also they have facilities if you don't get the perfect size in store, you can place the online order from the store itself.

Max is a nice shop selling garments and stuff but pricing is relatively reasonable and quality is still ok. Bad products are seldom sold, and the overall customer experience is fine. 4 stars is rather perfect.

As per website closing time is 10pm but shop is closed by 09:30pm. Unprofessional attitude. If they stop valuing customer time, customer will also stop giving value to them. If someone is coming in last minute to purchase something it must be something urgent. Need to be attended with priority not with indifference.

Speciality of this store is variety across all fashion segments. There are limited collection for men's garments. For kids, they have lot of items to offer. Budget friendly.

The Stuffs were behaving nicely. Another issue that we faced things that were suppose to give discount were rejected at the counter saying it's not applicable on the product. So that's also another issue they need to solve.

Though I visit Basdroni Max sometimes. But I try to stick to Lake Mall cause, there's Cinepolis 😅😂. Definitely recommended to visit. ❤️✌️

Billing system is worst. Nothing special cloth are very normal better to visit H&M Bhawanipur for good collection. They developed a mobile app and asking to pay and via app which is worst again. Never visit

Some staffs are good but mostly not very helpful. There was one deaf man who actually was very helpful and give max credits for hiring them. Products are good quality. You can rely on the products. They always have good offers. 👍

Some good options at budget friendly rates. The fashion apparels sold are trendy and up to date. Might not be the best/ luxury items but easily one of the most economical brands in the city with a good decent quality

The Horrific horrible Miss Managed Rude Staffs. They place wrong products in Wrong place to force sale products. First put products on 50% sales tag and then while billing claim it was wrongly placed. Wasting time and efforts of customer. NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. WORST BEHAVIOUR OF THE COUNTER STAFFS AND THE FLOOR STAFFS EVER SEEN.

I really loved the shopping experience here. Temperature check and mask mandatory at entrance and inside premises. It is very spacious and changing rooms are well maintained. Even counters are marked with partitions to encourage social distancing. Attractive discounts are available and quality of clothing is also good. Overall, a good time spent.

A very favorite place of mine. A lot of options to choose from. Almost get always what I want. The people working there are very helpful. I didn't get 2 tshirts of my size, they helped me order it online using the online ordering option there. It was delivered within two days. Thank you for such a lovely service.

Decent place. The price if the products varies everyday. You will not get change easily in the billing counter. They will always ask to pay nearest to the exact amount. Although cards are accepted and you pay via scan and pay option also

The Elgin road branch has better collection. You should make the Curve sizes for men also available and regular fit should also be present and not just the slim and ultra slim fit in the men's section.

Max was one of my fav places to shop idk if it really happened but it got upgraded to smth really better (at least that's what I got after visiting after 2 yrs!!) Varieties of clothes at really reasonable price, jeans, tops, sleepwear to Kurtis and shoes!! Sometimes the employees don't really help even tho it's their job :( & it's really upsetting, (only in Lake mall) sometimes they get snappish but there was an employee, Sudipto who was REALLY REALLY HELPFUL!!! had a good experience cuz of him :)

I often visit Max Fashion, Lake Mall...no doubt its good..staffs are very helpful. But 1 problem i always face ..lack of new designs...in ladies western section.
