Was quite tastefully decorated. But very poor maintenance. Water was leaking inside the poor. Lots of electrical problem. Blankets and bedsheets were not neat. So in that manner overpriced. Rajbari and Farmhouse are of different owner. Food was good but service was late. Staffs were cooperative

Recently I have returned from Bawali. This time the travel experience was not pleasant at all. Bleaching water was sprinkled on body as soon as we entered the farmhouse. No employee was ever seen wearing a mask. Who will assure the safety of the visitors? Garbage piles were everywhere in the farmhouse. The cushions in the dining hall were very untidy. Even in this Covid situation cold rice and stale pulses, vegetables are being served. The saddest thing is that at the complimentary breakfast they served potatoes from the previous day's chicken curry. The property should not be opened for travellers without being fully prepared. I have a lot of travel experience. After reading the good reviews, I thought it would be a pleasant experience for me. Next time I wanted to go with colleagues But it turned a awful trip for me. My humble request to owner. please keep vigilance ,the travellers will have a good experience. The only thing I like about this place is the small saplings I received as a gift.

Went there to celebrate my Father's Birthday. We really enjoyed there a lots. These are some points I like to mention.. 1. Rooms are quite nice but they need to clean it regularly and the lights are little low but I guess that's for the ambiance. 2. Their service is little slow but they really tried everything they can do. 3. For food I will rate 5 out of 5 because not one dish you can dislike. Very tasty and the quantity is enough. Their Thalis are the plus point. Though the price is little bit high but its it's worth it. 4. Location is really beautiful. If your nature lover you will enjoy every bit. 5. Swimming pool needs to clean regularly I think, it's not so big like the picture you see. 6. The farmhouse is pet friendly but they don't allow pets in dinning area and swimming pool because some people might don't like it other than there is no other special service for pets except providing the foods. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend this is a must visit place..

A place to visit in the monsoon to let your feast on greenery. We stayed in the tree-house two, bonojyotsna. It was very a soothing experience, especially the soft classical sitar on mornings and evenings adds up to the serenity of the place. We were gifted with a musical evening and the performer was good enough to make the evening flow with him. The food is costly but tasty. Please have the mutton here, it is really tender. In all, it was a nice calm stay.

We have enjoyed a lot during our two nights’ weekend stay along with our pet. The refreshing ambiance with plenty of greens and water bodies in the campus of this property is really soothing for the mind and body. The thematic rooms with the traditional furnitures of the past but with all modern amenities brings a thrilling experience of stay for the borders. The service was excellent and staffs have always been ready to serve their guests with smile on their faces. The foods were delicious and have been more enjoyable when served with live music ( specially during the breakfast ). To me this is a nice place close to our city where one can spend the weekends to recharge and rejuvenate.

We had gone to Bawali Farmhouse for a one-night office picnic. We were a group of 16 people. The ambiance, location and rooms are amazing. The food is great too and the staff members are very welcoming, friendly and welcoming. Absolutely enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

Area is not good because of the travel route is very bad, lots of traffic congestion in the narrow road. Room quality is not too good but okay. Self cooking arrangement for Tea/Coffee should be available in the room. Food test, quantity quality is good. Live music is so good.

Visited this weekend. Concept is good. But there are maintainance issues. I came to know about the place a year back from my sister, that time it was well maintained, but now it requires regular care and cleaning. Phones in room works but they are always busy, so for everything you have to walk to the restaurant/ reception for all the requirements. A small play room was there. But the maintenance is pathetic. Rooms are comparatively cleaner. But lack of care is evident in every corner of the property. Food quality is average, a little overpriced too. Now whether to recommend others or not is a question. At present condition I should say no.

Absolutely wonderful place. It is a pet friendly resort. Each and every staff was very polite and looked after our needs. Special mention the name of Amir Akhan who was always available whenever we need any help. The rooms were absolutely clean, neat and tidy and very comfortable. Food was absolutely amazing, all the ingredients were fresh. Overall a very very remarkable place to visit for a relaxed stay.

It was an awesome experience. This type of weekend destination that too within a Metro City like KOLKATA is unbelievable . We booked a cottage named Byapti, which is a nice view room . Also explored the whole farmhouse and had a great weekend . Food was also very tasty and delicious , they maintained hygienic practices with utmost care . All staffs are well mannered and their hospitality was too good .

It is please for leasure tourism. Unfortunately totaly un professional service has made it very much uncomfortable. Staff behave in such a way that gest will fell that they are not wellcome hear. I think staffs think that guests should be obliged to them for running the place. In no other hotel or guest house I have seen serviceman to use aminities wich are ment for guests. If you ask for room service they will behave as if you have demanded any unjustified favour. After my two night stay I come to a conclusion that services are only available to thos who has some contacts with them or redy to fight for it. Food was good .

Spent a weekend over there 2 weeks back. It was a great trip doubtlessly. The resort, the atmosphere and the service was very pleasant. Staffs behaved so good, service were good but one need to be patient for a while after ordering food to get placed. I would like to give 5stars for rooms but not all the rooms are good enough but definitely the 3bedded tree houses are the main attractions. Loved the room which I stayed in, named Bonopulok. Nice large family rooms in the midst of trees and plants. Quality and quantity of food were good. Behavior of the staff was good. My pet dog was also very happy. Outdoor dustbins should be cleaned, maybe they missed this. Another suggestion, management can think of serving welcome drink to the guests.

The Chinese food is still better. But truly speaking about the Indian food, they need to take care of the taste. If taste is compared to the price , its hell and heaven. Overall experience: Can be visited next time if they improvise the taste of the food.

The farmhouse is a very nice place to spend a time out, for a weekend or so. The nursery is very nice, they decorated the place nicely with plants. However the service is terrible. They took much more bookings than they can serve. As a result everything was a long wait and only came to fruition after some sort of altercation. It happened with almost every group visitors.

Beautiful place for a weekend gateway.. it's the perfect weekend destination if you are looking for some quite serene time.. nesteled in the greenery and home to many beautiful birds it is hard to believe we are only few kilometers away from the main city. The only thing that requires improvement is the room service as the dishes we ordered came quite late and the utensils were not cleared off till next day.. apart from that whole experience was very good.

Resort has good and other facilities not qualify for farm house. Far from city . Farm house maintained well. Room are average and needs proper maintenance. Staff not so attentive to respond to issues during our time. Food was not good at all even quality and quality very cheap and low. Price is too high.

Just in the day of NOBOMI in this Durga puja we went there . It was a day trip. Farm house is well decorated with many types of saplings.....Nature is very pleasant...... . But our experience regarding food is not much satisfactory. As we were 21 persons , they charged picnic rate .... 680 rs/ person only for brkfast and lunch....Bt amount of food was not sufficient.. we hv to wait long fr 2 pieces of luchies.in brkfst time. .No welcome greetings done by any staff. Don't know why they r so cool to the tourists. Moreover, their sale counter suffer frm mismanagement. when we buy some plant pot frm their nursery., They can't provide any carry bags or even some papers fr wrapping. So we bound to leave all items there. We thought to spend one night in future. But we r very much disappointed . A requst to the owner ....Try to rectify

It's really a nice to visit with your family. I am very thankful to them as they arranged wheel chair for my mother who is a suffering from knee pain but with the help of wheel chair she could see every thing over their. Each and every every person is well behaved I gave 4 stars because food is bit costly. At the time of departute they gave a small plant thank u for that.

Worst service from the staff. Lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Never did I experience anything as bad as this. The staff was so rude, and are so unprofessional. I had better experience in other places at a lower price. Will never go back.

A good place of past became poor due to lack of maintenance. Jagori room was pathetically bad with tiny bathroom with no shower and geyser, tap waterflows are extremely poor, a bed hardly 4-4.5ft wide - difficult to sleep with even a small kid. Other rooms are good. Food served were tasty but service boys are not that trained. For your food for entire day, order need to be placed one day before you reach, that's too irritating. Games room is a nightmare with carrom and table tennis board full of dust, plenty of dumps and garage lying in the room. One star for Jagori room and games room, for other aspects giving 3 star. Lots of greenery but may be monsoon still going, some areas became jungle and rains made all pathways slippery and waterlogged
