We
did
our
modular
kitchen
but
are
not
satisfied
with
the
quality,
so
we
are
looking
for
a
good
interior
decorator
for
the
interior
decoration
of
our
rest
of
the
apartment.
We
found
Bose
Interior
from
the
net
and
contacted
Mr.
Atanu
Bose
for
this
purpose.
We
express
our
ideas
and
the
requirement.
After
lots
of
discussions
the
design
was
finalized,
he
gave
the
3D
model
of
the
design
and
budget.
It
looked
impassive
and
the
budget
was
quite
reasonable
and
competitive.
But
we
were
in
a
dilemma
whether
to
proceed
with
an
Interior
designer
about
whom
we
do
not
have
any
personal
reference.
However,
we
decided
to
proceed
with
him
after
seeing
his
transparency
in
the
quotation
and
the
dedication
to
make
the
design
as
we
required.
After
completion
of
the
design,
when
we
saw
that
our
dream
came
into
reality,
we
were
immensely
satisfied.
We
were
impressed
with
their
professionalism,
technical
skill,
and
knowledge
about
the
work.
What
makes
us
most
satisfied
and
happy
that
1.
Transparency:
Quotation
was
very
transparent
about
the
material
being
used.
We
got
the
same,
even
more.
2.
Design:
He
made
all
efforts
to
make
our
requirements
and
ideas
a
reality.
We
sat
three
to
four
times
to
finalize
our
resign
even
before
placing
the
order.
Even
we
made
few
changes
after
that,
everything
had
been
accommodated.
3.
Supervision:
He
used
to
come
two
to
three
days
a
week
to
supervise
the
job,
listened
to
our
problem,
explained
the
work
ongoing.
It
made
us
comfortable
and
confident.
Due
to
the
corona
pandemic
work
worked
hampered
like
hell
but
he
always
accommodative
and
made
the
thing
happened.
4.
Quality:
The
finishing
and
quality
of
the
material
are
excellent.
5.
Staff:
Carpenters,
painters,
and
all
staff
are
very
skilled,
dedicated,
and
well-behaved.
