In last 40 years of business experience I have not seen such a dirty handling by any shop and their staffs. They are non courteous. Even if people will die at your shop even than they are not helpful. Also want to your why manager or owner no is not shared in emergency also. My wife badly hurted with your glass in your shop and all your staff are sitting. They don't have courtesy to help in any respect. When I ask the no of the manager I was told they are not allowed to give. Can I know why this instruction are given, which is very bad. I will inform all my relatives and staff not to go to this shop.

Extremely poor service at the South City store. The two sales women were so smart to cheat me with the products I did not even intend to buy. They don’t have mrp tags in their intimate products if the price is 597 they are taking 1295 for the same product and making the bill amount reaching a level of the false amount they’re asking for and selling few other products saying that it’s a free gift but they’re not free gifts it’s just that the sales women want to increase their sales and cheat customers! Horrible experience I expect zivame to take strict actions

I picked up t shirt bras and absolutely comfortable and yeah they are expensive but honestly totally worth it and I am getting to much confidence by wearing their t shirt bras when I wear t shirt. Amazing collection and staffs are very helpful to pick up your perfect bra size.

Nice collection of stock with nice pair up. Wanted to buy 1 bra but purchased few more as getting them all for a good deal. In love with their good deal really value fir money deal.

In South City Mall i got a great experience in ZUVAMI store . There are different types collection and the staff are very helpful . Narcima didi suggest the perfect product for your body .you can try the other type collection in trial room. There are also available different size colourfull night suit And all of these products cloth quality is amazing. So I can suggest you that you can use this company's products at once.

Never buy anything from zivame, because if you need to return any of the product, Zivame will not refund you the amount. They will keep saying wait for 48 hours, 72 hours and on and on. Worst service received. My return product has been picked up 13-14 days ago, and I have raised at least 3 tickets regarding this. And they are still saying that I need to wait for 72 hours for resolution. Pathetic service.

I visited the shop yesterday to buy saree Shapewear and one bra. But saleswoman really knows how to sell more products 😆. So i ended up buying way more than the things(two Shapewear, 6 bras ,some offers were there). Just keep that in mind and purchase only your needs. Products were nice but much pricy. Thats also fine if you want to pay but the main problem is billing. They decide what discount they can provide on the billing and it is really confusing to the customers if you are paying less or more 😕and it took more than half an hour for billing for some issue from their end and they couldn’t operate my cards so i needed to google pay, and moreover they said i will be getting my invoice in my mail but still i dint got anything and i am sure now by seeing other reviews I am not getting that 🤨🤨 and the store owner gave me one screenshot of my billing when I again visited her again before leaving the mall for the invoice but no bill no or anything was there. I was in hurry so i left with lots of products 🥲🥲, bag full of bras. So they might be cheating and stealing your money. Better use the online or app for clear transaction. Two star only for the products

2 of the salespeople helped me, they were really nice - one of them was really kind and took a lot of effort and patiently helped me. My problem is with billing - I feel cheated. I was in a hurry while billing and like all other places I said e bills fine. But later when I saw - I was charged for a trackpant which I was told as free. My bill would not have been so much had that not been added. Also - had I known the offers properly - it would have been much easier to shop! And, @zivame - if incase a customer pays extra digitally - please see to it that they get a return somehow!

Visited the south city store yesterday. Very happy with the experience. Priyanka helped me a lot in getting the right fit for me and the fit felt so good that I ended up buying more things. Got lots of free gifts as well. Reduced one star because of the high price.

Staff are very patient, polite and helpful. They found my mother a place to sit and helped me for a long time. The stock is a bit limited and could use more items. Overall, it's a shop worth checking out especially for lingerie.

It's better u change the store timing to 8:30 PM instead of 9 coz the employees dun want clients to come in after dat. I visited the store at 8:45 and d staff directly told me to do fast as dey will close at 9. Dey completely ignored nd didn't even bother to help with anything. Even I work in sales for a very long time and many times clients come late bt till date I have nvr hurried anyone to do fast. Our behavior stays d same for clients who comes at 11am or 8pm. If dey really wanted me to buy fast dey cud hav atleast tried to help instead of me searching for everything. Very disappointed. Will nvr visit d store agn.

Quality of all product is very good and the staffs are also very good .When i came they just going to close but for us only they provide the service.

Visited the store today to purchase some items for the first time. The lingerie that I tried were not as per my taste as well as fit. Since I did not purchase anything, one of the sales attendant wanted to take down my contact details for future correspondence. However, the other one slyly whispered to her that it is unnecessary and not worth it. It's outright rude! I will not use the word unprofessional because it will be Hebrew for the sales girl who was dumb enough to think that I will not hear what she whispered within my earshot. No wonder the store looks deserted and on the verge of shutdown.

Very poor customer service. Very manipulative sales person. They misguide a lot. I've even seen them mocking other customers who are maybe unable to buy a few products that they might have tried on. Very misleading..they will not show your according to your requirements....they will just try to put you away with most expensive products they have. Rude behaviour of salesperson. I had been a frequent customer of zivame... But the way they behaved it's clear it's my last time. There are two sales ladies very rude and literally cheat u to buy the expensive products.

Zivame south city mall, is one of the worst experiences I have had. They are very rough, with no smile whatsoever, they do not listen to what the customer wants rather force the customer based upon their own choices, they lie and do not understand no, instead of u say no they will make faces and show their displeasure, their only focus is to get money and sell rather than customer service, for example we asked for a size XL, but they sold us a large lying that's it's XL, like is it even possible to double check everything and from such a reputed brand? They gifted is a perfume, but it was half used, once we went back the sales person said no it can't be blah blah, please consider other brands when at South City Mall, cause zivame is one of the most useless experiences you will have. They are basically cheaters, with a lot of negative attitude. They will do anything and everything to sell even if the required size is also not available, they will sell wrong size, please just double check.

Actually this review is from my wife, just my words. She wanted to get some nightwear and shapewear. The staffs are very helpful and will give you a small tour and understand your needs. Good place to get lingerie.

The other girl other than narshima is extremely rude and pathetic to say the least. She dsnt guide you properly, has a 7th class attitude, she actually looks down on u for God knows wht....it's our money tht provides her salary... I'm never visiting tht store and will ask my friends and family to refrain from buying any zivame products till u remove tht girl from your store

Poor and pathetic online service, money got debited from my account and order not got placed. Customer care of Zivame saying that they didn't get money for the order and follow up the bank and Bank Saying that merchant declined the service request. So result is that I have lost my hard earned money and nothing. I would never purchase anything from zevame and never recommend to anyone.

There is a staff whose name is mitali... She is very help full and very polite... She says in a beautiful way about the products benefit and advantage so that i cannot deny to buy it... And she explains the amt that she charge and the price break up... Very good girl..

Very nice experience with good products . Went to buy 2products however ended up buying 3 more because of their variation of stock and loved the product styles. The sale person was very knowledgeable and the products given by her fitted me perfectly. They are really helpful 😃 and understood my requirement and gave me the products.
