The worts nursing home in our location...the all staffs are very rude they don't know how to behave with patients and patient party...and they also dont know how to handle management....I humble request to the owner of the Arti nursing home that pllz look out of all the staffs and teach them how to handle all that kind thigs...and appoint some educated person for official work and nursing work..

Good medical facilities... but behaviour of the stuffs should be in check. Some time bills are really expensive with out proper reason.

Best treatment and prompt service

Let me share the experience I had. While booking a test at the reception they don't bothered about how to behave . Engaged into multiple self gossip forgetting that I was their to do the billing. They called patient at 4.30 pm for testing and till 6.30pm they don't know anything about the test needed to be done. The stuff is completely unprofessional and inexperienced . Now let's come to the doctor's doing the test - Really people need to check if they have adequate experience to do the test. There is no online complaint facility so they we as a patient family can give our concerns . Mostly the over-all behaviour is unexpected. People should avoid going to such places and go to hospital and nursing home where the hospitality means taking care of patient in over making money. Please Arati hospital - if you charging for services then try to provide service for what you are charging
