Updated- went to Valley Home kitchen again today after the owners contacted me directly in regards to the previous visits Discrimination. Happy to say the staff were really friendly, coffee is superb and service was wonderful. Really appreciate the maturity of the cafe and their approach to rectify directly. As per the law I was able to go to the counter order my takeaways with no issues. If a company tried this hard to rectify a situation please give them a 2nd chance. Have been enjoying and supportive of this cafe for 2 years- today the male staff member decided to loudly ask for a vaccine passport in front of other customers in the shop. So loud I asked him to speak quietly as to not expose my private medical information. I said I ordered takeaway coffee so regardless I didn’t need to show it. Rude and very discriminating. So unfortunate. Will no longer support

Creamy mushrooms were good. Service was great, and staff kept checking in. Great vibe.

I love this place and always enjoyed the coffee.. my favorite in town and we live within a short walking distance.. unfortunately a couple of days ago I witnessed a staff member get food out of the cabinet for a customer with her bare hands, no gloves, no tongs.. just hands. Please, in this day & age with so many horrid viruses around could at least tongs be used. Normally I'd give 5 stars but I was a little horrified about the lack of hygiene.

we were waiting around 20min for food.. however, they served very very yummy and lovely dishes! If you have enough time to wait to go there then get yummy food❤️

First time visit. Nice and local. They forgot one of the items I ordered, but they were very apologetic and corrected this quickly. Very friendly staff with a lovely attitude. Highly recommended. The coffee is good so grab one..

We decided to visit on a public holiday so, unfortunately no chef on board. However the cabinet food we ate, pie, quiche and tortilla were all excellent and flavourful. Coffee was also very good. Would recommend a visit.

Enjoyed the cafe immensely, have always followed but this was our 1st time to visit. Had been to Farrell's nursery so was happy to find it easy to park with a trailer on the road. Good coffee XL. Looking forward to going back for the coffee cake but enjoyed the seafood chowder. Easier to get to than I thought. mmmmm coffee cake !!!

Absolutely amazing team and the food is devine! Ata went out of her way to ensure my daughter's meal was suitable for her as she is coeliac. I can't recommend highly enough, think this will become a regular for us!!

The Muffin was really nice, light and fluffy. The peppermint slice was really nice, not overly sweet... But on a down side the person I was with had to wait over 30 mins (because they stuffed up the 1st lot before bringing out) for poached eggs, which was literally 2 eggs and 2 small pieces of bread!!! Nothing was offered for their mistake or waiting so long :-\...

Lovely people and service. Can get a little noisy at time with lots of people and blenders going. Still definitely worth a visit.

The foods all made on site fresh and it's amazing. Pretty good value too. Highly recommended.

Delicious impromptu lunch - Lean Green smoothie was lovely, as was the potato steak and cheese brioche pie (divine thin crusty pastry!). Good prices too!

Cozy, charming cafe a bit away from Pukekohe centre. Well decorated. Friendly staff. Coffee was really nice and eggs Benedict ($17) was very yummy prepared with fresh bread and greens. Recommended!
