Came in on Saturday, it was terribly busy specially due to the bad weather. However as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the sweetest girl whose name was Sarah, and she was of great help. So patient, quick on her feet, and she provided us with possibly the best costumer service I personally have ever experienced. And despite how busy and hectic it was, she was quickly serving everyone with a positive attitude which was refreshing to see. Will definitely come back, and thanks to the amazing team specially Sarah.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone working today especially the lady at the counter who helped us! I came in with my 5-year-old son, we're from out of town and only visiting as my son was having another surgery today. To take his mind off being nil by mouth we came into Timezone and had a blast! He was over the moon when he was able to get a sonic toy and its barley left his side (he only didn't have him when he was in theatre). One hour of fun and one soft toy has made the most amazing difference for him during his time in hospital. He's currently recovering well with sonic of course. Thanks again, you've really helped this stressed mama out! We will definitely visit again and tell all our family and friends about your arcade.

Took my 4yr old here for the first time and he had an absolute ball. Great staff, very approachable and happy to talk. But wish this place was bigger and had more of a selection of games. Would happily take my son here again. The absolutely amazing Lia and pena where amazing.

Awesome place to have fun with family and friends, had an awesome time for the 2nd time. Staff were friendly especially Philip who transferred the rest of my tickets to a different card. Sarah was reasonably helpful she let me use my coupon but didn't let me use my main card from the Timezone app. Overall very fun games and stayed there for around 2 hours again! 9/10

The kids and I visited again today, it is their activity of choice in the holidays and we always have a lot of fun. Today, although it was very busy while we were there, the atmosphere was light, cheerful and fun. The venue was clean and tidy and Lia and Adrian were both happy, friendly and making sure everyone was having a great time. Lia went above and beyond to help us when we had problems with a machine.

Great place to let the kids loose and have some fun.. I only gave 4 stars because inside the claw machines they have really cool big soft toys that you can win, but they squeeze them in so tightly together that it's literally impossible to grab or win anything. Come on timezone, let the kids win some teddys. The photo booth is cool though! The VR ride is my fav, but the head straps need replaced badly.

Hadn’t been out to Timezone in a while so I went the other day with my friend to see what’s new. Glad to see Adrian still there and he still had amazing customer service, very polite and always fun to talk to! Can’t wait to come back again sometime soon for more fun times

I had an excellent evening with my cousin and her friends for her birthday. Time zone Centre Place is the most fun place to go in Hamilton. There’s one crew member in particular that I met who is my cousins friend his name is Kenya. Now I don’t know the guy yet even though he wasn’t on a shift at the time he still gave us the best Time Zone experience every customer looks for. He is very energetic, inclusive, Kind and caring, he lead us straight to the most fun games which I agree is the punching bag and hoops. He ensured we were all having a great time as-well as his co workers. I could see that every-time he talked to his co workers he made them smile. If the crew members do that even when their not working I rate this place 6 stars out of 5 :)

Ethan and Pena were fantastic, they really looked after us and made my husbands birthday really special. They challenged the kids to heaps of games which the kids loved and just made our whole experience awesome! Thanks so much!

Service is wonderful and very helpful. Main issue is the air con. Store is to hot and being a regular I can be lenient but I can only imagine how people wanting to enter the market may be deterred. Doesn’t help that some of the chocolate prizes are melted. :(
