I was thrilled to join the Membership and have access to this fabulous Salon. I was very touched to receive a beautiful goodie bag on my arrival for my appointment, for joining the membership. I was excited to meet Sara and to let her loose on my hair. And WOW have I been given a new lease of life! Just loved that I felt I could sit back and let the magic happen. I really enjoyed my time with Sara. Very happy.

My daughter LOVES spending time with Morgan. She knows they communicate well, Morgan always understands what she wants, and she relates well with Morgan's vibe. If her whole body could smile, it did!!! She loves loves loves her new cut and will be returning in 2 weeks for a bit of fun colour to complete this artistic look. Thank you!!!

I’ve been to common thread once so far and am definitely going back! I was booked in with Ashlee and highly recommend going to her! She’s so sweet and will talk you through every detail, makes you feel so comfortable! My roots were so grown out, so absolutely loved the outcome for my blonde hair!

Thank you to the lovely Ashlee for my new colour! I had very tricky, thick hair with a lot of different colours throughout and you absolutely nailed the clean and cool blond tones I have been trying to achieve. Ashlee was suburb at guiding me through the process when coming up with the colour plan which is great for someone like me who needs a bit of guidance. She has a professional, relaxed and friendly personality and through chatting we got to know each other a bit which is always nice. Common Thread offers a professional and relaxing space. They add the little extra touches make you feel very well looked after. You can tell the products and techniques used are the best in the business. I left the salon with incredibly shiny hair, in excellent condition - worlds away from when I first walked in! Big thank you Ashlee and the team at Common Thread, loving my new hair!

Tom, it was lovely to meet you this morning. I’m so excited to be in your hands for my colour transformation. I simply don’t have to think about my hair because Tracy does it for me. She always has a vision for my hair which not only looks and feels great, but is easy to style and manage for one who has a very busy life. Also, with Tracey’s expert advice my hair has been super healthy for many years with the use of very little product. Common Thread offer so much more than a fabulous cut and style!!

Sam was amazing. A WOW! head massage. She took every care and attended to all my needs. Her communication was great, finding out what I liked and didn't like. I loved the ambience and the cheerful staff. A first class experience!

.Common Thread is an awesome place,the staff is awesome, I see Sara ,,she is great! Sara chats away and tells me what she really thinks!( sometimes she even talks about my hair!🙂)I really like getting my haircut with Sara , I used to not like getting it done,so just let it get into a mess! Honestly, now I really look forward to getting my haircut,,,,its a highlight of every month or so!
