Such an easy motel to access, just off the motorway but quiet. In amongst way too many eating options. The rooms were very tidy and clean, dated but very good. Reception was interesting, he was grumpy, she was lovely. The staff were also very polite. Real value for money.

A lovely stay while attending business on the shore. Close to food, close to roads and motorway. Wheelchair facilities were great👍

This motel is one of the cleanliest I have ever seen. The rooms are super comfy with warm vibes. The pool area is cozy. Location is accessible and surrounded by eateries. I really appreciate the staff particularly motel manager Akmaral and Vasily for being kind and helpful. They have been always on their toes to help guests. Extremely polite staff and pleasant experience staying here. I highly recommend it!

My family stayed at the motel for 2 weeks durning the Christmas and New year holidays. Such a welcoming and homely feeling, not to mention the cleanleness and daily house keepers changing and upkeeping the room. House keepers were so kind to our kids and offering clean towels and other needs required to ensure our stay is comfortable. Christmas day we received a beautiful Christmas card and goodies from Aki ( Manager) .Aki was extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself.Truly felt blessed and cared for as a customer. Walking distance to local restaurants, food courts, gym access ( one week free trail) , hoyst movies and much more. This is a great location and accessible to the CBD, supermarkets and malls. We will return to this motel in the near future!

Aristotle's North Shore Motel & Conference Centre exceeded all expectations! Impeccably clean rooms, comfy beds, and top-notch amenities. The conference center is perfect for events. Convenient location, and the eco-friendly initiatives are a bonus. Friendly staff make this a standout choice. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for one night Stacy and Glenn at the front desk were so amazing and so friendly just awesome.Decent parking. Room was great nice and clean bed was comfy the bath was amazing ,the outdoor area was cute and just the right size will definitely be coming back. Great location close to a supermarket and restaurants. Pool looked great I can't wait to come back and try the pool out (couldn't due to new tattoo) Thanks guys for being awesome Sam & Nick

Stayed for 3 nights during my partners surgery. Such a clean motel, very close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are super friendly, helpful and so accomadating. The bed was very comfortable, we had a lazy boy in our room also which was great for reading a book and an afternoon nap. Perfect place to stay for recovery from surgery or family holiday. Didn't hear any traffic from near by roads which was a huge bonus. The large pool area is beautiful ! Also very safe for children. Shame the Auckland weather didn't put on any sunshine for us to be able to swim. If ever I visit Auckland again I will stay here for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aristotles and will highly recommended this motel for anyone we know visiting Auckland.

Brilliant place to stay. If you are having surgery on the Shore, then Aristotles is an amazing place to stay before and after. Large units on the ground floor with easy access showers, lots of ice packs😆 and extra pillows and the owners are just wonderful at keeping an eye on you if you need it.

Reasonable rooms at a reasonable rate. There is a well maintained swimming pool which most of the rooms overlook or if your on the ground level open up too by way of ranch slider doors. Some of the rooms have spa baths which are nice to relax in. There is a bar/resturaunt a few meters away and burger king is also right next door. There is also a selection of other shops, food places and retail outlets very close by. The surrounding area is mostly commercial zoned places with some recreational options like movie theatre, games arcade, ten pin bowling, pokies and more. Bus station for expressway bus to city is a 5min walk from motel and a supermarket about 10mins walk. Rooms on the burger king side seem to be generally noisier than pool side. They have managers who stay onsite. Vehicle parking is average. There are security cameras but its not secured parking and with a very limited amount of covered parking available. In Summary, You wouldnt stay there if you were wanting a room with a view or going on a beach holiday but its a good practical tidy place to stay with a fair bit to do in the area and compared to other options in the area it would be the one to pick. Its my feeling alot of the geusts staying there are more on buisness than vacation.

We stayed here for three nights to be closer to the AUT Millennium. Room was tidy tho the bathroom had a bad odour. Had a good sleep as it’s very quiet at night and had enjoyed Op shopping too. If you’re like me than this is the place to stay as theres about four Op shops in walking distance.

It's pretty ordinary. Motel in a semi industrial area. My room was smelly and not well cleaned. It's loud during the morning and evenings from the surrounding area. Much better options around.

Customer service is beyond friendly and efficient. From booking with Aki (Manager) to the cleaning staff. Super fast check in and out. The cleanest rooms and im OCD and checked the tops of the wardrobes and everything before i put anything up there. Water pressure is great. Comfy beds. Great spa bath. Really kid friendly. Location is awesome. Burger King next door and various Asian restaurants. Vege shop and Countdown and Pharmacy $2 shop etc 1 min drive away or 8 mins walk. Pub next door too. Surrounded by cool 6 Op Shops and Movie and ten Pin bowling walking distance. Easy to get to from the motorway. But dont hear the traffic. Sky tv was refreshing. Cons - Have to go to the basement for a smoke. I didnt mind but others might. The bathroom fans are so loud! Wifi wasnt working. Bufferring on everything. Though my neighbour didnt have the same trouble. Ill be saying again.

Great service great location. We stayed here for one night while visiting family and friends in thr Auckland area. The location meant we could visit in town, on the shore, Silverdale and out west with ease. The rooms were a little dated but very clean. We own a motel and I was happy with the standard that was provided. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling to the Auckland area and visiting various places. The manager was awesome and gave great information 👍🙂

Can’t recommend this place enough. I stayed after surgery at southern cross and they were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond - even dropped me at the hospital when my taxi didn’t show up!

Stayed in the self contained unit with spa. Sandy and Glen had the sofa bed as well as a trundler bed made up already for our convenience. The room was super clean, big ups to house keeping. The pool was nice and clean, not heated the kids said, but doesn't ever stop them. Has a full kitchenette which is always handy for us. The shops/restaurants right out the door which you'd think would be a noisy stay at night, but wasn't at all. I liked that the room was separated from the rest of the motel. Just under the carpark. The king bed was ridiculous comfortable, I have a bad back and always look for reviews based on bedding. It was quality. Sandy and Glen were absolutely welcoming and genuinely the nicest Managers I have come across in a long time. We stay away alot, so we have met many. Nothing at all was a hassle for them. It is a real shame that they are leaving here and Aristotles will be opening up to unvaccinated customers. We will not be back due to this. Having an immune compromised child it's not worth it to us. Which is a shame as this would have been a regular stay for us due to location and comfort. Overall I couldn't fault my stay at all.

A last minute booking was made with Aristotle for my daughter and I on Saturday afternoon. After travelling 3 hours we a arrived to a smiling face of the gentleman at the desk. We had the only room left with a double bed, we asked if it could be made into 2 singles and that happened with no fuss. The gentleman and his wife have recently bought the hotel, they were friendly and gave us local information which was useful. Our room was very clean and had everything one would need. Will definitely stay there again and we wish them well in their new venture.

Glen and Sandy were great. Check in was easy, check out easy. Nice clean and tidy good size room. Good security after hours and for parking. Great room prices too. Getting onto the motorway was as easy as 4 turns. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about Aristotles. The room was immaculate, clean, comfy and relaxing, in a prime location and service was terrific! I especially loved the communication via email, phone call with Aristotle as we flew in from Wellington and our check-in was after hours. They had everything ready upon arrival and made it so smooth and seamless. Definitely my favorite and have already recommended to family and friends.

Lovely place to stay. Great service nice pool area. Enough facilities in rooms to cook meals, spa bath was bomb and water pressure was awesome. Most of the hotel maids were amazing only one that disappointed me but to the rest thank you for your wonderful service.

My whanau & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here although it was short. Super clean & comfortable. Lovely owners, very accommodating. Have stayed in more expensive places than here but I would choose Aristotles anyday. We all slept like babies!! Spacious as. Could not recommend it more!

We travelled to Auckland for a tournament over the long weekend. There was also another team staying there, that we got a long with great. All the kids were excited to stay in a hotel, some was their first experience. The rooms were tidy, the faculties were good, apart from the air con smelt like the filters needed a clean. I would not recommend Aristotles North Shore Motel for families with children, sporting teams or school groups. The managers were so rude in the way they spoke to us and our children. The Male manager was ok however the female manager had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager spoke to our kids rudely and in an angry voice, to the point the children went to their rooms. Managers said could be in the pool till 9pm, but just about every time the kids went in the pool they would complain. At a point during the night the managers seen something and approached the wrong parent calling her a liar. I totally understand kids are loud but for them to be so disrespectful was disgusting.

Great place to stay, well maintained rooms, amazing service from the staff Only downsides were the shower nozzle was quite low (being a tall person had to bend down a bit) and the wifi was occasionally slow Overall great stay and will definitely be coming back

We stayed here for a night and I would say this is a pretty good for a motel. Very nice staff in the reception, who made sure we got everything we need. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the tub. Great security on after hours, great parking and great location. It was close to supermarkets and restaurants. We will definitely come back here! Thank you for a good night!❤️

This is where we come whether it be a few days away or im having day surgery and need to stay close by. The beds are super comfortable, location is fantastic, even if you feel like your in China town, unfortunately if your wanting a bottle of milk you need to go further afield and find a dairy. And the customer service is worth 10 stars they will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. Rooms a lovely and quiet and lovely and clean..

Fantastic accomodation!! I arrived well after hours and they were still smiling friendly and accommodating.....I wished I could stay another night!!

Called to book, told price at $189, I said website says $169. Was told to book through website. I was on the phone and driving towards them. Totally useless, would not take phone booking at website price. Booked eksewhere. Hope owner is happy that he lost $169 of business.

Lynda was so nice and friendly as always, the guy on reception was pretty good too, the pool guy was a bit grumpy and a bit of a critter though.😉

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The great staff really make an effort to engage with guests. Clean and comfortable beds, clean bathrooms!

On arrival I noted that our daughter was not with us but still got charged for her. However we needed another room for other family members and they were able to accommodate. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Needed extra towels and they were supplied. We enjoyed the pool. Wish the website was easier to navigate. We would have booked a room with a balcony or off the pool. Jug is not working in our room so we used a pot to boil our water. Good parking. Water pressure was great. Overall good stay
