    Well you ve used only my deposit to clean the curtain so i dont worry about it..and the new tenants a couple was very happy and told me that the appartment was clean..so an other prouv that you dont look after people but money first. Thank you but no i dont need to contact you to talk more and wont use your service anymore for sure.

    Be careful... This is a first for me. But feel compelled to leave a review for those who think about staying here. The place itself is fine for what you pay, and the location was great. We had a two day work trip and needed somewhere to sleep between our meetings. I arrived at work today, and Quinovic accused my colleague and I of BREAKING a TV screen. There was no conversation with David Graham the principle there. They simply blamed us and charged our business an extra $1,200.00. We simply made a cup of tea both nights, cleaned the dishes and took the garbage out as per requested. At no point, we actually went near a TV. We actually didn’t even know a TV existed there, let alone smash the screen on one. Davids response when trying to actually discuss the accusation was "after every guest, the cleaners check the TV to ensure it is working properly and the remote has batteries. Hence, we know the TV was damaged during your visit, as it was reported immediately after checkout". For context, we are co-founders of a tech company, we have absolutely no reason to 'hide' from a broken TV screen if we actually did something like that. Mistakes happen. However as you could imagine this is extremely frustrating knowing that we did NOT touch a TV while staying there, let along break one. And now being charged $1,200 for it, no questions asked. Infuriating! David didn't even have the willingness to call me about it which is really disappointing. EDIT to Davids reply: David's simple but only justification has been "we have a photo of it". We aren't questioning IF the TV was broken, we simply KNOW it was NOT us. You need to dig deeper than that before taking money off your tenants. I wouldn't publicly call this out if I was even slightly guilty. Be careful folks - Think before giving away your credit card to this business.

    This is a great location to explore Auckland's CBD and wharf. We had a few minor house keeping issues but all of our requests were handled in a timely and professional manner. The unit is very spacious and the action around the wharf was very entertaining.

    While I'm not normally a person complaining, I'm compelled to make a complaint about this stay at Heritage Hotel. The reason for our trip was a medical issue/surgery on Thu morning. Having workers just outside the balcony and occasionally on the balcony itself building up a scaffolding just outside, looking into the apartment and with significant noise was certainly NOT what we had expected. There was no notice about this. Had we known about this we would certainly not have booked this unit. And then you're refusing any refund or compensation. Extremely poor.

    We’re super happy with how things have gone with Quinovic. Dee has been our main point of contact throughout our move in process, she’s absolutely smashed every part! We were really pushed for time and somehow, she managed to close our deal within a matter of days saving us a ton of money! She’s a supernatural machine and I’m super happy to have her as my go to for any tenancy issues. If her manager can pick this up, please know that she goes above and beyond - Thanks Dee!

    David and the Quinovic Team are amazing! We have had them managing our apartment at Princes Wharf, Viaduct or a few years now and they have always done their very best to help have our apartment rented short and long. and managed professionally. Dee is wonderful in finding us tenants, very communicative , professional and a joy to deal with as are the rest of the Quinovic Team. A BIG thank you from us as landlords, Team. A1!!!

    Beware of Deceptive Practices: A Cautionary Tale of a Dishonest Property Manager I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with David Graham of Quinovic Viaduct of Auckland, who proved to be nothing short of dishonest and unscrupulous. As a tenant who values transparency and fairness, my encounter with Quinovic Viaduct of Auckland, was both frustrating and disheartening. From the outset, Quinovic Viaduct of Auckland presented themselves as professional and reliable. However, shortly after I signed the agreement to rent a one of units they manage short temr, the red flags began to emerge. One of the most glaring issues was the lack of clarity in financial matters. The property manager consistently provided vague and inconsistent information regarding fees and their cancellation policy. Worse yet, I discovered instances where the property manager engaged in unethical practices, such as charging hidden fees and pocketing funds. This not only demonstrated a lack of integrity but also raised serious questions about the way they conduct business. In hindsight, I regret not researching David Graham of Quinovic Viaduct of Auckland, thoroughly before entering into an agreement. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It's crucial to seek recommendations, read reviews, and, if possible, speak with current or former tenants to get a comprehensive understanding of the property manager's track record. In conclusion, my experience was a stark reminder of the importance of choosing property managers wisely. Dishonest practices not only harm tenants but also erode trust in the real estate industry. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, prompting them to be vigilant and prioritize honesty and transparency when selecting a property manager.

    I was very fortunate to have Deepika and Quinovic as my real estate agent for the apartment I have lived in the past 2.5 years. Deepika (and Quinovic generally) has(/ve) been a very responsive, reliable and accommodating to my needs and issues as a tenant. I did not expect to stay in the apartment as long as I did due to my changing circumstances - it just became more comfortable easier to extend via Deepika's flexibility and effective communications with the landlord.     Dee was the lady who helped me securing an apartment in Auckland CBD, as I was relocating back from Wellington between Christmas and New Year. Dee was amazing in helping me secure the perfect apartment and even when I landed and the electricity was turned off for a few days, Quinovic offered me an alternative apartment in the same block, so I could shower etc, whilst Mercury corrected the error. Dee always picks the phone up and no request is too large or small for her, super lady!!

    We rented an apartment through Quinovic from August 2021 to May 2022 and it was seamless. Deepika met us for the inspection, we signed on the spot, and she looked after us right from start to finish. If there were any maintenance issues, they were dealt with right away. When we finished the tenancy, there was no issues whatsoever with having our bond returned. Easy and hassle free. Do it!

    Very comfortable apartments to stay. Nice and clean rooms. All the stufd available. Fully furnished . Even for the kids. Gorgeous harbour view , skyline . You can practically walk daily from there to visit many areas of CBD. Some nice restaurants are at the walking ditance. And also you xan see tge big wheel on the marina side. Lots of boats sailing everyday as it is the main area. only issue is that it is quite expensive if you are not a local. Without any credit history these apartments are not economical. Rest all good if you can manage for sometime. countdown is just next side of the road , so it is very convenient if you dont want to go far to buy groceries.

    The team at quinovic have been great to deal with. Their patience, understanding and assistance has been extremely helpful. They were in the unenviable position of having to break our lease in contract due to unforeseen circumstances and made the situation as easy and painless as possible by offering alternative properties and being super flexible around our exit. Highly recommend them as ethical and honest for both owners and tenants.

    We have lived in our Quinovic rental home for coming up 8 years this year. I have personally had the pleasure of dealing with David and his team ,and I can confirm we have had nothing but exceptional service the entire time. Covid and job loss played a huge part during the last few years for our family, unexpectedly when we hit a number of hurdles - the first thing David did was call to check in and see if there was anything he could do to help. I could never fault David and his teams communication and it was wonderful to be spoken to as person, not just a number. Really grateful for everything that has done for myself and my family - could not fault any of the service provided by this amazing team - Thank you!

We do not live in Auckland and so their support for our needs and that of our tenants has been exemplary.     Taking this opportunity to express how grateful we are to have David & Deepika to be of such great assistance and to have demonstrated genuine kindness as property managers. David and his team have gone out of their way to deliver such top notch service to my partner and I as tenants. They were very prompt in sending over temporary fridges to assist us during a very difficult time (fridge malfunction) and proceeded in liaising with Trade Depot to ensure we received prompt replacement from them. My partner and I are both extremely satisfied towards the kind & thoughtful service provided by the team. Highly recommended! :D
