If you are in town on business, and need a place to rest where you have everything you need and a feed close by, well worth the money. House keeping is exceptionally

Great hotel situated close to the foreshore. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, excellent checkin experience and well appointed rooms. Plenty of food options just steps away which can be all charged back to your room at the Quest… Well done everyone !

Lovely friendly front reception lady. The room was large and new with a fully equipped kitchen. Our TV was not connecting to the Internet, which they did try to fix, but it stopped working if we turned the TV off. The room could have been cleaner. Shower was was starting to get moldy in places and there was a used toilet roll under the bed. Area was great location for where we needed to be and nice and quiet for sleep.

Location is great but was very difficult to find as the signs are very small and thought we were lost as it is in a ln industrial/commerical area. Short drive to food areas like McDonald's. Mini Putt and ice skating up the road. Room was fantastic, top floor with great views. Clean, every amenity needed and covered. Staff were lovely at reception, especially Tina!!

We booked 8 rooms to house our guests including me over various numbers of nights for our wedding. The hotel itself and the rooms individually were all beautifully presented, clean, modern, great sizes and very quiet. With the complexity of our wedding booking the staff were very helpful in ensuring all the rooms and parking were booked correctly and everything went without a hitch. The hotel has easy access to the motorways and great amenities near by. During the week there is Subway sandwiches, Hollywood bakery, the Brook bar and restaurant, habitual fix coffee and a dairy all conveniently located just outside the door. Also, across the road is Fisher House if you want a quality dining experience. Some of the amenities are closed on weekends but I would still highly recommend the Quest Highbrook as a hotel to consider if you are looking for accomodation in the area.

Dreadful stay, the indian chap on reception was rather rude and wanted to seriously argue with me about the undercover parking I had booked repeatedly trying to tell me it was outside instead. Then the shower drain in the bathroom of the room was blocked and caused a flood out to the carpet in the bedroom, poor cleaning practices obviously. Took me ages to clean up the flood, the lady on reception the next day asked why I didnt request to change rooms, well the indian chap was the only person around and I didnt want another argument. Put in a complaint to the hotel, manager failed to contact me back as promised, then on chasing this up offered me free parking next time and swept the blocked drain issue under the carpet basically couldnt of cared less about it or the fact I had to waste quite a bit of my time to sort.

Booked for family visiting for the weekend. Rooms and all was good. Family had a really great stay. The wife and I came back before checkout to clean up and see if anything is left behind to pick up. Up until we checked out for them, they said the room was messy, it will take a long time to clean and we wont get our $300 bond. Since when we have to make the place spot clean. We came back cleaned up what we can and also dumped our rubbish in our own bought rubbish bags so it's easy for you guys to just dump. Wiped the table with our own detol wipes. Towels and all, all put together in one corner of the bathroom and beds just covered properly, easy to pull out to change. Just rinsed the plates and cutlery so easy to clean for them. Yes there was a few crumbs here and there on the floor but like leave a vacuum there then if you want us to clean clean clean the room. That ruined the buzz for a great stay. Glad the wife took a video before we left to show them. Also since when did this 300 dollar bond was added. Booked here last year september had no bond. Oh well it is your guys policy but if any one is booking here, pay bond in cash. You'll get it back once you check out.

First short term stay accomodation provider I have ever been asked to actually pay a bond for a two night stay, normally our credit card details are taken to recoup any mini bar or additional expenses and yet Quest actually take the money ($300) and now tell us it will be five business days before it is refunded back onto our credit card?! Strange policy and one that only assists their companies cashflow…

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were tidy however I can’t give 5 stars due to the dangerous situation with the staircase. We decided to use the staircase and apparently ended up in the fire escape staircase not the normal one despite no signposting to say only use in case of emergency. Once we got into the stairwell the door deadlocked on us and left us in a situation where we were stuck in the stair well with the only way out being through an alarmed door at the bottom. Luckily we had cellphones on us but it Is irresponsible not to have proper signposting for the staircase. Especially when our only exit would probably have evacuated the hotel.

Neat appartment. Receptionist was nice to us. We went to see somebody there and saw that it's a worthwhile place. Lots of shops in the location too.

Dissappointed in what should have been a great family reunion visit. Downgraded from a 1 BR apartment to an Executive Studio without any prior communication. Was charged $280 per night and when queried this was reduced to $230pn - these rates are higher than the advertised web rates. One staff in particular (Kunal) did go out of his way to assist so credit to him. This hotel is generally clean, nicely located etc and would have scored 5 stars if my situation was handled correctly and timely and appropriate lower rates were charged.

Great room and great view from the 6th floor. The underground carpark was safe. Nearby options for take away dinners. Beware of the boiling hot water in the shower.

Absolutely stunning. The place is stunning, the rooms are so bright, it feels really clean. It’s extremely cheap for what it’s worth. It’s beautiful, the interior is beautiful, bright and vibrant , the staff are so nice and lovely. Our room was clean, our bed was clean and cozy. The main reception is beautiful. Granted I was late but the duty manager was so lovely. They even have small packs you can pre purchase for breakfast in the morning. Quick and easy, and they really paid attention to detail. If I could I’ll give this place a 100/10. Love it so much.

Booked direct for a family gathering. Reception team was professional, helpful and very accommodating. Apartments were very tidy, clean, and well appointed - definitely a corporate hotel. Housekeeping team members are pleasant and smiling. Rates are justified and relevant to market. Would definitely go back and recommend.

I stayed here with my family as we were in Auckland for a 50th. This was one of the best stay in Auckland, it has subway a small convenient store, indian restaurant, Japanese restaurant and a bar also z gas station and a gym. I highly recommend this place as you can rent out the bar for private parties/functions. Will definitely come back here.

Great to have a well regarded hotel like Quest in an industrial area like Highbrook. Really handy to my work while I'm in Auckland. Good charge back options from local businesses. Would recommend.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit for 2 adults and 2 children, when we got there they had to "split the double" to get 2 singles and charged us an additional $50 over and above what we had already paid even though they knew at the time of booking we requested the 2 singles. The unit was clean but very noisy.

Rooms were really tidy and clean, view was boring but wasn't surprised. Terrible customer service, they didn't explain where I could park my car, i had to ask multiple times. They also wouldn't let us inside when we arrived, we were standing out in the rain and wind whilst the reception staff sat and watched, thankfully another guest let us in. No one was friendly towards us unfortunately. Only enjoyed the room.

Very modern, bright rooms. Spotlessly clean. Came with washer and dryer. The only downside was nowhere nearby to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. Best hotel of my trip so far at reasonable price

Ladies on the front desk were awesome. Missed my ferry and managed to get a last minute booking. Nice clean rooms. The ladies even arranged a 5am wake up call for me. Thanks 😊

Really lovely serviced apartments/hotel. Fabulous rooms, very clean. Plenty of utensils/pans in kitchenette for cooking meals. Washer/dryer for laundry plus laundry rack for drying. You need to book in advance because this place fills up quickly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in East Tamaki area. If you have a car it is also easy to access the many shops in Botany, we also drove into the city several times. Great value, truely high quality accommodation.
