The
website
says
that
it
is
a
spa
for
the
mind,
body
and
spirit,
a
renewal
of
spiritual
experience
and
an
escape
from
everyday
life.
When
we
get
there,
first
there
are
a
lot
of
corridors
and
a
lot
of
square
footage,
the
entrance,
the
wardrobe,
everyone
has
already
described,
the
saunas
themselves
are
ok,
but
the
experience
showers
are
a
coma.
They
are
a
real
experience,
you
experience
a
literal
shock
to
your
heart,
first
of
all,
all
the
buttons
don't
work,
you
press
like
a
fool,
then
when
it
works,
some
shock,
funny
side
jets,
water
literally
leaks
from
the
showers...
you
expect
warm,
but
it
starts
out
cold
for
a
while
and
then
hot
.
That
experience
is
only
on
the
cold
button,
where
the
cold
water
steams
beautifully.
Basically...absolutely
nothing
works.
Take
a
look
at
Hotel
Ambasador,
there
the
showers
in
the
Spa
work
and
are
a
real
pleasant
experience.
Another
thing,
rest
for
the
mind
and
spirit?
You
have
no
order
and
no
one
cares.
The
murmur
was
so
loud
that
it
could
be
heard
far
away,
but
none
of
the
staff
cared.
And
a
team
of
uncultured
ladies
scattered
around
the
saunas
talking
and
making
noise
as
if
they
were
having
an
afternoon
coffee!
In
every
sauna,
loud
stories
about
everyday
problems,
diseases...etc...and
I
paid
for
all
that
in
the
price?
That
I
don't
experience
rest
but
that
my
blood
pressure
rises?
Kudos
to
you,
but
you
can
see
from
the
staff
that
no
one
cares
about
discipline,
order
and
customer
satisfaction.
If
anyone
cared,
they
would
have
already
solved
half
of
the
previously
written
complaints
in
the
reviews,
such
as
containers
for
wet
towels,
etc...
Very,
very
disappointing.
There
is
no
spa
experience,
quite
the
opposite.
