👍👍 Unlike in France here you can still go, taste wine and have lunch off season. Most of the food was home made or came from the region. It was very tasteful and nice. Personally I was very fond of the white wines, rose and the sparkling wine which is made 'methode champenoise'. For me the red wines... People often mention wine, wines, nice, tasting, good, recommend, white, family, experience, enjoyed,

Unlike in France here you can still go, taste wine and have lunch off season. Most of the food was home made or came from the region. It was very tasteful and nice. Personally I was very fond of the white wines, rose and the sparkling wine which is made 'methode champenoise'. For me the red wines were to fruity, but that doesn't mean anything about what you might like. The wine house is now here for 10 years I was explained, and 70% of their grapes are from a local white grape. They only have a limited production from their fields which are located about 45 km up north and that's why 95% of their sales are local. Fun fact: Each wine is named after one of the female family members.

What a wonderful place!!!! Really you need to go there if your nearby. Offcourse you can buy nice wines there. But the tasting experience is amazing!! Best food I had in the whole area of Pula. Fresh made with a lot of love, a lot of things from own garden. The possibility to taste black and white truffle. They got really friendly priced tasting menus 1,2,3 or 4 courses with 5 half glasses of different wine. Every wine is well explained and talked over with a lot of passion! We were lucky that had a spot for us but I would call them to be sure they have a spot to be not disappointed 😊 You will for sure not be disappointed about the experience!

We really enjoyed the wine tasting organised by Benazic. We opted for their "Tastes of Istria" and had the opportunity to try five very nice wines: sparkling white wine, rosé wine, a malvazija, a terran (red) and semi-sweet wine. The olive oil was excellent and so was the cheese that came with the wine! Good explanations given in excellent English. It is very good value (10€ per person). We even stayed for another glass. I tried one of their sweet wine and it was particularly tasty. The atmosphere is nice and you can walk from Pula (35mn). Definitely worth going!

The place looked nice but it is next to the road. We were outside the hours for wine and food pairing just to taste wine and buy. Staff was not so nice and the wines were ok. There are nicer wineries to visit

Very nice experience! The combination of wines and food was very good. Different types of wine and all of good taste. The host told us about the backstory of his family producing the wines for several generations. The atmosphere was very nice and the host and family members spoke very good English.

Amazing service and the wine was fantastic, each wine was paired seamlessly with food. The lemon sorbet and prosecco was amazing.

We had a lovely time tasting wine at the Benazic property. We were offered 8 wines (1x sparling white, 3x white, 3x red and 1x sparkling rose) paired with a selection of food hand picked for each wine. The property had a lovely outdoor area that was incredibly modern. Ana was very welcoming and attentive - thank you so much!

The wine wasn't what we prefer - BUT the greeting and the presentation of the wine was flawless. We had a god time with the younger sister. Thanks

Excellent wine tasting experience with a lovely host Ana. We tried 5 different types of wine, local cheeses and meats. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Pula.

Excellent place with delicious wines and homemade food with local products. Especially enjoyed Ana Antonija Teran! I heartfully recommend this place of wine tasting and diner for 2 or 4. We enjoyed Katarina Malvazija this evening back in France! I hope coming back soon :)

Went for dinner. The tenderloin was GREAT. We were a bit amused though that "served with vegetables" apparently means "fries and some rocket leaves"! Starter (cheese and meat board) and dessert (chocolate cake) were okay. Service was good, waiters were very nice, but we had to wait 20-25 minutes to order, a bit long. Very cosy ambience, but ours were taken down a notch by a lot of smokers next to us, as well as a small child who was watching some kids show on an iPad without earphones... Overall you get a lot of bang for your buck but it doesn't quite reach 5/5 for me.

Great little family run place on the edge of town. Our host was very knowledgeable and attentive. We tried Explore Istria from the menu. It came with five wines all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and all locally sourced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and well worth the 30 minute walk out of the city.

Anyone on vacation in Istria must visit this sweet winery. The two sisters with their father also run a restaurant with great food. The service is top, the wines and the menu as well. We were here a few times during our vacation - and look forward to next summer. In the meantime, we enjoy the wines at home. ❤️🤩

Such an amazing experience here! I felt so extremely welcomed and was given the opportunity to try just about everything I wanted. Definitely took a few bottles back home with me tonight! Also, don't forget to give Kali a pat!!!

Returned here after 3 years to find the quality of products and the service at its best. Wine tasting is their specialty, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. They pair wines with snacks and desserts. Previously they had various wine sets, but now it's a single set of 8 wines. They also serve food. Juicy and tender beefsteaks are delicious. The young potatoes on the side are made the only way they are meant to be. Don't miss it!

Nice wines and very friendly staff. We even got a small tour of the cellar. Would recommend one of the wines tastings.

Delicious food and wine! Both superbly presented by the waiter. We had one of the wine tasting menus and the food and wine was in perfect harmony. After dinner we got a quick tour where and how the wine is made. A small family business where everything is hand crafted - wine, grappa, olive oil etc. I can highly recommend a visit!

It's a must to accompany the wines with the available menu option, of you are near Pula you should definitely visit it!!. its good to make a reservation 1-2 days prior

We visited Vina Benazić today where we had the Explore Istria menu. Both the wines and food were delicious and presented beautifully. We also also had a tour of the wine cellar. I would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy good food and wine!
