There are not a lot of things that make your heart skip a beat, and one of those very few things is picking up your brand new watch from Mamic. The staff, the story, the approach - everything is exemplary, and it's very easy to see why they are considered Croatia's finest watch dealer. Needless to say, they have secured themselves a returning customer.

Excellent service and a very pleasant experience from the first contact via email, then phone call and finally a visit! We actually traveled for a 150 miles just to visit, and it was worth it. The visit itself was everything you would expect from a luxury store AND then some! An hour flew by in an instant as we had a great time discussing watches and life in general. We even had a tour of the service center! In one word, the visit was an EVENT! The sales lady was professional, very knowledgeable of both the products they offer and other watches they don't which was a lovely surprise, and made for a great conversation with a watch enthusiast and collector which I am. I do hope to visit again, with next time making a purchase! I was shown the watch I was interested in and offered to try on others. Even my wife was blown away by the approach and was having fun, even though watches are not her thing :) It is pretty clear why they have been in the business for as long as they have!!

I started out with very negative review of this watch boutique because the sales staff was very rude to me. However, in response to my review the shop owner contacted me immediately for more details and apologized profusely. Moreover, she even had a nice gift sent to my hotel to make up for my bad experience. Not that I write a lot of negative reviews, but I am sure that this is truly an extraordinary response. The care and attention the owner showed was testament to the pride she takes in her business. Given the other almost uniformly positive reviews of the shop as well as the owner's response to my review, I have to believe that my initial experience is not the usual way they treat their customers. So, I need to reflect that here and thank the owner for her conscientiousness and professionalism.

Every single time I am treated like a King! There is no point to comment the Rolex itself, or the store, because it's a peace of art. What I would like to comment is the way entire team is treating it's customers... One word, PERFECTION! If it would be possible, I would send my sales team for some education.

The whole experience of buying the watch at Mamic was superb. The communication was easy and they really tried their best to suit my needs. The process of ordering the watch was straightforward and the waiting time-frame was realistic. Eventually, the watch arrived sooner than originally planned which was an added bonus. After agreeing on the buying date and time, we were seated in a private room and were greeted by the owner. He was extremely helpful and explained the maintenance of the watch to my daughter all the while treating us to a bottle of champagne. The whole experience was very personal and customer centered as well as indulgently luxurious . Overall, they made it a very special experience fitted for the occasion!
