Went there on Monday and Tuesday and had the worst experience ever!! On Monday we were just at the check out when the lady at the check would barely look at us and got super annoyed at us because she accidentally scanned one of our products with the products of the customer before us! However we thought that maybe she just had a bad day and didn’t think too much of it…THEN on Tuesday we went there again, with our beach bag however…the lady at the check out said something to us in Croatian to which we respond with “we only speak English” however the lady loudly repeated what she had said before in Croatian to which we obviously still couldn’t respond…then she aggressively pointed at our bags so we told her that we brought them from home…she got so mad at us because we couldn’t understand her you could actually see her face go red…surprisingly she wasn’t too keen on us paying by card either…never had such an unfriendly and unprofessional encounter…they better re-educate their staff because they should be used to tourists!! Especially during summer season…unbelievable…

Area where coustumers can return bottles for recyclung is never clean. The floor is always sticky and dirty. Cleaning this area twice daily would be nice.

Good quality fruit and vegetables. Better than other supermarkets.

It’s ok. One-Stop-Supermarket, but if you are a tourist and looking for things you don’t get at home, go to Konzum or even better, Plodine.

Very expensive... just go to Lidl or some other place. I can't believe that prices are higher than in other EU countries😳🙄

Good grocery store. Reasonably upmarket in terms of product choices, but it's ultimately a discount supermarket. Good deli, butchery, bakery, and fresh produce available. Good wine selection too. Surfaces a lot of Croatian brands and products

We found everything we needed. And the cashiers worked efficiently. The shopping experience is just like any other Kaufland in Germany. Be prepared for long lines at the bottle deposit stations, though. You might catch a bottle collector dropping of their daily findings.

Today we shopped at the Pula Kaufland. Plenty of parking is available in the parking garage. Kaufland is located upstairs. Before entering the market there are some smaller shops like a pharmacy, a hair dresser , a baker etc. The market was quite busy. All shelves appeared well stocked . Bread slicing machine available in the fresh baked goods department. Check out was quick, the cashier friendly.

Good place to find all you need! Service is at top level,very helpfull cashiers and other workers. They helped me with tons of my groceries even bringing it to my car with me! Amazing,trully amazing service!

So unpolite stuff . Zaneta even mentioned that we didn't suppose to buy anything from there but to eat in the restaurant. Never again there .

Good big store, with good service. There is fast cherk out. There is always is lot of people. Overall good store. I like Kaufland, beacuse is not only in Croatia where you have Kaufland, but also in Germany and Austria and certain other countries.

Good offer as usual, prices OK. Parking place under the store usually have enough free places.
