If you need something, they probably have it! Simple as that.

One of the worst shopping experiences ever. No-one was attending the department, as they were all at lunch at the same time. The personnel is super slow and have no customer service training or attitude. I personally found one of the staff even aggressive toward me (kind of scary). They rarely answer the phone when transferred to the dept. The store in Pula has nothing to do with the German quality and punctuality. I invite management to take actions

The horticultural department is far below expectation. Half of the plants died out, the rest will die soon. Not recommended at all.

We bought there carton boxes to buy baby diapers and food to send to Ukraine

Bauhaus is an outstanding chain of stores with a wide range of products for home and garden. The store is well organized, nicely decorated, everything is neatly arranged. The staff is professional and frendly. The product range is wide, building materials, sanitary ware, tools and machines, wall and wood paints, home decorations, floor coverings, a large selection of hardware, doors and wooden stairs, various fences, floor and wall tiles, flowers and garden products .. ... and much more. It is certainly our favorite store when we need some tools or materials for work in the house, garden or on the construction site, but without large investments.
