I absolutely LOVED this park! What a beautiful place! We stopped here on our way home from visiting the Botanical Gardens since it was close by and so glad we did. We had lunch in the park and saw all the ducks, pigeon, and coy fish as well as all the water features. .

In Huntsville for the week end, got up for a morning walk and found this gem. Very unique to have such a large spring featured in the center of a such large town, very beautiful.

This is my favorite place to show to people who visit my town from out of town or a different state. Everything in downtown Huntsville is accessible from this point forward. There's paid parking and paid parking decks. If you're lucky, you can find a place to parallel park for free πŸ˜‚ I see photographers here all the time taking pictures for senior photographs, wedding pictures, etc. Beautiful setting and lots of friendly people everywhere! Events are hosted here quite often as well but I can't name them all by name. Definitely 10/10 and kid friendly. You should absolutely get some food for the fish and ducks as there are a lot of them! Your kids are guaranteed to enjoy it! Mine like the waterfall in particular and the tunnel. The tunnel is my least favorite part with kids because they all like to scream and make echoes πŸ˜‚ but lots of good musicians will sit there and play guitar and it's nice to watch and listen to. Hotels are nearby as well if you're planning on staying for a while!

Went downtown for date night. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Nice area to relax and hangout. The water keep the area cool with a lot of trees in the area to give you some shade. Several colorful fish in the water and lots of ducks. We had a blast watching the ducks feed from the bottom of the stream. Nice place to relax. Wasn’t busy and it’s gorgeous.

The Tinsel Trail was great tonight, except two whole sections of trees had no electricity and there was heavy static in a few of the speakers, which kept the music playing from being heard. The changing lights on the side of the parking garage and city hall were great additions to the lighted festivities.

What a beautiful spot!! I had a marvelous time wandering around and reading all of the little signs. There are so many ducks and absolutely mammoth gold fish in the river! I could not believe how clean and well kept this park was. I cannot recommend it enough! If you are in the area, stop thinking about where to go and go here!

A beautiful place to go for a walk, picnic, or spend your lunch hour. They really keep it up. The only bad thing is there's no public restroom. The city really needs to fix that situation. There is no playground equipment but my kids are never bored there. Too many fish and ducks to watch. Oh and you may have to pay for parking but in my opinion it's cheap.

I come here every Sunday. Stroll around, people watch, maybe take a nap. It's a great place to just chill and hang out. It's close to everything, near the heart of downtown. And it has cool history.

Very lovely place . Lots of room to walk and many beautiful buildings the water seen has a great layout . Nice fauntains. There's machine for food for the ducks. And for the very big and Father fish. Yes there's plenty of fish to see in all of the conecting water ways. With bridges and tunnels.

Clean, beautiful park. At this time of year they have Christmas tree displays all over the park donated by local businesses. There is a historical canal that runs through the center of it and a small man made lake full of largish fish. Art museum entry is in the park. Large open grassy areas and near local shops and restaurants. Historical district nearby, with quite old restored homes. Always an enjoyable visit

It’s the most beautiful park in the world I’d say. Ain’t nobody gonna come up to you and say, β€œYou can’t be here.” You can take a walk, run, heck even feed the ducks! Also a good picture taking spot as well.

Great place to just walk, exercise..hang out with friends. You can feed the fish and ducks..with the food that is available for purchase..very cheap. You can walk to the Embassy Suites Hotel and the VBC. Parking is on street via paid meters or you can find a place nearby and walk it over. Pets welcome. Saw people on roller skates and bicycles.

Beautiful park! Good paved sidewalks, nice fountains, fish and ducks you can feed for a quarter, lots of benches in the sun or the shade. You do have to pay to park except on weekends.

Visiting Huntsville for two days, was thrilled we got to catch the end of the Christmas tree display. Kids loved seeing each different one. The walkway, steps and bridge to the water were also a hit with the kids. Nice place to let some energy out after being in the car a lot.

I enjoy this park in different seasons of the year when visiting Huntsville. The water is always very calming and it is a beautiful walk at dusk or evening. Always see others in the park, even at night, so I feel safe in meandering through it alone. Have been to day events also. Wonderful restaurants and businesses close by.
