Very good box, with monitors very attentive to your technique if you are new, which gives a lot of peace of mind. Very good material and facilities in general. Well-led classes, good atmosphere... what more does one need??

The place is not bad. But it's true that I think it's a box focused on people who already know CrossFit. To start from scratch I wouldn't recommend it. If you're a CrossFit pro, I guess it's not bad. I think the guided classes need the monitors to be more on top correcting. And if you arrive new, they will guide you in the weights with more emphasis. I think there are also more classes needed to teach technique. I also see that there is a lack of variety of material (especially in dumbbells, elastic bands...)
