Delicious handmade ice creams!! 😍🤤

I love this place, I haven't found better ice cream anywhere. The coffees are great, well made and of quality, the artisan ice creams, the pastries are also very good, and the toasts are amazing! I forgot to mention the attention, the waiters are lovely and they already know us... Thank you for everything!

The quality-quantity-price ratio seems unbeatable to me. It is difficult to find such a delicious and large ice cream for €1.5. Special mention for the curly milk: really good. It's worth trying. Surely you will repeat.

I went to have a glass of curly milk and I loved it! Whenever I can I repeat. It is in the top 3 of my favorite ice cream parlors in Granada. The staff is super handy. It has a very cool terrace next to the Jerónimos Monastery 😍

Delicious ice creams. Also great selection of flavors. I have tried most of them and my favorite ones are mango and strawberry. The friendly staff explained that they make their own ice creams and also roast the coffee themselves. Nice local business, keep up the good work! Definitely worth trying

Excellent experience, at first. I was going to leave 5 stars because the truth is that the girls are very friendly and the ice creams are delicious. I like them because they are not as sweet as other ice creams, the quality is very noticeable and they do what all ice cream of every flavor should do: refresh! I especially recommend the curly milk, it is delicious. Until today it used to be my number ONE ice cream shop in Granada. On July 26, during the opening hours of the ice cream parlor, I went to have a curly milk, as I was passing by there. However, I found it closed. At first I thought they went on vacation but then I found a note that said "I'll be back in 5 minutes." I decided to wait, I saw it as normal, because with this heat one will also have to go to the bathroom (although it is strange because it was 20-30 minutes after opening, at 2:20 p.m., so I think they didn't even open). 5 minutes passed, 7, 8,... 10. I decided to leave a note to remind anyone that, since they leave something written, at least be honest and tell the truth, and not lies to make them lose their minds. time to clients. It is very rude to lie to clients in this way, a great lack of respect. Then they continue looking for clients who, since they go on strike instead of working, many will reach out to them. It seems to me that they don't take it very seriously and I gave them good publicity. They do not deserve it. There they will be waiting for the lady to decide to return to her work. It is shameful! If I work there and leave a note, I put the time I AM LEAVING and write "I'll be back in 30 minutes" or whatever, so that the client knows if it's really better for them to wait or leave. The only thing you have achieved is that people no longer even bother going to the ice cream parlor. You are discouraging people from going. Imagine the following situation: I leave my house just because I want to go to this ice cream shop and I find that note! God knows if the girl or boy is at home taking a shower and plans to come in 30 minutes, an hour or leave the ice cream shop closed all day, which they call "5 minutes"... Well, as it already happened to me I will never leave the house just to eat their ice cream, because I will always be thinking that it may be closed and you never know for how long, since they lie. THERE IS NO SERIOUSNESS. Today, professionals and those who take their businesses seriously survive and not those who don't feel like working. I'm sorry, but I have completely lost confidence and my frustration has spread to other people, logically, since I thought very highly of you. I think the girl put "5 minutes" because then the boss couldn't tell her anything, since he can't prove that she left her job for much longer. I think that if he didn't have time to go to work, he would have been better off telling his boss and staying home. The city is full of more committed people with more desire to work, I don't doubt it. ANSWER TO YOUR ANSWER: if it is something that serious, you will know well that it is never solved in 5 minutes and that to go from one establishment to another it takes at least 15 minutes round trip and 15 minutes back, 30 minutes in total (if the I understood correctly and he meant that the person had to go to the headquarters). It would have been appropriate, if it really wasn't expected to take more than 5 minutes, for him to have forgotten about the breakdown, to have immediately returned to the ice cream parlor to make another note and notify the customers (who I think are more important than the breakdown, because the breakdown is solved, when customers leave, they leave and I don't know who will sell the ice cream to later), so as not to leave them on the street like idiots waiting. There is no way to justify what happened, because you could have bothered to put the time the girl left and not just put "5 minutes". 5 minutes SINCE WHEN??? Since 20 minutes??? It's hilarious, totally. You did a terrible job, I'm sorry. You have very little consideration for those who give you the job. Customers should be your priority, not ice cream...

Excellent treatment from the girls who work there. They have cakes and ice creams that they make completely artisanal themselves and a coffee that they also roast themselves. All very good! I 100% recommend curly milk, famous in Granada. They make it very rich ;)

Super cute ice cream parlor!! Next to the library I didn't hesitate to have a coffee that was delicious!! And the natural and shale ice creams were also artisans and the customer service was unbeatable! I will definitely return :)

If you travel to Granada don't miss the opportunity to try these ice creams. The first thing is that the service is excellent, they explain how they make it, something you don't find everywhere. The ice creams are made by them with totally natural ingredients and...omg those ice creams are very good. Here you can also find the famous "leche rizada", typical of Granada and only in a few places. Im English but I live in Barcelona, I have already traveled several times to Granada and Wombat is one of my obligatory stops :)
