Hotel takes extra measures for safety, temperature check, alcohol for check in, contact tracing, Chlorine solution for cleaning, UV Lamps to kill bacteria and viruses. The staff are tested to be cleared of Covid19. Their safety protocols are quite strict, like entering a hospital, which is good. Glad to know they're taking extra steps to ensure safety of their guests. Takes about 2mins or so add on time for check in but the added safety and security is worth the wait. No mask no entry.

Horrific dump. Don’t stay here! Nightmarish check-in where rude employee took forever to find our reservation. You have to pay them a 1000 peso deposit to get a room key. Otherwise they give you a plastic pass that must be dropped off at the desk before you leave the hotel, and then they manually unlock the room for you once you return. Staff stared at us constantly, as if they were convinced that we were going to try to steal something. WiFi didn’t work in the room, I had to stand in the hallway to get a (very slow…) signal. No toilet paper in the room. I asked for some and was told “Sorry Sir, we don’t have any.” What??? No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Staff didn’t offer us any complimentary water at check-in, I had to ask for it. Unmotivated and abysmal staff.

They got the wrong order and no Compensation for it. I expected better.

Payment first policy, and they don't have a card terminal. Room is a bit unclean. Aircon starts knocking out ice during midnight.

The food is really great whenever i go to nueva ecija i always check in in this hotel but hopefully they manage to add some extra toiletries for their bath.

The location is ideal for vacation and for business. Quiet, friendly town with easy access to stores in case we needed to buy food or necessities. The rooms were very clean, with ample space. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Will definitely come back again! Thanks El Highway!

We stayed in their garage room. Staff were accommodating. The room was big but not that clean. The bathroom was dirty but the shower had good pressure and the heater was good. The aircon could not keep a room that big cool especially during noon but the good thing is it's beside the bed so mafifeel mo pa rin yung lamig. For the price (990 for 10hrs), pwede na kung kailangan mo lang ng matutulugan knowing that limited lang yung hotel choices sa area.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The design were awesome. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing.
