This is a store that lack good customer service and I already spoke to Nike HR Asia regarding the fact they do not comply with the Nike worldwide employee discount policy and they are now taking further action regarding the matter. The HR Asia assured me that all nike stores must comply with the Nike worldwide policy and if any Nike employee from any country encounter any issue they must contact HRAsia regarding the matter. HR Asia apology to me regarding the incident and assured me it should not happen again.

This store is good and many models to choose from. But big sizes is mostly not available. But overall it was a good nike store.

My boyfriend and I went to the Nike store to buy an airforce 1 at nike Sm clark. We were so excited since my bf really wants the shoes and we’re excited to buy it. However the girl who assisted us i dont know if she is too lazy or very picky with her clients. We asked her if they have an 8 or 8.5 shoe size. She mentioned that the stocks they had are the once on display which is size 9. That goes all for the shoes in the store. So we walked outside Nike and looked for other store that offers same kind of style. Unfortunately we havent find one. To make the story short we got back to the Nike Store and ask again if they had available sizes and this time with a different personel. And the good guy mentioned that they have available stocks!!!!!!!! Imagine the time wasted! Buti nalang si kuya nagasisst super bait kahit na may client existing sya! Kudos sayo kuya na hindi namimili ng client! Sayo ate na namimili ng client di purkit na naka shorts lang at tshirt ang customer mo ay wala ng pambili! I raised this sa cashier nila to let them know what happened and i hope they’ll take action kasi parang si ate habit nya na yun. Kawawa naman yung other the good personel sa shop!

Wanted big size shoes, don't have,ok. But att least be able to order,would be services.

The stuff here are not the best of Nike, there are more store with Nike brand which is better, to think this one carries the check in front door.

The new store looks better and have more products to choose from. The downside is the staff. They look like they haven't eaten and slept for a few days and they look very bored with no enthusiasm at all. No energy to accomodate their customers.

Magaganda ang disensyo at kalidad ng mga sapatos sa Nike. Medyo pricey nga lang dahil sa kasikatan ng brand na ito. Lumaki pa sana ang lugar at sana ay laging updated sa pagkakroon ng mga bagong disenyo ng Nike.

Really good service. I asked the saleslady to go back and pick about 7 pairs of shoes so I could choose the best fit. She also gave suggestions and I actually went with her recommendation even though it costs more than ehat I was looking to spend lol.

They didn't approved my warranty exchange even though it has a damage in outsole for just 3 times using it, but they said that its normal for a leather but The left shoe is in good condition but the right side is having already a sole separation and didn't accepted it so im disappointed on that but they have a good assistance on this branch.
