Worst Private Hospital. Got banned medicines as prescription for my father in law for a small wound. We were wondering why it is not geting heeled for many months. He was a diabetic patient. I came to know that this medicine is already banned for diabetic patients by IMA while consulting at medical college. Then we changed the medicine & it get it heeled within 1 week. They consider each patient as an instrument just to maximise profit. Very disappointed with these corporate hospitals. We wish, we could consider a second opinion earlier 😔 Facilities are very good, consider it like a hotel. Consider only if you are so rich. Very expensive⚡️⚠️⛔️

I visited this Institute today to consult cardiologist. After parking the car I reached the security at the ground floor entrance. He said there is no lift and I have to walk up the ramp to reach the main reception. It was like a, treadmill test. What a pity, elderly heart patients have to walk up that ramp! A lift should have been there. Apart from the above, the services are very good.

Today i visit hospital gynaecology dept with my wife. I saw that the staff give preference to the patient to enter doctors room by somebody's recommendation, not in token wise. We stay there long time even our number is less than 10. Around 20 patients consult with doctor while we are staying there and our number is 9.no other option so i leave the hospital without consult the doctor. What is the purpose of token. Better stop the drama

Very good hospital. Nice doctors. Fully air conditioned building. Enough parking space. The charges are also reasonable I believe. There is a nice cafeteria and a restaurant inside. The boys and girls are ready to help with wheelchair etc. take prior appointments to avoid waiting time.

Not far from MC road. Lot of parking space. No parking fee. Very professional, Systematic and clean. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We consulted Dr. Krishna Kumar, orthopedics. He was very good. X-ray charge was comparatively higher. Has one restaurant in the ground floor. Food was good with reasonable price.

Went to Dr Ruben John for consultation. Excellent thanks. Medications also available in pharmacy at hospital. Nice modern hospital and facilities. Bathroom also modern. Bathrooms can be more clean.

While the hospital is good the folks sitting in Insurance and PRO department is worst with their inter personal skills. the way they interact is gives the sense that they are owing the hospital with least patience care or basic helping nature. Infrastructure wise it is a world class hospital but the ones employed are very arrogant and gives the feel of the government hospital. the management should look into it else there is no difference in building a world class hospital when the folks responsible for direct interaction doesn't have basic interpersonal skills and being at the mercy of these employees;

It's a very good hospital. One issue is the waiting period to revisit. We have to wait for 30 plus minutes to wait for our token in order to book in reception. They can simply have an app Or give option to booking in their website. It would save time at both ends and reception staff can provide better customer service.

All staffs were really co-operative and friendly especially Dr. Anand, Duty manager Mr. Jibu, Senior operation manager Mr. Liju & Guest relation executive Ms. Meriem who was very helpful to solve the problems being faced.Good services from the doctor (Dr Anand) and cathlab staffs & nursing side. My mother Mrs leelamma abraham done angiogram in believers hospital and they suggest only for Cabg.They will not go for Angioplasty that time we are tensed and we came to this hospital & we saw Dr Anand for second opinion. He describes each & every things. And he suggdst for angioplasty.We are satisfied with him & we planned to do angioplasty in this hospital under dr anand. We came to emergency and from there onwards Mr. Liju, Mr. Jibu & Ms. Meriem was very supporting every each moments. We felt confidence with this doctor & staffs. Totally 4 stent he put to my mom. Now she is feeling good.i will suggest Dr Anand for any cardio related problem. He is the best doctor. The rooms were neat and tidy. Overall my mom had a great experience. Thanks to the entire team.

Hi, My wife was a patient of Gynecology (Pregnancy) since Jul 2021 at this Hospital. She was under the treatment of Dr. Rekha D since then. Later, she was admitted to the hospital for delivery from 03 Sep 21 to 06 Sep 21. I was the Bystander with her at the hospital and would like to let you know the pros and cons. Pros. Starting with Doctor Rekha, I must say, she showed extreme professionalism and composure during the whole treatment period and even during the labour. She is a very active listener to all your doubts, so much encouraging and supportive during all times and especially during the delivery. She waited upto the last for my wife to avoid a C-section and she encouraged her to have a "Normal delivery". Full marks to Dr. Rekha. Now, about the expense. They have told me there is a package of Rs 35000/-, if my wife would have a Normal delivery, wherein all the expenses would be covered including the Patient's food. (Food charges for By stander will be charged separately). However, I ended up with a bill of Rs 29, 500/- at last (including by stander food charges). Fair enough I think. The quality of food from hospital canteen (delivered in room) and room services were "excellent". The facilities inside the room were very good, having all advanced features including TV. Rooms and hospital premises were very neat and tidy. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. The IP co-ordinator (Mrs. Jisha) was very co-operative and helpful in making immediate solutions to the problems faced. She even followed up with us regularly. My new born baby was admitted for 6 days in NICU. Dr. Annamma (Neonatal) was also very professional in her approach. It costed me Rs 54500/- (Rs 5500 per day + various charges). My baby received utmost nursing care from NICU. Even the labour room nurses were also co-operative. Now, the Cons.. Being a recently inaugurated Hospital, co-ordination between various departments and within the departments is a lacking. There are also a number of Administrative problems to be dealt with. Lack of proper supervision and orientation of staff, less pro active measures, fewer initiatives were also noticed. The ward nurses were not upto the mark in their performance [They did not even bothered to attend us (come to room) or to brief us about the room for atleast 3 hrs after admission]. Hence, there are many areas which they still need adequate improvement and updation. On concluding, I would recommend this Hospital for Gynecology in terms of great doctors (Dr. Dona & Dr. Annie are also apparently good) and for better Hygiene/neatness. The hospital is nice, modern and tidy. But the first problem I have found is the time taken for New registrations and revisit registrations is more than 1 hr. I have waited for around 1 hr 20 min for the first registration procedure which is longer than any other hospitals (Usually other hosp will take only 10 min max for registrations and revisit). They have 4 counters and 5-6 staffs, but they are very slow. Better train them. Second problem is that we have to go to the OP Dept. via ramp. The lift can be only be accessed through emergency department. They will question us if we go to the lift through that door. It is a worst experience for everyone. Please fix the above things, Once it is done I will update my review.

As first timers, my parents had a great experience. They went for executive health checkup. Ms Aishwarya was our contact and was helpful, friendly and patient throughout our visit. The doctors were very understanding and you could tell that they cared for the patient. Even though, they was a delay in getting our reports, we had a wonderful and warm experience.

This review is to show the pathetic condition of hospital, there is no space for the patients and onlooker to sit, water is leaking from top roof to seats and when informed no one bothered to look into it.Highlighting again- Doctors are very supportive here! With management we are not happy

I thank full to God getting admission in this hospital. My husband was in very crucial situation in connection with strock but here I was safe. The Doctors and nursing staff are very prompt in giving good treatment .The total atmosphere in this hospital is excellent for a good treatment.I will always prefer this hospital for future treatment and advice others.

I visited this hospital on today for my father. Hospital ambience is too good .The most positive things i noticed here 1. The supporting staffs were good and we mannered 2. All counters are placed with tokens and made very systematic 3. Because of the systamatic arrangements you will not feel any rush any where On pricing 1. The entry fees are well priced may be minimum . I booked for Dr anupama physician. The fees taken is Rs 125 only 2. The medicine with glucose at casuality billed for Rs 2050 , it seems little bit high side ( but still it depends the price of medicine)

My father was admitted in this hospital for treatment of covid under Dr Bobby n Dr Abraham Perumal. His health was failing but they helped him recover so fast n did not require any ventilation. They gave the best treatment and gave us so much confidence throughout the treatment. Definitely recommend this hospital for excellent treatment, hospitality, professionalism n cleanliness.

I had been to KMC hospital with my cousin Mr. P G Philip 85 yrs for executive medical check up. We were asked to report at 7 Am. We were in time and he was given a very caring assistance by Mrs. Aiswariya . The assitance were remarkable experience and so greatful to the management and team and specially Mrs. Aiswarya for all the assistance and care provided.

Had consulted Dr Arita of dermatology department for my skin treatment. The results were really great and had a significant change. Would recommend her treatment any day.

The best hospital in the area. The staff really helpful and pleasant. The facilities and amenities looks very good. Want to mention 2 names here. 1. Interacted with Dr. Murali Appukuttan who explained the life style changes required in detail 2. The Ladies in front desk interact you with smiling face and Ginsu (not sure the name) helped to reimburse the on line payment. She need a thumps up for maintaining the warmth during the full shift. the food in canteen at Ground floor is good and feasible. Overall cleanliness and hygiene of Hospital is outstanding. Looks like expansion work or new building construction is going on but the parking and traffic managed well. Suggestion for improvement is in the booking system where the they can assign a time slot for each number for instance we were told to reach by 11 AM for the booking number 14 but we were waiting for more than 1 hour. Also a whatsapp chatbot interaction will be good where you can reconfirm the booking and slot.

My wife had laparoscopic procedure at KMC hospital. Though it was a day procedure, due to her low BP she was kept overnight for observation . She had excellent care and service. The movement of patients through the hospital is quick and smooth. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend and thankful to Dr.Anne Zachariah gynaecologist consultant. A big thanks to all the theatre and post op staff who attended on 3/2/23. Also a huge thanks to all the nursing staff on level 2 ward II . I sincerely hope the hospital will keep the standards.

The KMC hospital provides excellent services. Cardiology and pediatrics are outstanding. There is a good parking lot and well- organized and disciplined staff Friendly doctors who provide accurate information.

The entire visit was very effortless. Aishwarya the patient care coordinator did an awesome job taking care of my parents during their health check up visit. She was very patient and sweet. The hospital is very clean, not overcrowded, prices are very nominal, doctors are very courteous and professional. This place is truly great.

Hi! My father (Abraham) was admitted as a  cardiology patient on 17th aug until 30th August at this hospital. He was under the treatment of Dr. Devraj and underwent for an open heart surgery under Dr. Sunil Agarwal, as it was a complicated surgery. I was not available during this period, as I'm working in middle East and was stuck because of covid-19.. So, would like to share my experience and journey through this troubled times with the help of below mentioned people and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart - 1. Dr. Devraj ( cardiologist) - During the discussion period for the surgery, I was tensed  and didn't had any correct information in the beginning and I wanted to communicate with Dr. Devraj to gather some clarity for everything. But was not sure how to approach the doctor as doctors from kerala usually have a bad reputation of being rude and arrogant and they won't entertain any relatives call. So I was very anxious, but still I asked my father to give a call and check for the doctors timing and availability during hi rounds. But once I spoke to him, he provided me with all the facts and reports which allowed me to make a proper and good decision. Dr. Devraj, is genuinely an amazing person and doctor and was really informative and cooperative and cleared all the doubts even once my father was discharged after a successful operation. 2. Dr. Sunil Agarwal - When people says, that doctors are the avatars of God, I can say this, for me and my father he was an angel in disguise and did such a difficult operation without any complications. He is a caring and informative doctor. 3. IP Coordinator Mrs. Gisha - I am really thankful to her for her grateful support to me. Hadn't been for her, I would have lost many sleepless nights worrying about the care of my father but because of her kind and helpful nature, she made me believe in the capability of K.H. Cherian Memorial Hospital and all its staff. Big thanks to everyone once again.

The services of doctors, nursing staff and other staff except billing staff are appreciating. Procedure rate is quite high. If you are doing a procedure at there, please check the package rate of other hospitals. If the bystander is ready to pay for the room, the hospital is not providing room to the bystanders. They occupying the bystanders in a big hall and provided only a chair.

I was admitted as patient for my delivery. Excellent hospital, doctors and nurses. Gynaecology doctors and labour room staff are excellent and efficient. Their services and dedication are outstanding. All of them cared me a lot at the time of my delivery. I recommend this hospital for all ladies for their healthy delivery. Hospital environment and cleanliness is also outstanding.

Upon discharge, I had a positive experience at the hospital. The interactions with the doctors were particularly commendable, especially with Dr. Winnie.
