Budget 3 star hotel with 5 star like amenities. Good for corporate meetings and parties. 24/7 cafe and good service...

It's a centrally located place in Westwood area and convenient for visitors to live and enjoy the surrounding area which includes lots of restaurants and shopping options. The food here is average and close to Indian taste but certainly needs a bit of improvement. Service is just ok and quantity of food is just enough. But then you have lots of options close by.

Worst customer service experience. Made reservations for valentine dinner only to arrive and find none has been reserved. Then shuffled to the 7th floor, a dead restaurant with no supervisor to show us our table. The staff looked confused and lost. We left without valentine dinner.

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. Modern large clean rooms which are well appointed. Unfortunately from 10pm through to 7am there was loud music to be heard from a nearby night club - not sure if this is an everyday occurrence but certainly it's not conducive to a good night's sleep. Such a shame as everything else about the hotel was excellent.

We stayed here for 2 days .the staff were very helpful friendly . The rooms were clan and comfortable. The shower was amazing like being in a waterfall. The downfall was it felt isolated and was surrounded by building site .

One of the best places to stay in Nairobi All amenities available. Clean comfortable rooms. Good service. If you stay there you must have their breakfast buffet . Had the best pain au chocolat in Kenya.

The place is silent n cool,fresh sub urban breeze air.ample secure parking with the most welcoming personel.their dishes are warm n they offer fresh meals for vegans n non vegans.spacious confrence halls and bedrooms with big beds.they also got a children bouncing castle.i like the place

Service good but very noisy due to building site next door. If you leave window open the room is full of flies that come in and shred there wings everywhere and die. So warning don’t leave window open

I had the worst experience in this hotel. The receptionist was rude to my guests, the bathroom door refused to open trapping me inside, had food poisoning from a cake I bought from the restaurant downstairs. I voiced my issues but was met with deaf ears, clearly lacking in the customer service department. I would look at other places nearby before settling for this one.

They have so many options on each floor for both big and small meetings and conferences. The location of this Hotel is very close to Westland. The management and ground staffs are quite cooperative. Restaurant on M Floor are good and staffs are very friendly and they have good capacity of more than 60 people at one time. Also Chefs of the restaurant are talented and they know how to cook indian dishes like Panner Vegetable curries, Aloo Ghobi Matar Sabzi, etc

I once went there for swimming pool it was so nice, I recommend.

Just ok, we had booked two rooms, we were pushed one room with double occupancy citing unavailability. We put our foot down and they had to allot us two rooms. Then we came to know about their caretaker who turned out be a good help. Food options aren't good enough

Very nice, cool, clean hotel located in Parklands area. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice patio restaurant with fair prices for the dishes. Menu has nice variety. My chicken pie was a bit too oily but the white coffee pot was really good. Variegated clientele, smiling service, genteel front office staff, keen receptionists. Cosy atmosphere. Airy and spacious. Will visit again.

I only use the swimming pool services there for my kid as they have an indoor heated pool. And they have good trainers for the same.

I was able to get a free room upgrade to an executive suite. The room was one of the best I ever stayed in my life There was a visitors room with a comfortable couch and 2 big chairs, a table and a TV. The master bedroom had a really comfortable bed, a wardrobe with a safe, a TV as well. There was also a tub in the shower, however I wasn't able to use it, since the clogger was missing. The hotel had a rooftop lounge with a smoking area with a fantastic view over the Karura forest, in addition to a full functioning gym, a pool, steam bath and sauna. The breakfast was good but didn't feel fit to a 5 star hotel, I believe more varieties need to be present as well as a higher level of service. It seemed like there was only 2 waitresses organizing the whole breakfast area, and the food wasn't refilled quickly as well as the lack of clean plates. I would give 4.5 stars, but since the hotel was more than impressive in all the other aspects I will give 5 stars. Totally recommend during your stay in Nairobi

The bar service was quite slow. There was a 45min wait for drinks. Other than that, rooms were perfect, breakfast was excellent. Would recommend 100%

Had a chance to attend a meeting here. Quite serene overlooking the Karura Forest! The location is slightly off town and best suited for small gatherings

Ample parking, child friendly. Swimming pool is heated. Went during a chilly day and the kids didn't feel the cold. We loved the pool, shallow for a family fun day. Prices are favourable... adult @ kshs. 1000, kids kshs. 700.. below 3 years @ kshs. 200. Food is pricey. So be prepared to spend more on food.

I stayed at Concord hotel in first week of July for whole week. Overall stay was ok. Hotel staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with some choices. I have few issues during my stay *Bathroom has cockroaches and I did complain to front desk and even showed the pictures, nothing done. * Door latch was broken told the front desk nothing happened. * Room has too much construction noise from across the street (I think it's beyond their control) I don't consider this hotel as 4/5 star considering the amount a person pays. I hope they should listen to guests to improve their services.

The hotel is about 20-25 min drive from the airport, staff is courteous enough to help you with all ur needs. Room was spacious, comfy, clean with all the amenities, steam n sauna services are free. They have 24 hrs restaurant., Chinese food on the first floor is praised by many, the food was indeed delicious

The staff are really friendly and helpful every step of the way, we were on our honeymoon trip and they organised to have some flowers all over the room the room is huge and clean, the toilet is spotless and bathtub is huge, location wise generally youll have to uber to places directly outside or next to us there's nothing much, But uber is pretty cheap in Nairobi. The morning breakfast comes with local and international spread, they have a pancake and omelette station, the food was good.

I am the owner of a large construction company in Germany! One thing was extremely negative !! The last night we ate at the Umami restaurant on the first floor of the hotel it was very busy after a short amount of time a gentleman spoke extremely rudely to the staff! It was the manager of the restaurant he didn't know we knew him.the way he talked to the staff was absolutely incredible bad it took all our mood away and we couldn't help but watch it all the time. On the other hand, I wanted to ask him if he thinks he can handle people as you like! In addition, he was drinking in the middle of the restaurant and he behaved very badly! Such people should not be in such positions! In such a top restaurant this a manager is just a Shame for the whole hotel I still give 5 stars because The hotel was really very good, from the pillows to the duvets, everything was great! The staff was always super friendly I travel to Kenya very often and get around a lot! The food was very good, the pool was good and the whole area was very nice I'd love to come back Greetings Steve Wilken

Horrible check-in experience. Too too slow. CheckIn time is 2PM, we arrived at 4PM and still rooms are not ready! When we showed we are not happy with this unreasonable delay, The receptionist lady who is the most rude receptionist I have encountered in my life, didn’t give a clear answer and kept saying we would call you once the room is ready. No apologizing no nothing and such an impolite behavior. Very bad experience. And finally when we got the room and entered it, the box where you insert your room card in to activate the electricity in the room wasn’t working. And they took forever to send someone to fix it. I am writing this review and until now no one showed off. Horrible experience!

HORRIBLE!!!! my watch worth USD 240 was stolen by the house keeper, only to be taken round in circles by the finance manager who instead requested for proof to show i came with the watch after the proof he said no reimbursement I would have kept it in safe. This is so Unfair just note your employees are thieves keep on protecting them God is watching

It's just a haven. It makes you forget all your problems and for a moment, I was like my own King in a big Kingdom....with totally everything I needed.

Night reception staff doesnt pick up phone . The gift given to me ( a small hippo)has both leg and tail broken . The breakfast wasnt v good . Staff at breakfast very rude . Never wished me good morning . Dont help and ask even if im looking for something.

Awesome hotel in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the food and ambiance. They have a good gym and an awesome HEATED POOL!!! Best place to swim during the cold season. I love this place.

This is a modern hotel and suits with good views. The breeze from karura forest gives you a peace of mind as you ejoy your stay here. The place is easily accessible by cars and has wonderful staff. There are also conference halls and good food.

Excellent facility with a very hospitable staff! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Inside decor is also worth watching. It’s has sufficient parking and kids play area within its vicinity. The food options have quite a variety in Indian and Chinese cuisine. The staff was cooperative enough to prepare something which was not even on their menu. Gym and sauna facilities are worth using. Certain things can be done to improve services at reception. Room security cards don’t work sometimes and staff at reception takes quite a while to fix it. They do run out of cards too.

Hotel is located in a quiet place,they have ample parking with good security. The rooms are luxurious and pocket friendly. Their halls for holding meetings they have every you might need for the meeting, good managers and staffs who understands your needs. A good restaurant and they offer almost all kinds of dishes. Guys keep up the good work and continue maintaining the standard, I like the place will visit again soon .

My mother and I had to stay there for 4 weeks as my father was in hospital. From the Front Desk Manager, Gilbert, and Front Desk staff including Curtis and many others, to the Restaurant Manager, Jane and even the service staff, including Marie, Anthony, and the hotel drivers, Peter and Ngoogi - everyone of them were helpful, generous with their time and thoughtfulness. Our stay was so much more pleasant with them in our lives. I truly believe that every guest that gives the time to meet and get to know them, would be better off for it and it would truly enrich their lives.

The room (204) was ok nothing too exciting to remember,a challenge though operating the sink and bathroom drain. No dinning menus in the room😞, so better have a good memory to remember everything the two restaurants have to offer. The breakfast... leaves a lot to be desired, the available food was mostly veggie based, with only chicken sausage and ox-tail, both horribly tasting😭. Overall an ok place to get away.

The swimming pool is too small and dirty. They were no slippers in the room and we have to call the reception to get it. The worst thing is that they are not even able to provide the services they advertise. On the listing, it's mentioned a free shuttle service included. I requested the free shuttle service. First, the driver arrived with 15 minutes late. Then, at the airport, the driver requested 30$ extra payment as the hotel didn't pay him and the hotel didn't tell us that we have to pay something. I called the hotel management to help me sort this mess out as they advertised a free shuttle service and they never called me back. To finish, we missed our flight because of them.
