We had an incredible experience at the Adventure Camp. Being on the conservancy allowed us to see a lot more animals and fewer people than in the National Parks. Our driver, Ben and spotter, David we’re expert guides and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

We enjoyed our safari with the team at Gamewatchers. It was a totally amazing experience, with awesome and super friendly staff. From the moment we arrived and till when we left the whole thing was effortless for us. They looked after all our needs and even kindly baked a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. Breakfast out on the savannah (we even managed to pick up a phone signal!!!), The sundowner on the first day and accommodation that was very comfortable and luxurious, food that was delicious and plentiful. All this and more with ecology and sustainability in mind.

We had a great lifetime experience during our safari in Kenya. They prepared an amazing safari for us. We loved every minute that we were in Kenya. Our tour guide, Saruni Andrews, was extremely knowledgeable of the area, where to look for the big 5, knew the name of every bird and different animals. He was very professional and accommodating. They selected excellent accommodations and looked after every detail to make sure that we had an excellent experience and we did.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Gamewatchers Safaris. We spent 3 nights at Porini Mara camp and 3 nights at Porini Lion camp. The staff and guides at both were incredible. Our guides at Mara, Geoffrey and Caleb, and at Lion, Julius and Anderson, were so nice and knowledgeable. They truly made the experience top notch. From bush breakfasts to sundowners, they never tired of answering or million and one questions. We learned so much about the animals, about the Masai culture, and about them personally. The tents were lovely and spacious and the food was delicious. My favorite meal was always the bush breakfast. I love the concept of conserving the land and the animals. The guides are always careful to keep a comfortable space between vehicles and animals so as to try not to disturb them. Going on a safari was my dream trip, and this is an experience I will never forget. I hope to go back someday soon 💗

I have just returned from a holiday with Gamewatchers In Amboseli and Mara and truly had a holiday of a lifetime from the moment I was picked up at the airport by Edith to the end of my holiday I was treated like a King . The accommodation was excellent and the food was both tasty and plentiful , in fact I probably have put weight on I was so well fed . As a vegan my dietary needs were extremely well looked after. My guides Daniel and Ben in Selenkay and Ben and Edward in Ol Kinyei were exceptional and very knowledgable . The highlights have to be all the different animals I saw but all the staff in the camps come a close second . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. I would also like to commend my driver Boyd on my last day who gave me a very interesting tour of Nairobi .Thanks also to Amanda Dobson who handled all the booking and pre trip stuff really well . I shall remember this trip for a very long time .

Of course these guys are good, they just have become very expensive, even their budget adventure options. Would recommend Gamewatchers to rich folks.

Gamewatchers was terrible. I had to back out of my trip due to personal issues and health reasons and they refused to give me my deposit back. I gave them over a year’s notice and was able to provide proof. They didn’t care. I was heart broken with their lack of empathy and consideration.

I recently returned from a honeymoon vacation booked through Gamewatchers to Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. We worked with Rick to plan the itinerary and I could not recommend him or Gamewatchers more! He was incredibly responsive (often answering within the hour), flexible, and offered fantastic recommendations that led to an unforgettable adventure. If you're looking to do an East Africa trip, definitely use Gamewatchers.

Excellent safari company. Stayed at the Porini Mara Camp. I had been worried I’d miss out being in the conservancy rather than the real park, but I was very wrong. The animals are amazing, and the guides clearly know their area inside out. I saw two other vehicles in the conservancy over three days, compared to dozens gathered for any sighting when we ventured to the Masai Mara Park.

I had contacted Rick with detailed itinerary for our private group tour for his quote and had also mentioned that I am also going to seek quotes from other tour operators since this is group tours and wanted to compare. His response was "it looks like you already have a quote from another provider for this itinerary. Our pricing would be similar, but please let me know if you have any questions." Professionals do not answer like this. They give their best quote!!!

Our guide, Alan, was fantastic. We had him for 5 days (8/28/22-9/1/22). He worked so hard to make sure we saw and were able to photograph the beautiful animals. On one of the days he found all of the Big 5. He is very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot from him. We were not new to safaris and had high expectations, which he exceeded. We will highly recommend him to anyone we know going to Kenya for safari.

I can't speak highly enough about Gamewatchers, especially our guide, Lenny. We had such a great experience from beginning to end. We saw the Big 5, as well as countless other animals. Lenny was supremely patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our safari was absolutely fantastic! I also want to mention the Porini Camps, which are affiliated with Gamewatchers. We went to the Porini Rhino Camp in Ol Pajeta Conservancy and it was lovely. Highly recommend!

Had safari trip with my friends on Oct 7-13, 2019. We stayed at Nairobi Tented Camp, Porini Amboselli Camp and Porini Lion Camp. We were glad to have stayed in these conservancy areas. It was being with nature at its best. To see the animals in their natural environments was an experience of a lifetime. Gamewatchers made our experience a lot more than we expected. All the staff and crews we met went above and beyond to provide us with our greatest outdoor adventure so far. Highly recommended!
