This one deserves a 0 star. If you are sick visit this hospital if you don't mind dying. My first ever and also the last visit to this hospital. I almost lost someones child here due to lack of professionalism and poor service delivery. How it took more than 12 hrs to diagnose a very vital and simple issue still buffles me carrying put all form of tests including covid when the issues is very unrelated, a patient sleeping for that long claiming its a drug you gave only to finally say it was a comma(after the diagnosis). How much the bill shot after few hours of no job done still cant explained. How you got mad when we had to transfer and slowed down everything to get us late. Change before the clients change you.

i have never been in this hospital before but i want to know how its services are, does the Nhif card cover everything ,or its limited in some cases.

Pathetic!!! Was told NHIF only covers for painkillers and not antibiotics..my card had 8000 shilings..still wondering how..I also had to pay for lab test...the lab lady so lazyy with alot of attitude..nkt....won't recommend this hospital ..not at all..you treat those with cash in a different way .as compared to the people using covers....what a shame .in fact NHIF must know this...because I know you signed a contract with them to offer services to their clients...Pathetic hospital!!!!!

For a 'healthcare facility', the service here is deplorable. Poor hygiene practices, and lackluster staff. I went in for radiology and would honestly have walked out if I wasn't in too much pain & out of options for the moment. The technician was unprofessional and off-handed. The hygiene in the radiology room was questionable -- which is unacceptable in this era of Covid -- and on enquiry regarding the hygiene, the technician just shrugged and looked at me blankly. Results took longer than they said they would, and the concerned technician was unconcerned. I absolutely would NOT recommend this facility unless in extreme emergency cases. And maybe not even then. Just... Terrible!

This hospital deserves a clear and fresh ZERO!!. WORST services,too slow and they don't even care. Was sent for radiology and the radiologist kept me there waiting cause he was busy speaking to a girl on phone. I walked in this hospital(Fedha branch) at 4pm and left at 9.30 pm...they don't Carr and even kept parents with little babies waiting and waiting!! So unprofessional and PATHETIC hygiene... If you love yourself stay away from this quak hospital!!!

Wish I could give a Zero star. Don't be fooled by the fancy building structure. Worst medical service centre you can find out there.

I have been disappointed here thrice..but the last experience was the worst ever ,never will I set .lab services that were to take 30min took 2 hours.Only to go check at the lab and found no one inside..they didn't care that I had a newborn at the waiting area,you ask the rest they tell you to go knock yourself. When the results came in,the doctor told me to come after 5 days for a repeat test...after 2 hours with a newborn at night!!Pathetic

Private hospital that is newly set up in the premises near the the Outering Road /Fedha junction.

The place is understaffed and extremely slow. The food is horrible the queues are short but don't move, The lab tests take hours and they never bother with time. For a simple visit give it 4hrs at the least. When discharged it takes another whole day just to sum up the Totals and another day to check out. If you're critical don't bother these guys are like snails. They have one radiologist who rotates the branches for an xray your put on an ambulance which they charge and go to where the guy is for xray. They have no queue system and people jump to get attended to its a zoo. They forget who came first. They turn away NHIF for outpatient and are unreasonably priced. Everyone seems like they are doing it the first time. The pharmacy is the worst the lady is so slow and mostly confused. Go at your own peril. The staff look demoralized and hungry always yawning The best they can do is tell a dying person to wait.

Thought this is one among the essential services providers only to find doors closed no services going on for wanaanchi past 630pm where you are directed your NHIF card is like a useless document all they are asking is money yet you have selected the hospital as your outpatient facility. This is totally unacceptable

Very slow outpatient services. You can die waiting to be seen by the doc. The management needs to employ many personnel,how can one doc attend to patients and still do triage and still make ward rounds?? Disappointing

Worst experience! I booked an appointment with a doctor only to be told to wait an hour for the doctor to arrive. 1 hour 20mins later upon waiting, the doctor had still not showed up. I had to make a request for the receptionist to call her and inquire how far the doctor was, only to be told to wait another 40mins. Nkt... Lack of professionalism.

Good hospital, I was taken care of well . It's also very clean.the wards facing the road have noise disturbance from busy street. It also takes too long for discharging. Thanks to Irene the lady who walks round getting feedback from patients.

Visited Fedha branch and waited for my name to be called by the lab guys in vaid. 1 hour later I asked why at the reception desk, they called the lab no one picked. They decided to check in person... sadly no one was manning the lab. I left unattended.
