I have experienced one most unprofessional and very uncouth customers service since is started working with you guys. No phone calls for follow up no nothing. Only to appear and be told you laptop hasn't been repaired without any clear explanation. I am so dissapointed with your customer service.

I had my iPhone battery replaced here. The quality of work done is impeccable! I only had to wait for like 25 minutes only and voila!! I would strongly recommend and give referrals to you guys. Buyer beware! I purchased a brand new MacBook Air. They shipped a piece of junk that doesn’t turn on and refuse to exchange it, insisting I get it the motherboard replaced with minimum wait time of 1 month without a computer. Claire, the sales person refuses to let me speak to the manager or anyone else at the store. Absolute nightmare! Do not shop here!

Yesterday i took my phone for battery replacement, now my lcd is damaged and has some black spot that is getting bigger. At the time of pickup i noticed a dent and tried to explain to the customer service and she insisted that it was just glue. 😞😞😞

Worst Service providers! Took my Macbook there for OS installation and they messed up my keyboard and touchpad then gave me some lame excuses.

I inquired for the service on their website, got a call back, phone was picked up from my location, they updated me during the day on the progress of the fix, they dropped it back the same day with everything working perfectly. As an added benefit, they didn’t charge me for the delivery and pick up and they threw in a discount and screen protector. Best part is it wasn’t a referral, I was going out on a limb. Great service and I am sure to reach out to them in the future.

Apple shop and repair centre is the most amazing service centre and the consultants were really kind.

Very poor service. They did not fix my problem yet they had the audacity to try to steal my Mac book charger. "ati we did not know it was yours" .

They do not use original iPhone screens when replacing your broken one. Mine barely lasted 2 months before it started getting areas that of the screen that don't work. The warranty period for repairs is like a week but your problems obviously begin after that. Very expensive for similar quality as other repair shops.

Was quoted 10k through sms but then was told 15k when I arrived. They refused to offer any discount considering it was their mistake. Since I had already paid transport into town, I decided to go ahead. Said it would take a few minutes to bring the replacement battery from the "storeroom" downstairs. After 45 minutes and multiple times being told it would be there any minute, I left and found another shop that was cheaper. (I was not going to give details in my review as the receptionist did apologize, but the shop responded and asked why the negative review, so here are the details)

I took my iphone 11 pro max there for a battery changed. Technician broke the screen as he was opening up the phone for a battery changed, they changed both the battery and the broken display screen. Display they facilitated, what I don’t know is whether the parts are genuine coz of the messages in the screenshot below. I didn’t expect such messages coz they r apple care.
