It’s look like similar with the other square but it’s not, it’s far better then the others. First of all it’s a clean, warm, not so crowded and very symmetrical and you can enjoy the historic buildings but more then that there are good places for dine in or a coffee break, art exhibitions which you can find something for you home, book stores, good pharmacies etc. As I said it’s look similar but it’s not. It’s a must if you visit Cochobamba. Go for it you’ll not regret it !!!

Nice place surrounded by colonial architecture and lots of street performers. Kids will love to feed the birds, and you can get your picture taken and printed on the spot

Nice place to relax, enjoy the sun or just drink a fruit juice. The "jugo" ladies are very nice and their fruit juices, mainly oranges, are awesome and all have great taste.

Stunning square where everything that is going to happen in this city, happens! Surrounded by a beautiful cathedral and government buildings. Every time we came here there was either singing, dancing or people gathered.

Wonderful place to visit, they have a show every last Thursday of the month, many artist play at the plaza, there is chairs to watch the show comfortably, if you like dancing ,there is a time for that as well, many old folks visit this event and have fun. I recommend to visit the plaza and the cathedral.

A beautiful and well-maintained plaza full of places to sit and things to see! The area around the plaza is beautiful, surrounded by Spanish colonial architecture and small cafes and restaurants. The area also generally feels safe and is pleasant to walk through during downtown excursions.

We went to this plaza after a light rain, while the sun was about to set and let me tell you it felt a little magical. The sun was breaking through the tall tropical trees, reflecting off of the ornate pavement, and European style buildings. Children ran and laughed, feeding and scaring the multitude of pigeons which huddled together in masses on the ground and fountains and peppered through out every corner. Lovers sat on park benches, turned inward with no awareness of an outside world. As if they too can sense how often this place can be magical, photographers stand, their hands on their lenses ready to capture your moment forever and print out a quick copy of your happiness, for a fee of course... Vendors in the park will sell you a variety of things to help you make your experience better: food for the birds, bubbles, toys. Great atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Good shade.

IT IS A AMAZIN CITY IN THE WORLD, IS LOCATED IN BOLIVIA - SOUTH AMERICA COUNTRY IS CONSIDERED THE HEART OF S. AMERICA COCHABAMBA IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CYTY SPECIALLY BY IT WEATHER IT'S NOT TO COLD IN WINTER, AND IT'S NOT TO HOT IN SUMMER, HOUSES DON'T NEED EVEN AC UNITS AND OR HEATERS AND YOU CAN SLEEP WITHOUT THOSE 365 DAYS A YEAR. THE GASTRONOMY IS ONE OF THEIR SPECIALITIES OF THE PEOPLE, THEY SAY "IN COCHABAMBA DON'T EAT TO LIVE, IT LIVE TO EAT" AND MANY PLACES TO VISIT LIKE "EL CRISTO DE LA CONCORDIA AND THE CABLE CAR (TELEFERICO) FROM THERE YOU CAN APRECIATE ALL THE CITY WHILE TRAVELING TO "EL CRISTO" WHAT IS A HUGE STATUE LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAIN OF SAN PEDRO.

It's a busy place, right next to the Bolivian DMV office (tránsito), controlled by the local police. If you go to do any paperwork this way, this would be the best spot to park, as there are people constantly watching the cars.

Sunday morning at la plaza 14 de septiembre is very quiet and relaxing. The water fountain right at the center surrounded by hundreds of friendly doves following you to feed them "maicitos". The beautiful Catedral San Simón highly recommended. At first sight the church isn't attractive, then as you enter especially through both sides and look up to the ceiling, it is really a work of art. Mass hrs were at ten and noon.

Great historical site with art museums and cathedrals. I ended up meeting some Bolivian tv celebrity. Good times. This was winter time, I'm sure there's more in the summer

This is a great plaza to spend some time in. It is well cared for, has water features, statues, and is surrounded by interesting buildings. Often there is some art or music performances, political groups, or other activity going on. Many people hang around and relax, which feels nice. No wifi hot spot at the moment, but who cares with all the people watching.
