Unfortunately, SBARRO offers poor service and mediocre food. Despite the other positive reviews, my experience had staff mistaking orders (including putting meat in supposedly vegetarian food) and taking a long time to prepare and serve the meal. Unfortunately, the food could not redeem the service, as the Caesar salad (consisting solely of dry croutons and lettuce), the "special garlic bread" (a small croissant with garlic and spices), and speciality drinks (underwhelming ice tea and lemonade) were rather disappointing. One strength of the restaurant, however, is their games at some of the booths in the restaurant, which can be a fun way to pass the time while waiting a bit too long for the poor food. If you are looking for quality Italian food and better service, I would strongly recommend Dulce Vita Bakery, a short Trufi ride or 10-15 min walk from SBARRO.

I am a vegetarian and they gave me an order with meat, and then I found a RECEIPT in my food. Need I say more? Went here the other evening for dinner with my friends. I asked the waitress which pasta meal I should get since I am vegetarian. She recommended the spaghetti and Alfredo (since the meal comes with 2 pastas, a salad and garlic bread). My meal came to my table with ham all in my Alfredo. She had my meal remade and when it returned there was a torn receipt in my pasta. Please take my advice, eat literally anywhere else. My Caesar salad was also just lettuce and croutons, and the “garlic bread” was a cold mini croissant with some garlic butter on top. No wonder they make you pay first and then get your food; so that when you’re disappointed they can’t do anything about it since you already paid…
