Got deep tissue massage from Firoz. It was perfect. The therapist was well trained. Ambience is decent, but the bath area should be improved. Overall a good experience.

We have taken their membership paying 15000/-, initially it was going good but now our membership is almost above to end and every time call for an appointment they ask if we have a membership? If we say yes they deny appointment. I had an argument over phone with a staff member on asking him for their owner Akash Gupte’s no he denied to provide. No escalation mechanism they have. Be aware while taking their membership, they secure their future business and you will keep fighting for your money

I needed a spa and visited four fountain spa in baner location. My therapist was Barnish and she was one of the amazing therapist I had a therapy session with. Without asking pressure question she already know which point to cover and how much pressure. She took time on every part and by the end of therapy my pain was already gone. Couple problems on ambience but overall it was worth it.

Ali did a wonderful job in both manicure, pedicure and Swedish therapy. He was friendly and knows his craft well.

Shweta is extremely knowledgeable about all the different techniques & will focus on releasing stress from the paining part of the body.
