I travelled from Pune to mehkar. Booked my ticket via redBus app. As it was my first booking, hence got first booking discount. Also it was a first time I was traveling from Pune to mehkar via Noor travels. Their tickets were cheapest among all other AC sleeper buses. travel experience with Noor travels was not as expected. Although it's tickets are cheapest among all other travels .My journey begin with late arrival at boarding point. Rude behaviour of staff even after late arrival. It was AC bus but AC was not effective. No blanket. No pillow. No bed sheet. Even the seats were not clean. All the seats were dusty. Window curtains were dirty. For lower seats side view was covered with some metallic sheet. Hence you cannot enjoy outside scenary while sleeping. It was not the problem for upper seats. No entertainment . TV system not working. Audio tape not working. No night lamp. Even charging point was not working. So if you want to save money you can travel through it. But remember to carry bed sheets, pillow and blanket . Also remember to carry power backup. Carry some entertainment material . Also remember to book upper seat for outside view while travel. Also rest point was not clean and hygienic so better if you eat early in Pune or else carry packed food. Happy journey.

Think 10 times before booking with this travel. From last one month, i am taking followup regarding my ticket cancellation refund amount. But no one responding me. Very casual approach by this traveler. I will never recommend this travels to any one future.

The worst bus service I ever experienced. The bus started one hour late from scheduled departure. After running few kilometers tyre got flat. It took an hour to get it repaired. I WILL SUGGEST TO AVOID TRAVELING AS FAR AS POSSIBLE AND RECOMMEND TO THOSE WHOME YOU WANT TO GIVE PAIN.

Experience in Pune to Yavatmal travels is most pathetic. Soft spoken skills are badly required to Bus driver's and conductors. All stop locations📍📍📍 are highly worsen. Not clean at all.

3rd class service by staff and management. Without ticket passengers are taken on reserved empty seat in 2 or 3 number which makes discomfort for reserved seat passanger

Hello Guys, Please don't book tickets for this bus, it's provide very worst service, timing issue, call centre not responding,main think is if u book tickets online and booked single seat then it's not guaranty that u will get that seat while traveling, they can share with another person. and staff behaviour is also not good. Please think again and again before booking tickets.

Third class bus service including driver and staff members. They will talk with you arrogantly always. They are not punctual(Bus will never come/reach on time.Estimated journey time between pune and Amravati is max.12hrs but it usually takes 15hrs and above always. If there are less passengers in bus then driver will stop bus at every point in the city (similar to city bus) always so that he may earn some money. Not even deserve 1 rating.Very bad experience so far. Please don't travel by this third class bus if time is money for you people.

Hi , i am telling you about what happened to our family members during travelling to hometown. At the Noor travel agency, Pune, we are two ladies and one person who was travelling in Noor simba travel, we already told to travels agent that we are two ladies and we will adjust for one seat, then he agrees to this. We booked a ticket for single seat then we were at travels boarding point and reached At sangamwadi parking, the travel came and we climbed in travels. We take our single seat as discussed with the travel agent. Then after some hours, the conductor came back to us and asked for extra money Rs.500, we told him that we already discussed with travels agent that we will adjust on single seat, But the he was not ready to listening anyone. He made argument with two ladies and one person and he said that if you are not giving Rs.500 , then just go down from the travel, When he was doing argument with us, we were almost 40 - 60 km from pune. Then we gave him Rs. 500 extra money, but he didn't provide (arranged) another seat for us, then he said us to stay on single seat. This experience was very harrasible for two ladies. So please make sure that before making ticket booking, which travel you have to book for better travel experience. So think 100 times before any travel ticket booking at this travels agency.

Very dirty travel. Never travel through this travel. Dust on bedsheet . Partition of cloth too much dirty in such covid condition too. We used our own bedsheet to sleep. Need to pay attention by his owner for hygiene. No AC in travels .Hopeles.

changed from sleeper bus to force cruiser ( kalli pilli ) for last 40 km. when i contacted them they were very rude said bus stopped working..yet i knew bus were working fine .. pls never ever travel with this diksha( noor) unfaithful travel.. they don't care about coustomer's time, safety and security...
