    Yoga with Kavita is amazing. The way she gives instructions and soothing effect on following the same works wonders. Her knowledge on diet is perfect and her guidance on maintaining balance with mental and physical health is very helpful. THANK you for adjusting with my hectic schedule and helping me doing it.

    I’ve been doing yoga for almost 4 months with them and I’m extremely contented with the classes. Our teachers are professional and helpful, they pay attention to each student. The flow of the classes is always smooth and ambience is very friendly. Kavita ma’am is a real professional with many years of experience. Im very satisfied with my choice and I’m not gonna switch for any other yoga studio.

    I have newly Joined yoga classes at YogasadhanaWithKavita. You're surely going to get the best Yoga experience at Yogasadhana. I literally felt relaxed, calm and loved the yoga sessions. They're perfectly paced and adjusted for beginners and advanced level people both so, do Join Yogasadhana😊

    My five months experience of enjoying personal attention given by all Yoga gurus to every disciples makes me very excited & happy. Disciples from all age, all walks of life are gelled here so well and makes the environment vibrant and friendly. The best part is that Gurus here guide separately and see that task given to disciples suits to his/her age, expertise, length of learning. I recommend for Yogasadhana for you, please do join here

    I am really glad that I opted for this classes. Firstly talking about the our yoga gurus, they are extremely friendly in nature however, with maintaining professionalism. The way they teach us yoga is commendable, even they makes us understand why about each and every Asan why it is important and for which body part it is. So, that we could understand why this particular Asan is important. Secondly, I am suffering from multiple health issues, however after joining yoga here my health issues started getting resolved slowly and gradually. Thirdly, Kavita Mam is such a wonderful lady professionally as well as in person. After class she also takes few mins from her busy schedule to talk me and ask about my health and everything. Even when I do not go to class she always makes sure to drop me a txt and ask me about my health. I, would always recommend these classes to everyone. You get relief not just physically but also mentally.

    Highly recommended. Absolute fun. Teachers are amazing, utmost care is taken of each student's ailments while teaching. Effective yoga. The teachers are reachable whenever need be. They have the patience and take best efforts to give solutions to the queries of the students. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    It was a great decision to overcome my excuses and make time for this brilliant yoga experience. Due to my unhealthy eating habits and hectic office schedule I had gained a lot of weight. It became so worse that at one stage my legs and hands started swelling. I decided to join Yoga and after that my routine transformed. I constantly lost weight and started feeling fit from the inside. My swelling stopped and flexibility increased. Now I feel more confident and self motivated in life. Thank you Kavita Ma'am and Himalay Sir you are a wonderful trainer with so much of experience. Thank you so much Yogasadhana with Kavita❤️😘

    Thank u Kavita maa'm ..I enjoy coming to class .Every day different workout and all yoga Gurus are extremely great. I have become more flexible and my body is getting toned in 3 months.. first I was struggling to do asan now I could do it easily. So am happy with the results..
