Pathetic.
Well,
initially
I
tried
to
order
online
from
Theobroma
Powai.
However,
due
to
a
technical
fault
my
order
wasn't
confirmed
therefore
I
tried
a
few
more
times
after
which
I
couldn't
order
anymore.
Even
though
I
couldn't
order,
this
didn't
have
anything
to
do
with
the
team
itself
as
it
was
the
system's
fault
until
I
reported.
Call
1:
Here
I
explained
the
problem
in
detail
giving
the
representative
a
very
clear
picture
about
the
same
and
was
asked
to
try
again
by
clearing
my
browser
history,
which
I
did.
Well,
no
luck.
Cool,
I
was
asked
to
wait
and
try
again
later
and
if
the
problem
continued
I
was
asked
to
report
again.
Call
2:
I
called
in
for
the
second
time
explaining
the
situation
AGAIN.
With
the
same
solution
which
I
mentioned
above
I
then
asked
for
an
alternative
to
which
they
told
me
that
they'll
have
a
representative
calling
me
in
few
minutes
where
I'll
be
able
to
place
my
order
(without
the
20%
discount
I
was
receiving
online).
Well,
I
agreed
to
that
too.
Waited
for
a
while
but
didn't
receive
a
call
from
the
outlet.
Call
3:
I
called
in
again
and
was
expected
to
repeat
the
whole
situation
for
the
THIRD
time,
which
I
did
with
some
very
obvious
inconvenience.
While
in-call
I
get
a
call
from
the
store
manager
(Powai).
So,
I
end
the
call
with
the
representative
accidentally
but
now
instead
of
calling
the
representative
I
decided
to
call
back
on
the
missed
call
which
I
received
from
the
store.
Call
4:
When
I
called
back,
it
was
answered
by
someone
however,
there
was
no
one
on
the
line.
Basically,
left
answered
but
unattended.
This
is
something
I
clearly
didn't
expect
from
Theobroma
as
I've
been
a
customer
of
Theobroma
since
years
now
and
have
recommended
to
so
many
others.
Well,
this
time
while
ordering
for
a
family
member
(a
potential
customer)
I
had
to
face
this
which
so
NOT
cool.
