    If you are looking towards some goal then it is important that you should have knowledge about the right path to achieve the same. In Gym you should be well educated about the pros and cons of all exercises and the right way/posture for the exercises. So happy is the trainer who not only helps you to achieve your goal but also educate you about the right process with proper facts and research outcomes. He is very disciplined and punctual trainer with his own state of Art methods to motivate his clients without letting them know that he has increased the goal to be achieved by them and most importantly he make sure that his client achieve the highest goal set by him. The feathers in the cap are his various certifications in his field of expertise (GYM and exercise) which makes him stand ahead in the league of trainers and make him a perfect trainer. So if you want to get personal trainer then it is highly recommended that you go with Happy sir only.

    I have been training with him from February 2021 he is very energetic and has a positive attitude ! He is helping me with fat loss and leads u to a healthy lifestyle I m really very thankful to him for motivating me and changing my life towards fitness 👍🤟

    My shoulder rehab is in process from last few days under specialised trainer Harvinder Singh, feeling great after joining this gym, they instruct and support in every exercise, really good and cooperative behaviour.

    I am currently doing shoulder rehab with Happy Sir. He has good knowledge and understands the needs of the client well. His approach is very active and positive. Most importantly, he is a nice, polite and calm person to train with and learn from. Will recommend!

    Baiji is full of knowledge never knew that in such a short span body can feel good due to long sittings at work I started feeling. Lethargic after I have been trained by happy sir Iam active again . Diet plan by sir is the best
