Poor of the poorest. I had apartment bought from them in 2012 considering their success in their immigration business. It has been more than 9 yrs and still we are struggling to get our own property despite of paying everything. Time to time their managers gets changed but all are there to rip off customers. No value, not professionals. BEWARE OF THESE people. They have caused harassment as every time we speak, they give other deadline and upon inspection construction keeps going on. NOT SURE why they are still in industry. PEOPLE, please beware of them.

It's doable well but if I say what I don't like is Property is not maintained, damp walls in almost every flat. shady hallways and dust was everywhere. There's no club activities available while everyone goes without face mask ( everywhere here no one wear face mask ) .. no Greenery No garden or flowers.

It's a very well furnished and reputed society. I have lived here for 6 months and in those months I didnt come across any problem. The flats are well furnished and mostly occupied by families. For bachelors, it may not be considered as a suggested place as most of the people live here with here with their families and any disgust activity by any bachelor can lead to some sort of problems.

It's a very good place. Nicely, well planned flats. Very good park and other areas especially help in a peaceful stroll in the evening. The one only really bad thing, despite having a swimming pool, it has not been functional for a very long time for a very silly reason.

Amazing society and place is outside of the city which give it extra edge on others. U can feel natural environment and still in city. Apartments are good too. the only thing, imperial heights dont provide play ground to society, that make people sitting in home.
