I had one of my best yoga experiences with Falak. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but she was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session.Each session is intriguing and different. I never imagined to be able to do what she helped me learn and practice. Gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and flexible. I would highly recommend

While “Yoga” is a way of life for me now, it needed someone like Falak Yogini to bring in that “way” in my otherwise mundane life!
