The project in itself is good. We were planning to buy a Villa. There are a couple of downside - firstly, its situated in a very outer area that would take time to drvelop, secondly, there is a Gurudwara nearby which keeps playing loudspeaker every morning and evening. Not very suitable for children and working professionals. Finally, the beer shop is a negative point.

A New well planned housing complex.. Aptly named Cantt County. On the Highway from Mac Donald's to Dhina. Well connected road . Inside the Gated community ample space for building and parking. Has two grounds inside also. The entrance of the Cantt County has shops lined up. A good shopping complex is expected in the near future. Well connected to Railway station, Jalandhar Cantt, enroute Lovely professional university. Has two petrol pumps in close proximity. But a fact is... It's in a Pind.. Sofipind area. Will take time to develop.

Not a safe place. There is a beer shop in their shopping complex. Every everning and night, boys drink beer on road and keep yelling till 11 pm. Very unsafe for women, as they can't walk in the area. The owners should take care of this.

Area full of drunkards. Boys keep drinking and shouting openly. Not recommended to go.

Netplus broadband not available in this area Do not shift I shifted and suffering from monopoly of connect broadband the administration should provide atleast 2 ISP in this such BIG area

The society they are building is really great here. They have enough space for park and roads are broad. The villas they are building are really worth every penny. If you are planning to retire this must be a best place to buy a home right now.

Cantt. County Residential Society, Good Residential independent villas and plots. Just approx 4 kms from main Jalandhar - Phagwara,G. T Road. Actually its location is in Sofi pind, Jalandhar Cantt. Very calm and beautiful society. 3 bhk and 4 bhk villas available here. It is a gated society. In the front you can see market on both sides of the gate.
