    For independent standard living prospective this isnt a better place.Only good for investment pg rentout , no better resale value

    It is pretty good place and there are almost all the amenities near by. It is very near to Ropar- Chandigarh highway I am a PhD scholar and I able to find a decent fully furnished flat which is 4-5 kms from my institute.

    We spent an year of our Masters degree course of IIT Ropar living in Sun Enclave . The flats are spacious enough to play cricket (atleast we guys used to play :) )with beautiful views be it day or night . We have number of beautiful memories here , wish to be back soon. MTech IIT Ropar batch of 16-18 !

    Flats are good for family. Major problem is the starting road which is always disastrous as it's filled with stones and during rainfall,water stays there for long.

    Flats are good but costly as costly as of Mohali and kharar. No doubt the flats are spacious but I'm doubtful about resale value. Floor slope is not good as water goes away from drains. Maintenance charges are also high. Location wise it is a very good option as bye pass and Bela chownk main roundel of ropar are easily approachable. Overall good experience.
