I visited first time here and was so happy to visit there, I also purchased 2 T shirts for 298 only. Although they are having all ranges from starting to higher side, All sports ⚽🏀🏈⚾items were highlighed there Best part is that all sizes also available unlike other stores. Cycle with accessories in a budget amount is there. Swimming🏊 costumes to badminton🏸 from t-shirts to lowers to inner sports wear all were placed in a good manner. I loved Contactless billing there. We can bill ourselves in no time⌚. Overall I had a good experience there and. Sports person must visit the same.।।

Temp is going down at Chandigarh ,Mohali and Panchkula sometimes morning temp is about 10 -12 degrees so as expected huge rush of people is seen at Decathlon ,Zirakpur as everyone wants to be ready for winters . Mostly people are here for jackets ,gloves and warmers this time . But huge availability of other sports and hiking ,camping product's are available ! After gurgaon this was another good and big store ! But I would suggest one thing for sure why is self checkout counters are not working in full and why you have to place staffs on it ? If I remember correctly, this is one such brand I had never visited in my life before. But your kids are born to make you do what you never did. Same thing happened to me last month when my kid's school made skating compulsory. After getting help from Google, I decided to visit Decathlon. Washrooms ( near parking area ) was neat & clean. It seems to be a playground inside with different sports to choose from. You name the game & people were there to help you with everything. We took proper skating kit with the help of the salesman ( very polite & knowledgeable) as we had no idea about it. The best thing was billing where you just need to drop items one by one in a box & each item price showed up in the computer. Ps- filter water near the entry point.

I have visited other decathlon stores too, but the amount of area in which the DECATHALON store located in ZIRAKPUR has been pinched is something very huge, if compared to a single brand. I almost got confused with the wide range of variety and the products as displayed at decathlon zirakpur gallery. The store is mostly crowded as it offers high range of products. Moreover it is highly recommended stop for trekkers as it offers all equipments and warm clothing used by trekkers and hikers. My visit to store was unplanned and I visited the store as part of my friend's shopping list was incomplete and needed some products which were only stocked up at Decathlon for which we rushed in. But well his shopping list was popped up with my products too for which I was not even ready. Nevertheless the products were worth buying. The products at decathlon are very durable, cost efficient and very comfortable. Nice experience and location of the store is also very nice. The premises of the Decathalon Zirakpur store is very wide and huge. Further, it is also understandable that after paying visit if one gets exhausted, KFC and McDonald's located nearby refreshes and revives the complete exertion if so.

If you want to shop for winter clothes you must buy fleece or jackets whichever you like and if you are fond of bicycles then you can visit and buy those from here. All the products bought here have 2 years warranty minimum(varies from product to product).

Quality of products is very good but very long que for billing also staff is very less to ask for. All staff members are rushing to pick and arrange apparel and other things spreaded by customers..entry and exit are in on gate. Normally if you wanna buy a t-shirt, you need to spend more than 1 hr. **Mannerless employee** Bought running shoes in February 2023 and it started to torn within 4 months. Now it’s been 8 months and I went to store and asked them to look at the condition of shoes, the guy talked rudely and said it’s perfectly fine. Look at the condition of a show they provide warranty for 2 years have come to a rotten condition with normal use in just 4-5 months. Also never buy from this store the employee here don’t have any manners to deal politely with customers.

The place is good, and the staff is also very good. You can get all types of sports and gym equipments. Bicycles and personalized t-shirts also available. But the problem is stock. Mostly shoe stock goes out in few hours and you're left with non-fitting sizes. The cash counters also take too much time to clear your bill. But one good thing is you can scan the items in Decathlon app and pay online and show it to the security guard who will scan the barcode from your phone to let you out. This way you can save your time. Quality of items are mostly good and affordable.
