These guys are bunch of fraud .A girl named Prerna tricked my parents and sold the policy using bunch of lies 1) firstly she said we have to pay 3300/- per month as instalment for 2 years and got credit card details from my father and tricked him into a transaction of 74000/- 2) secondly they mentioned that we can cancel the plan anytime and a payment of 6000/- will be charged and rest of the money will be refunded and when we came to know they led us into a fraud and asked for the refund they are deducting 24000/- 3) Also when she was selling the policy she mentioned all the hotels are 5 star and minimum it can go to 4 star…this also a lie as when we checked the hotels are 3 star only and do not have great reviews. So guys beware of these frauds.

They are fake people .they will call you by one prospect that we are here at so & so hotel. But won't tell you the real purpose behind this . THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FREE VOCUCHER WHICH IS ALL DISGUSTING AND DISGUISED AS UTILITY CHARGES WILL BE LEVIED BY THE VOUCHER BEARER AND HERE YOU ARE FOOLED BY THEM. SALES PROMOTION TEAM JUST WASTES YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND NOTHING ELSE.They should be clear while you're forced to come by THEM OR by their employees That we work in a private firm...sir your vouchers have been issued and if you DON'T visit our management will cut this from our salary.Such a bad experience with them,before reaching out please check the real reviews by the real sufferers who visited on their so called Holday retreats.Persons like Gaurav kumar & Ashish chabra has clearly mentioned that they are frauds under the disguise of UTILITY CHARGES.THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR 4 YEARS CHILD ALSO.Please check these reviews so that you may not fall for their false profile and lucrative sales promotions.

It's my first experience with any hospitality company and pleasantly memorable one. Very well planned and budget friendly trip that too in such a short span . All the places were covered and overall very good experience. Hotels were quite good, everywhere we were treated efficiently. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. we had a great experience with the club retreat family , means the staff is so cooperative and handles the query asap basis. I have traveled to Australia with my family and it was a great experience too. I have been waiting for so long to go on a trip to my favourite destination Australia all that was possible because of club retreat. Mr. Jaskaran guided us really well and had a watch about our every requirement. I have taken a package of 5 years . And reservation team gave me 5 star hotel as they promised me at the time of presentation. Reservation team is very cooperative and guide us through out our trip. Will definitely recommend to buy this package.

I had taken membership of club retreat for 3 year . Recently we planned our first tour with club retreat . Although they provided us a good property in Mussoorie but at that time of planned offering they ensured us to provide provided 4 star and 5 star luxurious property but they offered us only 3 or 2 star property in Mussoorie . Although we have pleasant stay in hotels but they failed to provided basic facilities (TV not working , limited parking space for 2 to 3 cars only, buffet system which we haven’t taken 750 Rs per person which is not worthful according to hotel menu. And after visit the main concerned person who impressed us and ensured our pleasant and luxurious holidays (Mr. Rishu) not picking my calls ?? .

Company representatives visited our city and invited us as a couple to attend their program in hotel.I told them that I alone can visit their venue for program.Then they okayed it.But upon visiting there.They have not attended me well and their behavior was rude.There was no welcome instead they asked me to make call to that person who have invited you here😳

This updated feedback after using their Service for Six months 1. First Time they will give average hotels. None from they showed sales time. They don't have tie up with any good hotels 2. Will Give Below average hotel which you can book 1000-1500 any other app 3. They will stop responding email/calls after first Trip even you request them 1 month before 4. Initially they will say you can use all holidays any time but they will put restrictions 5 in year even after giving you in Written 5. They will give 2 nights Free Coupen with Packages that is also a Trap. On the name of Utilities charge’s they will ask more money than Actual One night Price of hotel. You can book from other sites for say 2000 per night 6. Force you take Breakfast. At Hotel Bf price is Ra 400 but Clubretreat Price is Rs .700 per day. They are charging full amount for 4 years old kid

Loved my first trip with Club Retreat. Enjoyed stay in resorts arranged by CR at Leh, Nubra and Pangong. Another thing I want to mention about my coordinator Ajay from Club Retreat. We went to Kufri for 2 nights and Club retreat booked The Jungle Mountain Retreat hotel for our stay. The hotel was very good with super clean beautiful rooms and breathtaking views of mountains. Staff was very polite, humble amd Cooperative. We had breakfast and dinner buffets and the food was great with lots of choices. Overall the place was really worth visiting.
