Yeah I am go there today in Janakpuri west metro Station and I visit inside The Metro burger king it was good location because they are situated in under the Metro station so if you go Office or anywhere and you are hungry so ho there and enjoy some little bit food like Burger and coffe fries and so all. I go here in evening there was so crowd because It's time to come from everyone to Office so any want to eat some snacks so this good option. When I go there I order one chicken cheez burger and one aloo tikki Burger test was good but I give one negative feedback about burger king coffe. Cold Coffe was good But Normal hot Coffe test personally I Don't like It's my opinion if you go try must to be good all thing

This outlet of the burger king is very crowded it's difficult to find seats in this outlet. You have to wait in line in front of the counter. But the staff was very good i mistakenly dropped the Pepsi but they gave it to me again without taking any extra charge even though it was my fault. And the burger is also super tasty you must visit here.

Employees at the counter should really learn to greet customers properly(more politely and formally), and were busy chatting among themselves instead prioritising the customers who’s waiting to give order.

Such worst service...staff is rude...we asked for single patty burger and she herself added single cheese without even confirming and when we said we didn't order cheese burger and we didn't want it and then where she started arguing with us and wasn't cooperating w us she also made us wait for almost half hour I had to go and ask her for my order only then she gave me my order with such a rude attitude. When I checked the order burger was cold. As I was getting late I left from there without making a scene and threw the burger. Never going to any burger King again.... Worst experience ever

the customer service is absolutely pathetic!! the lady which works on the counter and takes order is so rude and not cooperative at all. i placed my order and waited whole half an hour for it and as i was getting late for my work. i had to leave without receiving the order! completely outrageous! although i found manager okay. she did ask the staff to complete my order but they are all so slow and unnecessarily lazy. she also called out my name while i was going away but i had no time to spare for their lazy service anymore! never going to any burger king branch ever againnnn
