Very very wrost experience here the staff is very rude they are careless especially the women name manisha and the guard too they have no talking sense there service is very bad whenever you ask them anything they start misbehaving very rude the women name manisha sites in the middle she is very bad talking way ... I went there to open Saving account they refused and didn't gave me information about that . Sbi wrost branch ever lady staff and guard is very bad way of talking

3rd class staff of rohini sector 1/2 branch. specially 1 girl and 1 boy sitting on left corner with no ethics and no manners. shame on them. kaamchor hain dono.

Not a big space beach of SBI. Lots of Saving and pension account holder are, staff is not capable to handle this much of account holder. So you will face Harvey rush here all the time. Batter to take net banking service/mobile banking service. And use elobby of SBI for other work like cheque deposit, cash deposit. Nearby elobby is at Deepali chowk. Do all work like NEFT/RTGS/ATM pin generation via net banking or phone banking. Don't visit branch they will always disappoint you.

It's been 5 days and the Asst. Manager who accepted the completed form to change my mobile number turns out to be useless. I called on friday afternoon and I was told to wait for the night run for the change to take effect. However even today i.e. Sunday I am still not able to see my new mobile number on my account detail. Shame on you SBI.

They all are trying to impose their 3rd class policies, credit card without asking you, premium amount will be deducted from your saving account each year without your knowledge/ permission. Pls be vigilant and complain it to RBI.

Worst Worst Worst Worst bank in India. They are fraud don't open your savings account in this bank since they fraud you in the name of Personal accidental insurance and without your consent they activate this policy on the day of account opening and you will not be able to access it because the name is hidden in the description of the passbook as PAI. When you'll try to claim there is no policy no mentioned. They are earning a lot of money by doing this scam.

As i am new to banks, so i visit the place to open a savings account and the staff is forcing me to open a demat account otherwise the online services will not work, they are threatening me in this way.. Very poor service...

Very very poor services by SBI staff. Really it's just like how the unwanted and unfair usage of government designation.

Here all the staff members are very cooperative and listen customers properly☺.They understand your problems and do as they can🙏🙏🙏. Specially account opening process is very smooth and there is very good coordination among staff members. The helping guys are very supportive.🤗 @Genuine staffs
