Great water park with Junior area which was great for my 10yr old daughter. My daughter has Downs syndrome and Complex needs and is too big for the toddler Riuland pool so this was perfect. A ramp (quite steep) for her wheelchair. A drinks area with tables and chairs, in the shade. Lots of sunbeds under shaded cabanas too.

Could use some TLC. Floors slippery when wet I'm not sure who's decision the floor tile throughout the park was, they should be fired. I saw several people fall and I slipped several times myself. Why use a tile that can get slippery when wet? Otherwise the park is pretty decent. Its obviously seen better days, as there's wear and tear seen all around the park. The steps going up to the slides are only half covered with grass, the rest is raw eroded concrete and steel rebar.

Great spot for the kids. Just beware the big slides have a minimum height requirement of 120cm and the small slides have a maximum height of 120cm. So your taller kid and shorter kid can't use the same slides. Oh well...

Nice pool. Deep enough to swim. The slides are decent. Would be more fun if they had more water running down them. The lack of water slows down the ride. They have 8 slides but only 7 where available when I went. Good to spend a little while.

It's a not too big water park but my kids love it, they have an amazing time and fun there, so it was perfect for me.

Riu hotels has succeeded in having this waterpark, this place is enjoyable for the family, the only thing that is not here is an area for snacks and an area to get towels. The attractions are secure and you will get a lot of fun. If you are at Riu hotels with your kids, this is a place you must visit.

Water park was fun but make sure you are aware of all the rules before going (no jewelry, swim suites that have zippers (this goes especially for men's trunks) there is plenty seating/loungers with shade and a self serve drink bar with soda, juice, water, coffee, restroom. 6 slides total plus smaller children section

This is a good water park. They need to do more maintenance . And keep more workers checking people.

This is a good place for teenagers and people like me who are not huge beach fans. It's clean, drinks are available and the pool chairs have shade. They could use some updated slides and maybe a shuttle or golf carts that you can use to get back and forth to the lobby of the resort. It's not a long walk at all but a golf cart would be awesome.

Lots of stuff for smaller kids and a few things for older. Even on the weekends when it gets very busy the lines are not longer than 5 minutes. You will have to carry your own tube up to ride down however. When we visited they shut some of the rides down to be painted throughout our stay but they would only do 1 at a time so it kept people moving. No alcohol is served at this bar but you can carry it in from the one just behind the pool, or give a tip to the servers and they will go get you some.

Not really kid friendly for kids 6-10. The waterside are not the safest. The funnel one you need to drop and swim underwater to the steps to get out because if you come up immediately for air, water will drop on you. Scuffed my arm on a water slide and was bleeding like crazy. No first aid or anything available. Just happy it was me and not my son. No English speakers there so please come with a translator. Do not wear any jewelry, and be sure to put on lots of sunblock. Also have water shoes because the ground is rocks and hot and you are pretty much barefoot the entire time there. The water pressure for fresh drinking water was extremely low as well. The one slide I posted was fun. Oh the Red and Yellow we didn't get on due to water flow being so low and a girl from our hotel getting suck and pushing herself down. It was too hot to get stuck in it so we didn't chance it.

Wonderful water slide park inside of Riu's complex in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Only open to Riu guests. An 8 minute walk from Riu Palace Punta Cana. A total of six slides as well as a kiddie splash pool. Non alcoholic drinks are available and included in the all inclusive package. No food is available. Each time you go on a slide get ready to climb lots of steps.5+ flights per ride. No jewelry when you ride so don't bring any, no lockers either. You can spend two hours here then back to the hotel and off to your next adventure.

This is a fun small water park. There are approximately 7 slides but only 5 were available during the time I went. There is also a child friendly water park as well.

The park is decent. You can spend a good couple of hours. Please Please do not go on that funnel ride if you cannot swim, you will drop into a 7 foot pool. I had to be pulled out by a life guard.

Nice place to have fun. Some rides were closed and other hurt a lot when riding them. However, they are really fun and me and my family had a great time creating lasting memories.

  • 5/5 Raj C. 1 year ago on Google
Slightly dated waterpark but overall quite good - a handful of larger slides (1.2m min hieght) and a selection of smaller ones for littles ones. Drinks and snacks available on site. Does get busy sometimes but if you time it right, you will find that the queues are not top bad. Overall, pretty good to visit with the family if you're staying at the Royalton

Wouldn't let me on the slides because I had prescription goggles so that I could see !! Said I could put them on my arm or in my pocket ??? Disgraceful, don't visit !!

  • 3/5 Ernest S. 1 year ago on Google
It was ok,but they need a big pool. After you finish the slides, then what? I just went back to my pool at my hotel. And it would be nice if they had a shuttle ride to splash water park.

Great spot, lots of seating walked right in. Free beverages, no alcohol. Good selection of slides and a kids area.

  • 1/5 Razz V. 1 year ago on Google
Lines are short, not very crowded, but their are only 8 foam sleighs for the main slide and no resort attendant to prevent the young adult males from keeping the sleigh and going multiple times while the young kids stand and wait for those selfish adults to get bored. Its wasn't until a few of the kids parents challenged those adults that they finally gave up the sleighs.

Amazing water park attraction for kids and adults alike! Lots of waterslides and pools (with amazing lifeguards), a bar, and plenty of nearby restaurants and other attractions. Will visit again!

This place is located in the premises of the Riu hotel. Good place and fun. What I didn't like is that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle to the park and it is not a very short distance to walk from the hotel to the park. My mother in law wanted to cone with, but she couldn't because she uses a cane and it is far away if you walk with a cane.

  • 4/5 Manjula F. 1 year ago on Google
It was free to use...kids spent time in there. Good slides for a free a place.

  • 3/5 Milner 11 months ago on Google
It's fine. No food or alcohol service here. The rules are kinda enforced and lifeguards are slightly paying attention. Slides need updated for sure buy any kid below 10 can spend 2-4 hrs here.

  • 4/5 Raymir B. 11 months ago on Google
Great place for kids and adults alike. I have two complaints: 1) Walking to the slides when it's sunny is a challenge as the floor gets so hot that it burns your feet. 2) The toilet was dirty and a mess on our visit. Other than that, it's a great time, with unlimited drinks available at the self-service bar. There's different slides for everyone, and the kids section is extremely kid friendly with it's shallow water.

  • 5/5 Mandy K. 11 months ago on Google
The Waterpark was great! There is a little section on the side for the littler kiddos. But the main section was great for kids and adults! There were about 6 water slides and no swimming area. Which is fine bc BEACH

  • 5/5 Valérye H. 11 months ago on Google
Great place for 7-99yo. Bring a towel just in case. Remember where the shuttle is picking you up from. :) slides of all types. From trill seekers to slow riders. Plus there is cute wildlife nearby.

  • 4/5 Rajinder “Sheraj” S. 1 year ago on Google
Nice, clean, fun for the young people . Not much for the seniors, who can not climb the many stairs for the adult rides. But the are not allowed to use the kids section that they can manage☹️

  • 5/5 DONALD S. 1 year ago on Google
Totally awesome! Stayed at Royalton Splash and went to the waterslides daily with the kiddos. They had a blast and so did I lol

  • 3/5 Barbara B. 1 year ago on Google
Ok for teens of adventurous adults huge water slides 6 inch to 1 ft kidd pool Nothing in-between could use smaller slides for 4- 10 year Olds. Mo food

  • 5/5 Cosme Adonis G. 1 year ago on Google
So much fun. The funnel is the best. Watch your hesd though. Also the red ones. You can't have watches, cameras, cell phones or flipflops on the rides. Don't wear t-shirts (they will slow you down).

Nice hotel to go with kids and teens, they love this water park.

  • 5/5 Jason F. 11 months ago on Google
An amazing little place on the resort to take your children for a couple of hours. They do need to have more tubes for the slide available during the hotter parts of the day so come in the morning or evening to avoid the rush.

  • 5/5 Matthew D. 2 years ago on Google
Awesome splash park that all Royalton Punta Cana guests can use! Super awesome tons of fun.

  • 4/5 Cindi B. 2 years ago on Google
Conveniently located within walking distance of our hotel. Several slides in one area, which I as nice that we didn't have to walk blocks from one slide to the next. Saw the little kiddie area, too, and looked like people having fun there, too! Plenty of chairs for lounging for those not sliding. Also a self-serve area to get water, juice, and coffee.

The experience that I had there, was jus AMAZING. I recommend it! 😍👍🏾

  • 5/5 Akane D. 3 years ago on Google
Excellent! Something for everyone. I really appreciate the friendly lifeguards that made sure that the kiddie slides were just for the young children. The kiddie area was absolutely perfect. Many slides and water features just for toddlers/young children at the perfect size. Water is the perfect height and all of the children seemed to enjoy it, including our toddler. I enjoyed the non-alcoholic Slurpee's. Awesome "Big" kid slides!!! Loved the wave pool as well. Plenty of loungers, and thankfully shaded areas as well. Seated/covered Tram stop right at the entrance.

  • 5/5 Cynthia A. 2 years ago on Google
We loved these slides. Our 6 year Olds had a blast and the adults had crazy fun going down these slides. They also have a kiddy play area for the little ones.

  • 5/5 Thunder H. 2 years ago on Google
Great place for water slides, not crowded at all. Having this water park at RIU resort can over weigh some negatives of RUI resorts if you are with kids. The park was decision maker when we booked our stay at Punta Cana.

  • 4/5 Zoltan C. 2 years ago on Google
We stayed at the RIU Bambu and visited this Park several times a day with our kids. We all had fun. It's a great addition to the list of activities you can do at the hotel.

  • 5/5 Rickey J. 1 year ago on Google
It was a very cool experience. The only thing I wish they had was more ice cuz the drinks was warm. The water fell good temperature. The ride was very fun. The kids section was cool for my son. He enjoyed it.

  • 4/5 Michael D. 1 year ago on Google
Nice water park within the Riu hotel compound. Our kids had a lot of fun. It wasn't too crowded when we went and it was on a Saturday. This water park is strictly for Riu hotel guests. It is walking distance from all their hotels. They have drinks provided there however they have no food services.

  • 3/5 Sam M. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of slides ,small but it's included in the price of the holiday . Liked the idea of a joy being able to access soft drinks or hot drinks. The floor in the drinks area was very slippery so be aware.
