We enjoyed our stay! Diego was a fantastic butler and made sure to check in with us everyday to see if there’s anything we needed and was also prompt at responding. Having access to the extra adult only pools was very nice but we also had fun with the activities at the main pool. All of the staff was very friendly and the scenery was beautiful! We had a lovely experience at the spa as well. More easily accessible or greater variety of gluten free foods at the restaurants and buffets would have been ideal. Overall a great experience!

Santiago our butler was amazing! He set up a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, the hibachi was by far our favorite meal. He sent us daily plans for the day of what was happening at the resort, and checked in multiple times. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend Santiago. All of the staff was wonderful, especially Roberto at the bar downstairs. If you need anything at all, all the staff will go over and beyond to making you comfortable. The beach was so clean and soft - we went down at 8 am to get a spot close to the beach, but there were still plenty of chairs open throughout the day. We had no issue getting one in the shade. The only thing, that we expected, but was also a nuisance was the vendors at the beach. They are pretty good about leaving when you say “no thank you” though. The AC in the room is automatic which we loved - kept us very cool. For the price we paid, we thought it was an incredible location and such a wonderful place to relax. Also worth noting - if you are an animal lover, there are multiple stray cats roaming around. We loved seeing them and almost pet them, when another gentleman said his friend had to get treatment because one of the cats bit them. Just FYI use caution around stray animals. But we still loved seeing them and giving them a little water!

Just spent five days at the Majestic Elegance my first time experience with an all inclusive resort. I got to say it was definitely a beautiful experience the hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly! Shout out to my Butler Henry he definitely took care of everything he's the reason I'm giving five stars. Also shout out to Ismael the best bartender on the resort! The steakhouse had the best food! The resort is more laid back it's not a party resort.

Very easily, I had some of the best experiences here. The beaches were great and the pools were fun. Loved how the resort included a swim up bar, unlimited free drinks, free scuba lessons and free kayaking. Entertainment was also fun with the option for foam parties, plaza dances, nightclub activities, and theater shows. Staff and bartenders were also so kind and welcoming all the time!!! My boyfriend and I did the Elegance Club, which offered private pools, a butler, complimentary rum and sparkling wine bottles, and special Bali bed access. (Would do the Elegance Club next time too.) Overall great experience, and would love to go back.

We recently stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. Victor was our butler and always had a friendly smile and willing to offer assistance. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The food at the restaurants was good. Check in was a little slow and we weren’t offered any drinks upon arrival. The pools are well kept and the servers at the bars and restaurants were friendly and courteous. The beach had a few weeds but was better than expected. Most of the evening shows were good ( magic show, acrobats and Michael Jackson were the best). We had one bad day with rain but the entertainment staff did well in keeping guests entertained. We also golfed a few times and the course was in decent shape.

We stayed in the Elegance Club adults only section. It was a great experience. We enjoyed having adult only pools and beach side, loved the cabanas. The pool and beach bartenders were great, they were friendly and always made sure we had a drink in our hand! We had Orlando as our butler and he did a great job! He made dinner reservations for us and made sure we always had everything we needed. He checked in daily to ensure we were doing good. He was willing to help with any accommodations we needed. The last day, he surprised us with a romantic bath with rose petals in our room, and a bottle of champagne. Room included a bottle of liquor and champagne. All the restaurants were good and had super friendly staff. Bartenders were friendly as well and drinks were nice and strong! Overall, we had an amazing trip!

This that one of the best vacations my husband and I ever had! Every detail from the landscape of the resort to flowers in our room was well thought out and delivered with love and care. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and genuine care of resort workers. As soon as we arrived to the Majestic Elegance resort, were greeted at the front by the staff. Our butler Diego was so helpful, professional, he truly made us feel special! We were so happy with the service and the overall experience of the hotel, that we made a resolution to come back to this resort and spread the good word about our pleasant experience among family and friends.

First time in both the Dominican and a Majestic resort. Our stay was excellent. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile to make your day that little bit more special. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The food was lovely and we enjoyed having a variety of restaurants to choose from. We also liked the elegance lounge feature, giving you a place to chill, eat and drink. We would highly recommend the elegance club to adults as it offered many benefits such as separate pools, separate beach areas, the list goes on. We would like to especially thank Melvin, our butler, for making our stay extra welcoming and going the extra mile for us. He was always at hand for anything we needed, not to mention him checking up on us daily. His hard work should not go unnoticed and definitely deserves a promotion! We will 100% be back. Great hotel, delicious food, very clean and pretty beach, very fun place to stay, there’s lots of pools and great gym. Staff is very friendly, there’s lots of late night entertainments so you are never going to be bored, there’s always volleyball on the beach and so much more. Would definitely come back again, Highly recommend! Best part was the entertainment team, willy coca cola are very friendly and energetic. great vibes all around!

All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Out butler Melvin was very friendly and very helpful. Helped us explaining all the different amenities the hotel have. The resort have different options of food. Food was good! Plenty of options with alcoholic drinks. It was a great incredible vacation time. I will definitely come back again!

I have stayed at Majestic Elegance a few times now & my experience has always been amazing. From the beautiful rooms, grounds, pools, beach, wonderful restaurants & bars to the amazing staff. The service is top notch. The employees go above & beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. I have had the pleasure of having Dario as my butler who is the greatest butler in the world. Dario made sure everything we could ever need was done for us. He informed us every morning of what was going on at the resort, made reservations for us, constantly checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well, always greeted me with the biggest smile and was super communicative. Dario’s service truly made my vacation, he went above & beyond for me every day and I will forever return to the Elegance because of him. He makes your stay at the Elegance truly feel like home. So thankful for the hard working staff and amazing people I have met during my stays at this resort!

Our stay at Majestic Elegance was fantastic! The beach is scenic and romantic, the food is amazing, we did not have any bad meals, and the service from the staff is superb! Our suite attendant Juan was able to accommodate our requests, help us make reservations, and make the most of our vacation, wonderful service from him. The food and drinks were amazing, my favorite bartender has got to be Ismael at the swim up pool bar. He was the life of the party and made us some amazing cocktails! The resort has a variety of activities to keep us occupied and one of the coordinators Davey is very friendly and personable, and was always down for some volleyball or dancing! We appreciate everything the staff at the resort did to help us enjoy our vacation and have a restful festive stay!

My first time to DR and the Majestic and it was amazing. The food was great and people were friendly. All the amenities were clean and cared for. I never waited to get in for food. I also was blown away by Kelvin the butler who helped arrange a proposal for me with a private dinner on the beach, when I returned to the room he had champagne on ice and a bubble bath poured with rose pedals and decorations everywhere. Kelvin you are the best and made my special day a huge success! Tanner

Ismael Castillo is the best pool bar bartender!! He is the pool bartender and he is so friendly and makes the best drinks. He remembers you after the first time and remembers what you’re drinking every time! He is absolutely awesome!!! Santos is the best. Great entertainment, great service at the bars. The pool and beach were pretty good too. Great vacation spot!

Santos was great. Super hospitable. The resort has be perfect from the food to the beach and everything in between. Customer service has been great and I am happy to say that the water is safe. I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It was great for the kids and they accommodate kids in an awesome way with fun drinks in plastic cups so they feel involved.

Santiago our butler was amazing. Quick to respond respectful and kind. He never hovered or felt pressure to linger around. He was a quick message away and we never had any issues. Jenny at the beach bar was AMazing also. She was kind and sweet. Felix at the beach bar was also very funny and made great drinks. Highly recommend Majestic Elegance and plan to return.

We was there four months ago, I want to go there again next week because it is a very nice place. Great stay for a week. Rooms were really clean and service was great. I was in the Relax zone and would definitely pay a bit more to stay there, you get access to better restaurants and the private pool. they was a great host for all of the events, would definitely recommend this resort for younger people, I want to go there again next week because it is a very nice place. Majestic elegance was amazing!! The food was great and the beach was beautiful. Our room was great and had everything we needed. There were so many pools and kept clean the entire time. The shows every night were great. The staff made the experience the best! Coca-cola was the highlight of the trip!! He made sure we had a wonderful time. Also Wander was a great time. Highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for an amazing trip!!

This has been the best resorts that I have visited. The rooms were big, always clean, with a beautiful view. I have to give a big thanks to Victor for being an amazing butler throughout the trip and being so accommodating. He made the experience so much better with his help and effort. the entertainment crew was amazing. The resort is not too big and not too small making the walk from the beach, to the pool or to the lobby not a long walk. The food was okay but has a large variety. The service was phenomenal and we will definitely return back here. Big thank you to Victor for his amazing service.

Food was great! I went to the French and Japanese restaurants, both had great service and food!!! The rooms were huge with a jacuzzi tub and beautiful decor... Loved the river pool that wove through the resort... Beach was powder white and water aqua green... Awesome experience!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Majestic Elegance! I came to the resort to celebrate my birthday with friends and family and the location and service did not disappoint! The pools were awesome and the drinks and food were plentiful. I highly recommend the French cuisine and steakhouse:) Perhaps what stood out most for me was our butler Henry. He worked his magic to not only book all the dinner reservations we requested, which can be challenging for larger groups, but also sent daily text updates listing the resort activities planned, booked my massages, and made a special surprise by decorating my hotel room with balloons and a birthday banner! I couldn't have asked for better service and responsiveness. I highly recommend you request Henry if you ever visit Majestic Elegance. He will make sure you have an excellent experience!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. Staff is top notch at all the restaurants. Spent many hours being entertained by Ismael at the pool bar. Each night we had to spend a little (or a lot) of time with Miguel Angel, Manuel and Mary who took care of us at the Lobby Bar. They are the best! I stayed on the club side and had a wonderful week meeting new friends. Would love to come back again!

A very good choice for an adult family vacation. It all started with our concierge Alfredo who was very friendly and accommodating. Our favorite bars were the adult swim up, a little hidden gem. Ismael Castillo was the best! And the main lobby bar Roberto was a lot of fun. All the sit down restaurants were great, favorite were the hibachi and the Steak, hostess Rafaela was amazing. My only complaint were the small beach front and sea weed

Booked this resort for our honeymoon and was not disappointed! It’s a large area with at least 5 pools 2 swim up bars, awesome bar staff and a good assortment of restaurants. Our butler, Guzman was very helpful with anything we needed and made sure our reservations in the special restaurants were booked in perfectly around our plans. A very nice touch! They also included a sunset dinner on the beach and a breakfast brought to our room for the honeymoon package. Everything was great and not a dull moment😁

We had a fantastic experience at the Majestic Elegance resort. It was the best resort we’ve ever been to. Very clean, quiet, and the service was fantastic. Our butler Melvin was wonderful. He made our stay so very special with little touches like surprises in the room! One day we came back to rose petals on the bed and on our tub, with a bubble bath drawn, and a bottle of champagne on ice with glasses. He helped with every aspect of our trip and made it so special. I would absolutely go back to this resort. We met lots of people who stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana and disliked them. I highly recommend this resort for all!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing of an experience it is staying at the Majestic Elegance! Our butler is Modesto, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He is INCREDIBLE!!! He always checked in & made sure we had everything we needed. Food is delicious, so many options! Hibachi is hands down the best! Room is amazing, beautiful view. Absolute favorite part of the vacation was meeting Felix, Rosa, Ana Maria & of course Fennis! From day one welcomed us like family and went above & beyond every single day! If you are planning a trip 100% come to the family pool bar & show some love!

My husband and I came to this resort for our honeymoon and it was fantastic in every way! Every staff member was great to talk to and very friendly. Our Buttler, Melvin Rojas was amazing and surprised us with cute romantic gifts in our room! We also had a romantic dinner near the beach in a secluded area that was organized by Melvin. After dinner we came back to the room to see that he had turned our jacuzzi into a romantic bubble bath with rose pedals and a bottle of wine! The food is pretty good at all the restaurants. The Italian restaurant was our favourite; it’s so fancy and staff were always friendly and remembered us. In particular; Noel was incredible and always surprised us when we came for lunch. He quickly found out that I was fond of wine and would top me up all the time and gave us a surprise on our last day! The beach isn’t the greatest; lots of seaweed but the pools really made up for it. There’s lots of entertainment throughout the day and the theatre shows are always worth it! Very fun! We would definitely come back to this wonderful place! 😊❤️❤️

We had an incredible honeymoon at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. The moment you walk into the lobby, you’ll be handed cold face towels which is a nice touch especially after a long flight. As part of the Elegance Club, you’re led to a separate check-in area where you can enjoy drinks and snacks while they check you in. The grounds were absolutely stunning with palm trees and lush greenery lining the walkways. There are several pools with a few being exclusive to club members. One club-only pool offers drink service to your cabana which was convenient! The other one had a more party-vibe with a swim up bar. There are numerous beach chairs around the pool and on the beach so you don’t have to get up early to reserve any! Apart from the amenities, the service we received from our butler, Guzman, was phenomenal. He was easily reachable whenever we had any questions, always had a friendly attitude and even booked reservations for us at the restaurants. He also saved us a few times when we forgot our keys! I highly recommend the butler service as it elevates your experience! Special shout out to Ana Maria, the bartender in the main courtyard, who gave us exceptional service and just seemed to enjoy the guests’ company. Also, the gentleman in the steakhouse bar seemed to put a lot of effort into his cocktails which were delicious and strong. The private beach itself had beautiful soft white sand with many cabanas and chairs available for lounging. The one con is that we went at a time of a lot of seaweed so we didn’t get to enjoy the water that much! Highly recommend checking out the activities at GoMajestic early on in your trip as they book up quick. Overall, I give this place a 5 out of 5!

Amazing! The best part of this hotel is the service and the animation team! The people here are so kind and are always there to make your stay the best. Food is really good and have a different variety from French to a buffet with different kinds of food. Rooms could be a little better, they feel a bit humid inside, but the cleaning team is very kind. Javier (chocolate) and Wander from the animation team remembered us through out the stay and never failed to make our day fun along with the nightly shows and day activities at the beach and pool. Bartenders and waiters were always there to serve you and always happy with a smile. Again, shout out to Chocolate and Wander 😊

From the moment we stepped off the plane and into the Majestic Resorts’ transport vehicle we were greeted with nothing but friendly faces and great employees that welcomed us into their country with open arms. Then we had finally pulled up to the Majestic Elegance Resort in Punta Cana. First impressions of the Resort through the eyes of the main lobby were those of excitement for the week of vacationing we were to spend there. The resort staff were very accommodating in bringing our bags to our rooms. All the recreations they had to offer to include the pools, the beach, and all the restaurants were kept in pristine condition at all times of the day. The entertainment staff did a phenomenal job in supplying fun activities throughout the day as well as the live shows performed during the nighttime. What made our trip the absolute best it could possibly be would be due to the efforts of our caretaker and friend Gabriel. He was always there in the morning to pass along to us the daily itinerary for the resort as well as set up reservations for upcoming dinners as some of the fancier restaurants the resort had to offer. Thanks to his dedication we never had a need or a want that was not resolved or fulfilled promptly and with the utmost importance; and who made the transition process of checking in and checking out at seamless as it could possibly be. Thanks to him and the rest of the Majestic Elegance staff we made great memories, had a wonderful time and are eager to revisit as soon as possible.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana upon arrival and departure during early August 2023. The vacation package included the Elegance Club Junior Suite Jacuzzi. Based on previous positive reviews I had decided to book and this hotel did not disappoint, I would highly recommend it. Our butler Orlando made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, and was available at any time for any concern. He advised us on any question we had. It was such a pleasure to have him available to contact. He also went out of his way to provide welcome drinks, book restaurant reservations, setup and decorate the room jacuzzi, he was just fantastic. Also wanted to give a positive shout out to Jenny and Judith at the bar on the beach, they were very attentive to the guests and serving them and were available to talk to regarding any concern. The suite was modern, the service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. Also, the hotel felt very safe, security taken very seriously.

Ismael Castillo had great service at the elegance club pool bar. He always greeted us with a smile and played great music. All week he was extremely friendly and exceptional bartender! Roberto and Marcos from entertainment were excellent and kept us entertained all week! We took sushi making with Santiago who was also amazing and taught us a great skill for home! Very happy with our experience!

My boyfriend and I just got back from here and we had a great experience from beginning to end! The staff is absolutely AMAZING and we can not recommend this place enough. We were able to upgrade to elegance club upon arrival and I HIGHLY recommend doing this. It was worth every dime! Dario, our butler, was very friendly, professional and always on top of things. Ismael at the private swim up bar was amazing as well as Jenni always being attentive to us at the private beach. Our waiter (now new friend) Deivvy, made our experience unforgettable. We were treated to VIP dinners and he even brought us a gift our last night. He was attentive, entertaining, kind, and we can not thank him enough for going the extra mile to assure we had great dinners. We look forward to coming back after renovations!!

Everything was fabulous. Food wasn’t the best, however, the wait staff was so polite. We loved the many activities the resort offered during our stay. Being a club member is very helpful because the service is very good. Our butler Arling was just so down to earth and kind. It was my birthday and he decorated the whole bedroom with balloons and champagne. He’s quick to answer our questions, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Our butler, Guzman, was very warm and welcoming. He did an amazing job prepping our friend’s room for her birthday! We were elegance club guests so we had access to the private adult only beach area and pool. We opted for the pool most of the time due to vendors approaching us every few minutes so we couldn’t fully relax on the beach. The room was very spacious and so was the balcony. Overall, great stay and would consider another stay once the resort is updated with better a/c and humidity control within the rooms. Internet was 10/10, night activities were also really fun.

My stay at the Majestic Elegance was more than expected. The food and the stay in the rooms, everything was excellent. The entertainers were really really fun. I want to mention that Wander, Chocolate y Coca Cola worked very hard to give us a great time. The people were very friendly and attentive. For sure I will be coming back very soon. Beautiful room, and an exquisite campus resort. Plenty of great activities to keep you busy for your entire stay! The steakhouse and Italian restaurant serve the highest quality food I've eaten outside of my mom's cooking. The bartenders and servers keep a smile going all day and have fantastic personalities to make sure you have the best possible experience at all times. The entertainment team was beyond incredible with plenty of tournaments, activities and games to keep the party going all day! Coca-Cola was our best friend all week and we were sad to see him have to leave at the end of his shifts. Great personality, very friendly and a great guide to keep the capture the best experiences.

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Elegance very much. From the time we arrived we were impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the resort. The food at all the restaurants was very good and we felt there were plenty of options each day. The servers and bartenders were amazing, and all drinks were made to our satisfaction. The entertainment was the highlight of our stay. The nightly shows and other entertainment was amazing. Coca-Cola was amazing! He was very friendly and outgoing, and always kept the party going!

Our Butler was Dario and he was very attentive and made sure we had reservations and our fridge was stocked. Junior also was very helpful and always made sure our glasses were full. We eat at all of the restaurants but the steak house was our favourite. Thanks to Daniel for your great service. Our rooms were very clean and the AC worked great. We had and amazing time.

Absolutely amazing!! One of the best holiday we had in a long time!! Excellent service and great food variety from their buffet and also their restaurant. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and willing to help you in anything you might need. I would like to mention specifically Robison Reyes! He was fantastic and brought us loads of fun ❤️❤️

Our stay was excellent. Spent a week in late November to get away from the NY weather. Food was excellent, swimming pools and beach vibes were great, especially water sports but more than anything - the entertainment crew and especially CocaCola (Willy) was AMAZING!!! He showed us a great time and really made a huge difference for our kids.

Our stay has been an amazing experience. The room is nice and close to restaurants and beach. The food is very good with lots of variety. The resort has great animation team with lots of activities. Shout out to Javier aka chocolate that was always smiling and sweet to the guests and made the experience extra special and fun.

I am visiting the Dominican Republic for the first time and stayed at the Majestic Elegance. And this is a truly great experience. The staff is very pleasant. Ocean is so blue and clean, the beach is very nice with white sand. Dining is excellent and there is awesome variety of food choices across the restaurants. I love its territory because there are large walking areas with great scenery and wonderful flora. Each evening there is great entertainment, and also dancing in the courtyard. And the last but not least is the best Majestic animation team. The guys are doing everything so vacation is going great😊 And I would like to say special thanks to Javier and Miguel💃 Definitely will stay at the Majestic Resorts again.

The resort is so clean and inviting! Staff is very friendly and happy to help in anyway! We booked a swim up and it was so nice having a private pool area that was quiet with a swim up bar! Drinks and food are great! Our butler Modesto is awesome and always checks on us to see if we need anything and has been very helpful! The beach and water are amazing and so clean! Our stay at Majestic Elegance was amazing! The beach, the food, the staff and our overall experience was everything we had hoped for. Our butler Guzman was very helpful and was there if we needed anything. The entertainment staff created such a fun atmosphere especially “Wander” and “coca cola”. The nightlife was one of the highlights of the trip. We loved the daily performances at the theatre and dancing at the sports bar and coco’s club at the resort. If we wanted a more laid back evening, the lobby was such a beautiful place to mingle and relax. Being part of the elegance club gave us access to cabana beds that were a great place to relax along with snack bars and a cafe. The resort was very clean and sanitary as well. We would highly recommend!

This is my second time at this resort I have had the best time here. The rooms are very clean. The resort has so many things to do all day long. The entertainment is wonderful. Everyone that works here goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best And especially Myra is our favorite!!!!!

We are most impressed with this hotel, it's customer service and staff. The staff have been courteous, helpful, attentive and most importantly happy to be of assistance. We have been impressed with the quality and variety of the food, and have tried all the restaurants (steakhouse is our favorite). The shows have been the best we've seen at a resort. Our butler Olbis has made our stay even more enjoyable. He efficient met our requests and always a pleasure to interact with. It's a service we highly recommend as it made our stay so much more pleasurable.

The resort was beautiful and our room was outstanding and clean!!! Our butler, Juan was extremely helpful with our needs. Each time we met him he asked if there's any way he can help make our stay better. This was a real vacation!!! The pools and beach are just amazing!!! The entertainment each night kept us on our feet. We are sad to leave but we will be back G-d willing.

The hotel is great I really liked one of the workers here they call him Coca-Cola he’s very helpful he helped make my vacation much more fun and easy going. He always checked up on us to make sure we are good or if we need anything he was always there to help answer any questions. He’s literally the nicest person I have meet that works at this resort. Some other people don’t care to help you as much and do the bare minimum, he on the other hand goes above and beyond to help you and make u feel welcomed! Thank you for being so kind and helpful for us. Another thing I would say is the food is good compared to other all inclusive, fresh juices everyday, and it’s a very clean resort.

Second trip here and the property is amazing! Club level is the way to go! And Dario is hands down the friendliest most attentive and best Butler here! Thank you Dario for making our week so special! Erik and Santa at the Club beach bar always made sure we had full drinks and a smile and a wave. Majestic is definitely one of the best resorts we have ever visited!

Our butler Modesto was phenomenal! We had issues with transportation back to the airport and he took care of the complicated situation. I went with my girlfriend and he brought us little things for our room like champagne and coffee without even asking. He even surprised us with a romantic set up in our room for when we returned from our date night out without us even asking. The resort itself was awesome. The amenities were clean and well taken care of. The spa was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend a spa day if you get a chance. Most of the staff were helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place if you come to the Dominican

My recent stay at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was the absolute best experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The food, drinks and restaurants were all great. The staff are all so nice and friendly. The entertainment team were really really great with lots of fun activities. I want to mention that Javier aka Chocolate worked very hard to give us a great time and join in the activities . He was super sweet and always smiling and making us laugh. The people were very friendly and attentive. For sure I will be coming back very soon. I give them 5 stars.

So much fun. Henry is an amazing butler. Angelica Cruz in the elegance pool bar was very attentive and fast. Orlando taught me how to dance and speak a little Spanish- kept a smile on my face the entire trip. These people work very very hard to make a memorable experience and I'm glad I selected this resort for my trip.

The staff is incredibly nice, so welcoming, and very hard-working. Our butler, Guzman, was so kind and friendly!! He always made sure we were taken care of. The food was pretty good and there were a lot of different options to choose from. Anderson, and the rest of the entertainers, did a great job with putting on all the shows and different events. Joel was so accommodating to us during our time at the pool and the swim-up bar. Overall it was a great trip and I definitely recommend staying here. I would love to come back!!

Majestic Elegance, treated us so well ! The food, entertainment, and room was great! Everyone was so nice to us. They treated us with kindness and respect. There was always beach activities and pool activities. A worker name Coca Cola helped us a lot with the activities near the beach he was such a great host at the beach and very entertaining. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time! A few ups and downs but mostly ups. The food was decent, the pools especially in the majestic club areas were very clean and kept at the perfect temperature. Rooms were nice, maybe subtly dated but nice. The ocean was beautiful, great sand and not many rocky spots that killed your feet. The highlight of the visit in terms of customer service was Diego our butler and he did a fantastic job! He was very responsive and did a great job helping us with literally any request. He went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Bob

We booked through Costco Travel and We stayed here for 11 nights and had an incredible vacation. The staff and the accommodations were fantastic and I can’t wait to go back next year. The food and entertainment were very good as well. We especially loved the Hibachi Restaurant and the Steakhouse and really enjoyed the hamburgers on the grill at the restaurant by the ocean. Staff did incredible job cleaning up the seaweed on the beach daily. The young men on the entertainment staff were a fun group. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond as well. Roberto at the Main Bar had our afternoon lattes ready to go everyday.

i stayed in September with my family, when we first arrived we had some room assignment issues but they worked quickly to get it resolved. The room service was great fast and food was really good, staff very friendly and helpful...Food was great at all the restaurants and the buffets especially the one on the beach, had plenty of variety the only thing i would add is maybe more authentic food not so Americanized. The best tip I can give for first time comers is tip to the bartenders, if you ask for more alcohol they will give it, tip to the ladies who clean your room, we put a couple of dollars in the mini fridge every day, we put a couple dollars under my pillow it goes a long way. I loved the swim up rooms it was really convenient. The tour was amazing, I did the Bavaro tour and Nacho made it so fun. Shout out to the bartenders (George) at the swim up bar great personality and smiled all the time, friendly and funny.

Amazing experience! Soo much to do, eat and drink. Would definitely recommend, my kids had a blast too. Next time we go, we'll try the Adults only side 😉. Can't forget the service... top notch! Shout out to Chocolate and Feeny by the main pool!

Alfredo was AMAZING the entire time we stayed here. Never needed for anything, he made sure we were well taken care of. Also, our butler Erickson kept up to date with everything going on around the resort daily. Highly recommend them for a great experience!

I had an exceptional stay at the Majestic Elegance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Everything was outstanding from the multiple dining options, Resort grounds, breath taking beachfront and house keeping. Special shout out to the entertainment team! Rolando, part or the entertainment team and Miguel at the bar are fantastic.

This was our 3rd time at Majestic Elegance. We love the resort and they are getting ready to renovate to make it even better! We went for our honeymoon, back with friends and just for us this time. The only disappointment we had was dinner at the Sea and See. Had been better in the past. Ismael at the adults only, swim up pool bar made our trip feel like we were apart of his family! Makes the best drinks and had some great mixes not on the menu. The energy he brings to the bar area is so much fun. Joel that helps him is amazing too! We loved our butler, Santiago. He was prompt and helpful. Always came to visit us at the beach in the morning. I would say he is the best butler we have had. We definitely will be back!

Staff was genuinely kind and attentive. My wife and I can be a bit reserved at times but the safe made us feel so welcomed and encouraged us to try new things. The rooms were clean and gorgeous. The food was delicious. The safe was equally respectful to individuals of all backgrounds. Dario our host was fantastic, I was super impressed by his professionalism. Will be recommending to friends and family. Would definitely come back.

We just stayed at Majestic Elegance for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property and beach are absolutely stunning. Staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Santiago was our butler and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The room smelled at times like sewer which I had heard was not uncommon in the Dominican. I think this was primarily because the air conditioning is motion activated so it doesn’t run when you’re not in the room. Once it ran the smell dissipated. The food on the resort is just okay but again I have heard that’s common in the Dominican. The buffets had a wide variety of options and breakfast was generally very good. Dinners at 9 Doors and See and Sea were the best. You will not be cheated when it comes to drinks as they are plentiful and available all over the resort. The lobby bar is the best for drinks and socializing. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

I spent the week of Jan 17-24 at the club level of the majestic elegance with my 3 sisters. Our butler, Kelvin, was amazing and helped make our holiday truly special. From Setting up a birthday celebration, to making our dinner reservations, to helping find a bath chair for the shower. He found us wherever we were and answered any messages very quickly . A big shout out to the entertainment staff ( loved the dancing on the outdoor patio and. Water aerobics) and all of the great people who worn in the restaurants and bars. All of the staff was super friendly and made our vacation at this beautiful property to be a memorable one! Francisco, Jenny , Sandy are a few of the many great staff members.
