I usually don’t write reviews when I travel but today I have to. The waitress who served us was really bad I got her name, her name is yesica she is short , short brown hair with glasses. She was very rude and obnoxious towards me and my family. My girlfriend was speaking to her in Spanish and she gave my girlfriend attitude for no reason. It will be better if they fire her and change up there service.

Enjoyed a 15 minute ride to downtown from our Bavaro Hotel for a change from all inclusive. We came here during the day, it wasn't too busy. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. The food was lovely and served hot and fresh. The menu isn't huge but there was enough choice. It would be nice to expand the choices available. Nice views across the marina with an option to sit outside.

Our second time there and we really enjoyed our stay. The food is amazing, drinks are great, there’s always something going on at a random place at the hotel during the night (Dj’s, bands, virtual parties, etc). We are planning our next trip, this time with our kids. They now have a water park besides the kids pools.

Very disappointed. I have stayed at several Hard Rock properties so I expected better. The facility is fine but I have never experienced worse service, from check in, to restaurant staff, to bartenders, it was awful. This place is a mess. It was also the first time I did not feel safe while on the grounds of a resort. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

This was the worst experience ever I would not recommend this resort. The checking was a nightmare I had to wait three hours in the lobby I booked the presidential suite that came with a butler I only saw the butler once. The room was ver old looking no slippers and robes included like it was mentioned in the description. Tithe bathroom was needed remodeling it was really bad! The reservations were a disaster I would make make a reservation and when I got there I was never on the list I had to give $40 tip so they can get me in one night because it was my boyfriends birthday and didn’t want to risk not having dinner. Not many restaurants, the food was limited in the buffet. The staff were very rude and in bad mood and I always and still didn’t get treated right. Room service was really bad food and beer and soda were always hot. The fridge in my room was working they said they couldn’t do anything. This was my worst experience ever please don’t do this to yourself! I payed almost 3000 for 4 days and wanted to leave by the second day! Also everything is hard even to check out is a mission. And the key to the room got deactivated more than 10 times a day I had to walk for 7 minutes every time I was so mad.

What more could you want from a hard Rock on the beach. It had all the rock legend memorabilia you would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. The open air seating looking out over the water was fantastic. There was a large crane standing in the water by the bungalows while eating. It is very picturesque. The food costs more than other places I ate at but not by much. The service was fantastic once I got a menu.

Go anywhere else. I think most the people rating this place highly are rating it on decor or maybe drinks, but if coming here to eat you have much better options elsewhere. Service was fine but the food was horrible and so overpriced. Prices in the menu are in USD for some reason. Your bill is charged a higher DOP rate, and then 28% extra fees on top of that. The menu wasn’t very extensive so we ordered a club sandwich, wings, nachos, and fajitas. We figured these would be safe because it’s pretty difficult to mess up these classics. I am by no means a foodie, so when food goes below my already low standards, it’s bad. The cheese on the nachos was clumpy and looked curdled. I’ve never seen cheese look so unappetizing. The buffalo wings were sweet and sour and the blue cheese dressing had the consistency and flavor of milk. The chicken fajita was chewy and no spices or flavor. Club sandwich was 2 pieces of bread with mostly mayonnaise and lettuce. Chicken was undercooked and club sandwich had one tiny piece of bacon about the size of my finger. Save your money and your digestive tract by going anywhere else.

It is a very cool place. Great décor and design. We were well taken of. The service was fast and the waiters were very efficient. The food was the highlight, we enjoyed everything we ordered. I definitely recommend the Jumbo Combo, it was outstanding. We grabbed some pins on our way out. We will definitely be going back.

Came here to eat and have a few drinks before Coco Bongo. Place is great. Good food and drinks. An american safe haven I say no matter where it is around the world. Great location and everything was very upbeat and vibes were great.

The Rooms are very hot over night and when you call to ask for help they send someone who doesn’t actually change the temperature . We have a 10 month old who couldn’t sleep because the room. Was hot and they wouldn’t change the settings to adjust the AC.. our baby was up crying and ruined the trip Don’t be fooled by other good posts about this place.. their customer service is NOT what it seems . Would NOT recommend especially for families

We should not have gone to this location. It took a while to get service and once a larger group came in we were an afterthought. I ordered the beef fajitas and it was served lukewarm with the vegetables cold. I was complaining to my husband asking if his food was cold also (we had waited a while to get it at a non-busy time). The vegetables were not cooked all of the way through but another server offered to go warm them. Mind you it wasn't sizzling when I got it. This meant it sat for a while and wasn't cooked all of the way. We did have the shrimp appetizer which was just ok and not spicy like the menu advertised. Apparently our service and quality of food would have been better if we were sitting in the outside section. Do not eat there unless you want to spend the next day on the toliet like us. We won't be back!

Easily the best meal we had during our stay in Punta Cana. Service was also superb. We asked them to go out to the car park and give our driver a menu so he could eat whilst he waited for us which they did with no issues. Music and ambiance were on point and we loved sitting outside near the water.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. The service was excellent and Fausto from the Market for breakfast was very polite and friendly. We ate at Ipanerma and the food was amazing! Elizabeth our waiter was very sweet and always smiling! I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe and Resort!

The best food ive had while staying in punta cana FOR the $$$!! Burghers are excellent, onion rings are a must and salads are amazing. Rock shrimp were excellent as well! Overall a great experience. Location is great right next to cocobongo a main tourist attraction. A must try if your looking for great american food in punta cana!

Clean, spacious rooms. The staff was great attention to details. The room service was good. Activities for everyone , regardless of your age. Many food options and entertainment in the lobby at night. We stayed in building 8 at the back of the property. It was inconvenient having to walk to the lobby each day due to the tram not coming around often.. Other than the tram not being available. We highly recommend this Punta Canna location.

Left our resort in hopes of finding food that did not upset our sons stomach. He had terrible food poisoning from the resort. Hard Rock was exactly what we expected. Food was fine, predictable, and fast service. It was very loud. There was a live band doing rehearsal while the music on the speakers blared. It was impossible to have a conversation, or hear anything. If you're traveling here and get dropped off by an uber and later decide to walk to the "mall" think twice. No sidewalks and it isn't a real mall. You will also have to walk by promoters at the neighboring bars and restaurants aggressively trying to get your business. Not a bad thing, just added to the time it took to get to the mall.

I tried to talk the staff into allowing me to buy 2, get 1 free. They were nice and friendly about it but it didn't work. Still a very nice location to visit. I found what I was looking for to add to my collection!!!😁

The food is always fantastic. I go quite often with wife and family, and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend!

Good food, nice atmosphere. American food as you would expect. Very clean

This is an up and coming area that was nice to visit. They had some American food options that we didn't have elsewhere like Pizza Hut. Most places accepted US currency which was nice. There were stores to do a little shopping in, but some of them were on the pricey side. Transportation to and from our hotel was easy because of the shuttle service. Pick up and drop off areas were well lit and safe.

Definitely worth it! Hard Rock Cafe is just the best place to have fun, eat good food and do all that while listening to excellent music! Gorgeous ambient and lighting makes it very cozy!

This place is great. Nice staff and it is a must stop, for the hard rock experience. The staff was super nice and the drinks were great. Clean environment, nice bathrooms and open a bright.

Food was delicious and the service as well! The prices are high, even though the drinks and food are worth it! Love how many ambiances they have and the amazing view of the lake is a plus! It was a Friday and there was a very cool live band on the stage!

We had a wonderful time. We are planning on come back next year. The food was good and people was nices . Let me tell you it's alot walking if you don't take the trolly (sometimes the wait time is very long). The only thing we had an issue was the bathroom was not very clean. You could tell they did not take the time out to clean. The staff was amazing. The lights went out in certain parts of the room they came right out to fix it. We really enjoyed ourselves.

It has become a horrible place compared to 3 years ago. Very crowded and you have to stay in line for over 30 minutes to get low quality food. Service is bad and no one listens to you unless you tip them all the time. Even if you need to get a chaise lounge on a pool the workers reserve them as if guests have reserved them and then if you pay the $20 they will give you one. It is bad to see what happened to what used to be a nice resort!!!

One of the worst experience I ever had in a "restaurant". We went to watch the super bowl, the food was okay, although not particularly tasteful, just like the cocktails. But they put the speakers on maximum volume. It was way louder than it would even be in a club. Impossible to enjoy anything like this so we left, its like our ears were bleeding.

Service was friendly and quick. The veggie burger was odd/had an odd flavor. Not a fan of it at all. My friend who was with me ordered a “medium” hamburger and it came as a “rare” hamburger.

Unfortunately Monday night was not there best operating day. We arrived about 8:30pm. Didn't see a waiter till about 9pm when the host saw us at the table without drinks & asked if we were being served. Next we order 2 drinks Tropical 🍸 & Hurricane something. 10mins later the waitress comes back to let us know that the bar ran out of all rum & juices. She offered a strawberry 🍓 frozen drink with a spike of tequila. When I tried it it had no flavor except for the tequila and with no sugar to balance out the flavors. Ended up just ordering a 2 Corona's. We ordered the Cowboy Ribeye Steak cooked medium well & chicken Ceasars salad. The salad was ok the chicken was a tad tough & the Ceasar dressing was good. However the steak came back medium rare & tough to cut into. The mash and vegetables were cooked without flavor very bland. Don't think I'll be going back prices were to steep and food not cooked as we expected. It was definitely not there best night. The waitress had a wonderful disposition but the team that she had that night didn't work with her at all. The bartender had an attitude most of the night. We also noticed other gets returning there drinks and definitely didn't leave with a smile. The restaurant its self is setup beautifully. I suggest mgmt should send undercover guests so they can observe for themselves the service and taste the food thats being served to guests. Not going back to Hard Rock Cafe @ Punta Cana.

Nothing special, I think they are overpriced for what they offer. I had a burger and a cocktail. Both mediocre, plus we had to wait 30 mins for our bill, ended up just going to the till to pay. The music is good though.

Great time and nice area. Locals are usually partying. Good vibes
