Nice course fairly forgiving but bring your own golf balls as they are expensive here. They do have clubs to rent but cost either $35 Callaway razr, $45 TaylorMade speed blades, or $55 USD Titleist Ap2. Golf cart rental was $40 USD.

Bring your own snacks and lunch. This is an incredibly expensive, poorly maintained course. Lunch pictured is some dried out chicken breast chunks on a hot dog bun. That’s it. Snack options on the cart included a full bag of Doritos and said ‘sandwiches’. For close to $200USD, this place is a rip off.

Enjoyable, big fairways, not very difficult, but nicely laid out, even if there is quite some distances between some holes on the back 9! Only negative would be the cost of playing, especially if you are a holiday maker, club hire $45, buggy hire $70 (for 2) and $20 for 10 recycled balls!!

Green fees were free daily from the resort. Rental of clubs and cart fee will cost you less than $100USD. Course has mostly very wide fairways and quite forgivable greens.

Beautiful, challenging course. Kind of pricey though, especially since golf is "included" with our all inclusive package. $30-$50 for clubs, $50 per person for a cart, $12-$30 per three golf balls and merchandise is very expensive. All USD don't forget, so Canadians pay a lot more. Lunch is included after 9 holes. It was literally a hotdogs bun with a little bit of chicken on it. No drink. No chips. No vegetables. Very disappointing. Golf with friends was nice though. Bring your money!

We had a good time at Punta Blanca Staff was friendly and helpful, Golf course was ok, wide fairways , not too much trouble. Blakendy was awesome, never went without a beer or water. Sandwich at the turn was not that great. Would play again but wouldn’t pay more than $100 Very close to majestic Colonial, 5 minutes by golf cart .

Played here on a Saturday in September. Was staying at one the nearby hotels and they came and picked me up. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I saw a couple other foursomes, otherwise I was basically the only one out there. Decent course, wide fairways, greens were generally in good shape. Paid $95 US, and rental clubs were $40. Would definitely play there again.

Not a nice course; poorly maintained; poorly managed tee times. Been to 8 golf courses in Punta Cana; this was the worst. We stopped after 9. Much better courses nearby at same price.

Very nice course. Fairways were above expectations given the climate. Lots of sand which I was able to avoid except for one hole. A little confusing on a few of the holes trying to figure out where the next hole was. They give you a book showing each hole and yardage (or meters) along the hole. Carts are $45 and club rentals go from $30 to $50.

Wide greens with some difficult holes in the end. Car path need repair and trash needs to be clean up. Will definitely come back on our next trip.

“Free round” that was included with stay at local resort. Rented clubs for one person and paid for cart for 1 person with one rider. After that and buying a couple balls and a glove, came out to $160. In the states I wouldn’t pay $50 for a course in this shape. It was nice enough with some nice grass and trees but the greens were rough and sand traps and other features were very lacking. Paid a good amount to rent taylormade clubs. They were several generations old with several dents and paint chips. I made this known to the gentleman handing out the rental clubs and he scoffed and reluctantly replaced a couple of the clubs in the set with others that were just a dented and worn. The club rental fee should be criminal for the condition they were in. Also did not include a lob wedge or hybrid fyi. We also received an included sandwich at the turn. The only option was ham and cheese and they offered no alternative despite us telling them one of us doesn’t consume ham. It was dry sliced bread with one thin slice of cheese and one thin slice of ham. No condiments. I think they tell you there’s a sandwich included to make it sound like more than it really is. If you have a free round and you have your own clubs, this course isn’t bad; I would stray away from paying anything more than $50 to play here.

Golf course was well maintained. Some greens had bald areas but overall in good shape. Staff friendly and helpful.

It's okay, I paid about $140 for green fees+ rental clubs. If your from a decent part of America with good courses this course would likely be $50 (Chicago Area). If you don't want to take the trip to La Cana this is a pretty good option.

Enjoyed my free rds of golf. The only draw back are the rental clubs. They're pretty beat up, but I'm guessing, my 1st time renting, people don't give a toss when it's not their own equipment.

This was a very happy surprise. It has been at least six years since I last played Punta Blanca. The grass coverage on the fairways has increased noticeably and the greens had an excellent grass cover and were free of weeds. It is not expensive to play there if you are a member if Fedogolf. The clubhouse is fairly basic and so is the food but the service is friendly but a tad slow

Club rentals had mavriks and ap1 with vokey wedges and Scotty Cameron center shaft mallet putter. Putter shaft loose. Greens were aerated and staff informed us prior to the round. They gave us a15% discount. Their version of aerating was very different and the greens were cratered and lighted brushed with sand. Bunkers were hard pack with lots of rocks and unplayable. Driver lofts were all over the place other than 10.5 std. Staff were great and had cold beverages and made rounds 3-4times over the round. 85 per person with lunch during the round and a dinner after included. Complementary range balls also included. Pick up and deliver deliver from the adjacent hotels.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier! Great layout, very forgiving off the tee, small greens. Very well maintained and very fun to play. Love the back 9, 3 3's, 3 4's, and 3 5's.

Nice people work there. Course was nothing special. The cart paths was about 40% gravel and dirt. The 9 hole I could not tee of because a crew aas working on the severely damaged fairway. I hope they bring it and business back soon. I only played first 9.

Great resort course. Pace of play was great. Had a blast!

If you visit the Dominican Republic and are a keen golfer, then this is lovely club to visit. Booking is required as there is no queuing to wait for the next tee. Buggies are a must though. Clubs can be hired and are of good quality as well.

Played course on Monday. Excellent condition and good value for money. Greens very good excellent par 3 especially 15th. Would recommend course but dont pay too much for hire clubs as they appear to be the same.

Not a well taken care of, golf course. Definitely not worth the money. We had 2 golf carts die on us by the 4th hole and the third one had major string issues. Sand traps were not maintained. Club rentals and cart rental was over priced for the condition of this course. I don't recommend playing here.

Very forgiving course. Very wide fairways. I found the greens Very small which I could understand why. No sand at all in the bunkers and more stones than the beach. Some badly managed areas on the course. Long par 3's and surprised with the amount of par 5's But yes would definitely play it again and will be this week even though the cost is a tad high. Sadly the pro shopstaff weren't very help full and anything for sale in there were for mainly woman?????

Great relaxing time. No one's there because of covid(which is a shame in itself) 3hr round

  • 3/5 Mark T. 1 year ago on Google
Nothing like photos. No sand in any of the traps and pretty beat up in places. Nice enough layout. I got a deal on GolfNow for $55. But if you are paying the full amount it’s just not worth it.

  • 5/5 Sam P. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice people. Course is in better than average shape seeing it had a hurricane 2 weeks ago. Some of the traps are like concrete. Simple solution. Lift and move. Why complain? Otherwise a good round in 2:55.

Greens true and well looked after course in good condition. Given free drinks a sandwich half way round free range balls and if staying in riu hotel only $95 if you have own clubs with buggy

  • 4/5 Steven W. 4 years ago on Google
Course is ok. I was staying at the royalton bavaro so it only cost me $45 to play with a buggy. Which is about right price. I think I would be unhappy to pay $100+ to play here. It was in fair condition, no real stand out holes. Staff were friendly.

Challenging and beautiful course. Green fee was included with my stay at the Majestic and rentals were well priced. Make sure to drink a lot of water as you'll sweat more than you can imagine; breathable golf clothes work well in North America but dont pass the Dominican heat. **book your round as early in the day as you can and dont plan on doing much for the rest of the day afterwards

I had a great day! Almost stuffed the first par five for eagle with a short wedge and on the back side the 15th hole is a great par three. Like the three par 3s and the three par fives on the back side. I found pro shop staff to be awesome and the entire course had a really cool selection of holes. Thought it was charming that the course record is held by one the top European golf pros Miquel angel Jimenez so bring your A game if you are trying to check his score

This course far exceeded our groups expectations! Staff was prompt, courteous, and eager to help us play a round while on vacation. It was a busy weekday but we still were able to rent clubs and get out before the real heat of the day. Thank you PBGC for showing us true Dominican hospitality

  • 4/5 Vincent D. 2 years ago on Google
Nice golf. Had a good time. The course is fairly well maintained. Only downside is it took forever at the pro shop. But we had to wait at the first hole anyway. But we could have had time to go to the driving range rather than waiting 30-45 minutes in the shop.

🫤 This place was a tourist trap. We came on a Saturday and it was dead. It must be quite lively at other times but there is a curfew in Dominican Republic and this place is just dead. Most things are closed and the one restaurant that is supposed to be authentic Dominican cuisine is not good at all. O...
