No menu to take or scan, they do have seating for social distance, but no hand sanitizer nearby. Pizza just like ISA, on Thanksgiving day 2020 there was no caecar salad.

Really ? It's not because we are foreigner that the staff must talk to us like that, I'm sorry but there is a minimum of politeness and for once in this Pizza Hut there is none

No leadership, i had to walk around to find someone to help me at the counter, but the worse moment was when they handled the wings right in front of me with no plastic gloves, “bare handed” no hygiene at all and it was normal for them since they seem oblivious as talked to me, i was speechless and decided not to even argue with them.

The pizza bread tasted better here than the US. But good service that I had.

Food was lovely, especially the Caribbean shrimp and Duo Mofongo. Excellent atmosphere and vibe. Located on the beach. Service was a bit slow at the end when we were trying to get the bill.

The pizza us excelkent and at a fair prize but the atmosphere was ok. Theres people that agree with kids that have speal needs they forget in the dominican republic we love our kids please allow the kids ro be more freely have games like wendys

Service... Please UP your service. Pizza Hut: Teach your employees to listen more attentively and to not make things so complicated. This was a super easy fix, but took way too long to figure out. I speak fluent Spanish, so there was NO mix in communication. I repeated my order three times and said "8 piece boneless wings". She repeated it to me... and continued to charge me for something else. After I brought it to her attention, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. She looked at the receipt and at me, and asked me again what I ordered. Then, to get my refund, she had to yell into the back of the restaurant for the manager to come out. She did that twice. Manager finally came out. That took about 5 minutes, after I ordered. Another 6 minutes later, the wings came out, and they didn't give me ranch, which was included. They wanted to charge me for it!! Then, they gave me my drinks (about 2 or 3 minutes later). Then they finally decided to *make* my cinnamon sticks. The restaurant was not crowded, I spoke the native language and was calm... it was ridiculous. The food was good. And that's why it's getting 2 stars.

I went 4 days ago, as always foods and drinks are high quality but waitresses services is not what you expect because at the place it is located.

We had two medium size pizzas, a beer and a coke zero. Price was about 2.200 pesos. Where i come from, you would pay around 25€, what is 1.600-1.700 pesos. That for the pizza wasn't very good. For me it was too greasy. I know, that this is american style pizza, but i know better us style pizzas.

Pizza Hut here is equalivent to eating at a restaurant in north America.. you place your order and the staff will bring it over to your table. The lady that was serving me was really nice. I was so happy to eat something else besides resort food. Also make sure you tip. It will certainly help.
