As a new property owner I was so looking forward to my experience at this beautiful beach club. The location facility and amenities are first class however service and food quality is terrible. The food is way over priced and the quality is terrible the worse nachos I have ever eaten. Two hours for food is unacceptable and when ordering drinks it takes forever 20mins to get a beer is too long especially when all 4 waitress are all at the bar talking all together looking at their phones not helping any customers. Sadly as a new owner I won't be spending my time there unless the Food and Beverage Manager improves his department drastically or replace the manager

Incredible view. Good food. Really slow service. For some reason Dominican servers will not look around the area they are responsible for. Absolutely mind boggling.

Has the potential to be amazing - a great facility and beachfront with lots of chairs and a very nice pool. However, the overall service and the quality of the food is very poor. As mentioned, it is $35 USD to enter which can be consumed at the bar and restaurant. After eating here and waiting more than an hour for our fried food to be ready, I would just buy drinks next time. The food was of sad cafeteria quality. The system they use is also just very confusing - they give you your receipt and a little ticket with a number written on it. You must produce this in order to redeem your credit. Also, there were some chairs that we were told were VIP but that we could sit there if we paid but it was all very unclear if that was extra or exactly how that worked… Worth noting - they make a big deal that you are not allowed to bring anything in but lots of people had their own food in their beach bags and water which didn’t seem to be a problem. We had a nice day overall, and if you didn’t eat it would probably be fine once you had been a couple of times and figured out all the quirks.

Nice installations, poor design for when raining. Staff is overwhelmed, they try but still challenged. Drinks are ok. OVERPRICED, Beach is nice. Food is Mostly TERRIBLE, do not order the fish, its frozen and poorly made. Staff is friendly. As a restaurant they failed, location earned an additional star.

Nice place to pricey, as a member of this club I thought they would have some sort of consideration but I guess not. 4 presidente $1,600 RD; normal price are $100 each double the price is okey not 5 times more.

The service is the worst I have ever seen. The servers stand around and literally do nothing. I had to wait 20 minutes for a beer, and there is nobody there. Then had to Wait for my OVERPRICED bill for 40 minutes. The beers were frozen and ended up paying 60.00 u.s for 4 beers. No wonder no-one goes there . The cover photo is the Riu. You are lucky if you see more than 2 people there!! The towel service is no longer available, so make sure you pack towels!!! NO SHUTTLE service anymore!! The only nice thing is the beach and pool. Which they charge 25.00 entry fee per person!. They need to do something, have an all inclusive price with a smaller menu. Cana Rock has hundreds of condo's and nobody goes there. HMMMM I wonder why!!!

Beautiful place with exceptional views from the pool on the beach. A lot has changed over the years. Extremely overpriced with food that is not worth half the cost. A consumable $35 per person should only be for people who do NOT stay in Cana Bay. Administration is horrible and always changing. We do not even go here anymore due to the cost of food & drinks.

As a new property owner it's an EMBARRASSMENT to go to the beach club. The food is TERRIBLE as well as the prices and the service is even worse. It takes an hour to get a drink as well as the food. The staff is not attentive and always hanging out in the bar area. ITS A JOKE!!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT THAT DOES NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Great private beach club! Our server Josue, Santa at the bar and all the employees were very attentive. Good drinks, light food. We had a good time there.

Nice view, ocean is wonderfull, not so many people so it’s really good place to spend your day. However, if you decide to order something be careful. I would not recommend cocktails and food. It’s all fine, however a bit expensive for this quality. Once more thing is staff. Maybe they are nice to some other people, but we did not feel this ‘smiley’ Dominican mood and so on. Also, at 5:58 they will start taking your towels off and telling you to go away :) It was so weird, I’ve never seen this before :) usually people just talk to you. So, to sum up: worth to visit if you have a car and want to explore new places or you are living in Cana Rock

Beautiful place, we used to come here often, however our last visit was a TERRIBLE expereince due to the RUDE staff that blamed their behavior on the new administration. The only polite person was the girl at the main gate who always has a smile on here face and treats everyone very well. When we got to the pool area (11:30 am) there were already not enough sun beds for all guests by the pool, and it wasn't even that crowded. A waiter greeted us as if she was bothered by our arrival and had suggested to provide us with sun beds from the beach. They were not as comfortable as the other ones, but we didn't mind and agreed. After settling in I tried to pull mine a little bit forward (not much, just about 1 ft. ) so that I can be fully in the sun - 2 employees immediately approched me saying I can't do that, as administration didn't allow for sun beds to be moved. I asked since when is this a rule as I had been to this place many times and never had any issues with moving a sun bed. I live on the island over 8 years now and have never experienced a rule like this anywhere. They replied that it is a new rule for Cana Bay, and they even said that they did us a favor for bringing the sun beds from the beach because it was not allowed by the new administration, almost as indicating that we should be thankful that they even accommodated us. (as if it was our own fault that they didn't have enough sumbeds to acommodate more than 3 groups at once). The music was also blasted way too loud as they had placed us right below the speaker - we asked 3 times very politely to please turn it down and were completely ignored, so we had no other choice but to move to the beach area. After that moment we were mostly ignored - it took them forever to get us drinks and/or food. I am used to slow service in the DR and never make a fuss, but this was definitely on another level. We only stayed because we already had paid the per person entrance fee and had hoped for a good experience, but we are definitely not coming back ever again.
