Another place with spotty service. It took them over 10 minutes to greet me while I was standing at the front door with my luggage in hand wasting time until my check in by spending money with them. Thought I was the invisible man. There nothing like standing at the front desk of a restaurant and watching people walk pass you over and over while you try to smile and make eye connection. I personally watched "Marco" do this and stand less than 4 feet away from me on two different occasions the first time sending an order into the bar and the second time talking to another employee without acknowledging me and waking past me each Time. Unexpected. As I write this reviews I'm updating it and I still don't have my food and it's been 35 minutes. I also gave the server my taxi driver's information who's picking me up today the taxi driver has made it to the resort but they don't have this information so he's also waiting. Now I'm waiting on a taxi and I told them to keep the food which he just told me isn't ready yet. There are NO customers here in the last photo and I still don't have my food I also observed that there was no one here that actually ordered an entree. Forgot to mention that I had only ordered empanadas and tacos to start with.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The employees literally will steal from you right in front of your face. Upon our arrival we were asked if we needed towels, which we replied yes. A worker returned shortly after with two old mismatched towels which he asked 20$ for. We politely declined. Next we ordered our first round of drinks and shots. They had 2 separate menus with different prices. The QR code and internet prices were about half of the paper we received. They of course charged the higher prices. I went back to order another drink and all of a sudden my drink price for a single Tito’s went up to 20$. When I asked to see a price on the menu or the computer the employees refused. They also refused to let me speak with a manager. I went to the bar 40 feet next door and ordered 2 double Tito’s and payed 20$ for everything. The employees there let me know that API was known for stealing

Api Beach is simply stunning. It’s also very quiet and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was paradise. The food was ok (we had a couple of fish burgers) but the cocktails were good. The waiting staff were excellent - very attentive and lovely to talk to. The pictures for this review will say it all. Don’t miss out on your own slice of the good time! Infinity pool, quiet beach and cocktails brought to your sun bed.

Good food and unbelievable atmosphere. We had the pizza and one of the salads, but the real draw here is the setting. Great decor, open air, beautiful grounds and pool / beach right there. Every view is great. Our kids swam in the pool while we ate - win win for all!

If you haven’t been, you need to go check it out! Excellent food, great prices and a view that can’t be beat! Try the hamburger and ask for Rosy, she is so sweet. This will be our new go to spot.

They have really nice e cocktails and perfect shore. I loved the wind in the shadow which makes you feel relaxed and you don't feel the hot sun that much.

Real 5 star potential, but sadly the employees are too lazy, Pool has more sand, stones and garbage in as the beach. Employees standing around with hands in the pockets and watching you taking the garbage out of the pool. The place is really nice on the first view but on the second it need more care and motivated employees then it is one of the nicest in the Caribbean.

Api Beach is one of the establishments within the Cap Cana super complex in Punta Cana. It is a beachfront bar that offers drinks and snacks. For nonresidents or tourists who want to visit the Complex, they must make a reservation, pay an amount, and consume. A QRC is then regenerated giving access. The waitress who served us was very friendly and the atmosphere was very good. Unfortunately the beers were warm.

We have eaten dinner and lunch here, even watched the Superbowl. The drinks a great, awesome burgers and good appetizers. I didnt love the chicken wrap though. It's a beautiful setting next to a small pool and the beach. The decor is pleasing and serene.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, kind hosts. I got the Churrasco which was decently priced and tasted exceptionally well. Overall was very pleased and there was a gorgeous view. Pool was a nice touch as well. Would recommend.

Great view. Wonderful settings. The kitchen was closing when we arrived (7:30pm) and the waitress wasn't really nice when she let us know... so we just left. May be another time we'll go at lunch time and check the food.

Great place nice beach good reasonably priced food in a beautiful location. Ten dollar charge for loungers but worth it since prices for food and drinks are half what you’d pay at restaurant Next door. Great day at the beach!

The BEST! We arrived a few minutes before the restaurant opened but we were still greeted and welcomed warmly. The establishment was clean and the staff was very attentive during our entire stay. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back
