Amazing hotel. Nice clean rooms with proper room service. Good restaurant.

Rooms are not clean and staff bad behaviour I talk to manager he also abuseing me also plz don't go that tipe of hotel

While we decide our stay we look at couple of things like safety, cleanliness and services and i would give 5 star to all these things. I would like to specially mention Mr Varun Singh who was at the reception. He completed our check in no time with a warm smile. His way of welcoming us was something that every other employees in all other hotels and restaurants should follow. Trust me it makes a huge difference. Every time we stepped in and stepped out we had people who reached out to see if we need anything. They treated us with utmost respect and in a humble way. One incident which i would like to call out was someone thought our we missed our luggage and called us immediately in the number mentioned in my bag to alert about our bag. I respect their ownership and accountability. Food was delicious.

Nice place for nice stay and the staffs are friendly and you can get South Indian food also and the hot water is available the whole day and it's close by airport it's like four kilometers from airport and the rooms are neat and clean. The restroom are neat and you are provided with soap, shower gel, moisture, and hair shampoo. You can also get your food to your room at anytime. Overall the service is good👍

I had a dinner with my family. Everything about this is place is DECENT. It was quite. They are not as good as some other restaurants in the area. Service was okay. Food quality, hygiene was good but not up to the taste.

This hotel welcomes you with great hospitality...the space is well utilised with no suffocation...as per as parking is concerned,it all depends on ur first come n occupy...rest just opposite to the hotel u have ample space..as far as food is concerned I personally didn't like it... frankly stating food had no taste....the hotel volunteers were polite but with that we can't compromise with the taste..Hall is spacious with comfortable AC services

Writing review on behalf of my parents 1. Room with HORRIBLE STINKING CIGARETTE smell was given 2. All window is sealed, so can’t be opened 3. Fresh air could not be brought in 4. No exhaust 5. My mom is allergic to room freshner and cigarette smell 6. No alternate room was given. It is solely the duty of the hotel management to make alternate arrangement and no one else. Being star hotel, they kept plastic glass instead of glass tumbler in dining room

A perfect room for a sleepover or night stay. They provide all the basic amenities required in a standard city room with affordable pricing. If you need a room just for sleeping and have plans to roam around the city for the whole day, this hotel is your best bet. The breakfast here is not that great. It is recommended to not book a room with breakfast.

We were in this hotel for 1 night. It is located in the center of Jodhpur city. It a rated as 4 star property but we could feel this as a good 3 star property. Rooms were hygienic however few basic amenities needs attention There is only one lift which keeps people waiting during check in and check out The restaurant is pure veg and cannot accommodate the crowd especially during breakfasts when everyone is planning to have a quick check out Rest other fascilities were satisfactory !!

Everything about the stay was perfect. Rooms were clean.. well maintained, staff was cooperative, services were good.. view from the room was very good.

I must say it was a great experience with chandra imperial , i am very with fooding , cleanliness, bedings & all. The staff is very polite & co-operative. Clean bedsheets, bathrooms are neat &clean . I will visit again & again. Thankyou so much

Not worth the price! The receptionist and the restaurant staffs are neither well behaved nor cooperative. It is not mentioned on the hotel’s details that the restaurant is vegetarian only. Rooms are decent sized but our bedsheet was torn and had brown stain on it. Unexpected from a so called 3 star hotel. Would not recommend.

Rooms are spacious and hygene is ok . I asked for packed breakfast for early mory departure . The break fast eas of very poor quality .Appears staff is not trained properly . No spoond and forks . Curd was sour and very poor in taste . Juice was not asked but packed . Extremely bad taste and bitter . Only water melon in fruit box and bad quality spoiled banana. Exorbitant pricing not worth of money at all .Highly disappointed.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Higher floor rooms gives a splendid view of Mehrangarh fort and Umaid Bhavan Palace. Food was lip smacking and had homely taste. Very quite atmosphere just perfect to relax after having a full day of exploring the city. I would recommend everyone to book this hotel for their best stay in Jodhpur.

We celebrated my brother anniversary here and the food and hospitality was good as expected. They delivered more than promised and the celebration went smooth. Thank you Chandra imperial for the beautiful arrangement. I would like to celebrate some other occasions here as well.

This is a genuinely fascinating place to stay, specially if you want a good view of Jodhpur's beautiful skyline from your extremely comfortable rooms. The hotel staff is great and always willing to cater to your needs. The food is delicious as well.

Nice hotel with good ambiance and party halls. Good place to conduct function up to 250 people. Courteous staff, good taste, and cooperative people to make event successful.

Chandra Imperial is not good stay option due sub standard room, service and food. Don't take complimentary breakfast. The RO water they provide have found taste and smell. Better check in with your own water bottle.

It's a good place to stay at. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very nearby to the Jodhpur airport. Recommended to stay on the higher floors as there functions happening in the banquets and there's a lot of noise upto 3rd floor. Also 5th floor onwards you can spot umaid bhavan and mehrangarh fort and the view is simply nice and lit up during the night.

Rooms are spacious, service is fast and smooth, buffet breakfast has a wide range of dishes to relish. WiFi is too slow for today’s standards. Hope they upgrade to a faster broadband network.

The hotel is clean. Food was good. The only drawback is the hotel is having single life. When I visited the lift was out of order for a few hours the guest suffering a lot as the hotel is seven storeys. At least two lifts should be there

This hotel is very cosy, quiet and nice.The rooms are clean and beautiful. It's food tastes like home and is very tasty. The view from the room is very beautiful. The staff is also very helping. The food is hygienic also. I have visited many hotels but very few of them are like this. The function halls are also very open and spacious and if someone does function in here it goes very smoothly. I loved this hotel and will recommend it to others also.
