The worst customer relationships/service I have ever seen here. They have kept the sofas for personal meetings, but those are not at all safe. Anybody can come there. Anyways, cops can come directly. A very unsafe location if you want to spend quality time with your loved one. They very well know how to charge extra for the service we have not taken. It was the worst experience I have ever faced, even after being a very old customer. I will never ever refer anyone to this place.👎

This was really a cool place to be in . Family frnds any one can come and enjoy . The way to garnish the dish was awesome . The food was tasty and we all enjoyed every bit of it . I would like to highlight the quantity of the food is good too, There are also match screening available.

Worst experience with coffee beans. I had booked sofas for friend's birthday celebration, At first he didn't inform us how much food is compulsory to order with sofa booking when we enter then only he start to describe whole those things and within 5 minutes he came with bill. Don't know what he wants. Overall Worst experience. I would like to recommend you Wrappit Cafe near Hotel Jawai Gateway in front of Sumerpur Post office. You have to check all those things we are believing on customer relationship, I didn't visit first cafe dear, I'ad already visited most of metro cities cafe's of India but whatever you are doing here it's completely differ from them. With this you can make money but not reputation.

My experience with this place was very satisfactory...i loved their food...awesome place..tasty food..services was also good..keep it up guys!!

There are other cafes in the vicinity but it is unique. The variety of shake and coffee that they offer is not available in any other cafe in the area near by. The best part of the cafe is the ambience. I just loved it.

We have ordered Coffee beans special Pizza. - Best pizza in our town. - Thick and soft pizza base. - Fully loaded topping and cheese.

I had a very bad experience, today I bought cold coffee and found 2 paper and 1 plastic inside that coffee . How can you be so careless ? You guys should be more careful while making .if anything happens you guys will be responsible.

Overall superb including staff behaviour ,food quality and taste - 5 star rating, but as a New client , may be not aware about your minimum 2 order condition, therefore please mentioned clearly that minimum charge for 1 hour is Rs. 370 instead of Rs. 120. Thanks I will definitely agin visit next time whenever i planned to visit Sumerpur.
